Great experience. I was met at my car by a service tech and explained what exactly was going to happen. As I waited in the lobby other staff interacted with me making my visit a good one. Job was complete in a timely manner and I let completely satisfied.

Took my car in for an oil change. The tech (Richie) found the control arms needed to be replaced so he called the warranty company to find out if they were covered (they weren’t). But, the tech took the time and made the effort to check on my behalf, that’s great Customer Service!

Fantastic customer service! Had a 700am appointment for oil change, air filter, tire rotation. I suspected my battery was having issues but didnt mention it and they confirmed it during their inspection and they got it replaced for me. I fully expected to be waiting over an hour. But they had me done and out the door under an hour and they also washed my vehicle. Great service shop, will be back.

We purchased a pre owned Leaf from another dealership. I brought it in to learn about the all-electric functions and get it serviced. They treated me as if I bought the car there brand new. Answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent service department.

I went to Lawley in Sierra Vista for an oil change. They found a few issues that were not apparent. They replaced the battery and fixed all issues quicker than the original estimate...meaning, I was in and out in an hour. I was more than happy with the experience. Everyone in the service department was professional and polite. I recommend their service department...more highly than the sales dept. Highly recommended.

Took my Nissan Titan XD in for service and checkup in preparation for my return home. This Titan tows a fifth-wheel trailer and it is important to me that it is prepared for the journey without fail. Lawley has been my go-to service center for the the last three years and they never let me down. If I return in the area next year, I will definitely return to have my vehicle serviced. Included was their Discovery of a faulty battery but it was under warranty so they replaced it. Top line service. We bought a new 2020 Pathfinder and had a great experience with the friendly staff. We felt they were working with us and not trying to take advantage of us. We are older and in the past when buying vehicles they talk fast and we are signing paperwork not understanding fully what it says. I spent close to $400 for maintenance and to get a belt changed. My car has not run correctly since being in this shop for maintenance. It makes a squealing noise. Ive had to miss work because they cant do maintenance correctly.

Went in on January 17th for a routine oil service, staff was friendly and polite. Wait was not too long. Was stated that a complimentary wash was included but vehicle was not washed, not a big deal and overall service was fantastic.

Some staff needs to work on there people skills

Christian was very kind and able to get my vehicle in same day. Service was completed with no issues and I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick up within 90 minutes after drop off. Never had any issues with Lawley in Sierra Vista.

Customer service was great. I didnt have to wait long but when they washed my car it wasnt washed right and I wasnt sure with the complimentary car wash if they vaccum it also but it wasnt vacuumed.

As usual, greeted promptly and welcomed to the dealership. Paperwork was already prepared for my scheduled visit. Waited in the customer area with fresh coffee and TV. Pleasant conversation with several employees.

They sell used vehicles with missing parts, no working radio and noises coming from front end AFTER they tell you that the vehicles been looked over for the last 2 hours while they had you do the paperwork (all the while, overcharging for the vehicle). They dont pay nearly what your vehicles worth in trade all the while STILL trying to keep the $500+ for a warranty part that WAS PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Shysters. Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

My guy could not have been better and the work done was perfect. Your prices on the other hand. To reinstall a console that feel out overhead(shotty manufacturing but past warranty) was 500 plus to get and install. To buy just the piece from you was 250. Bought on ebay and hubby installed 50 dollars total. Your allignment quote of 125 was crazy too

So sorry for previous review, I wrote it by mistake in reference to a dealership in Texas. You guys are great and I took my vehicle there for service. Technicians were professional, took care of everything in timely manner and did a bunch of complementary stuff like car wash, inspection in and out and replace little things that were subpar, like they replaced battery that was leaking acid and I had no idea about it. Nice atmosphere in the waiting area, good coffee and friendly staff.

It was a great experience Bridget and other workers put me first and did everything they could to get me approved every one is very nice and helpful.

The Service personnel were great. They provided excellent service and were there for me the whole ride.

I took my car in for an oil change and the 30000 mile maintenance was due. While doing an inspection on my car Scott, the mechanic, found several problems that needed fixing. Wes, the service manager, and Scott discussed the issues with me and everything was taken care of quickly. I was given a rental car to use during this time.

I would suggest that there be a sign at the service entrance telling the driver to pull car inside. Ive never had to previously do so and kept waiting at the entrance for someone to approach me. Perhaps there is a sign and I did not see it. After 6 minutes, I left, but decided to give it another try, and even called first to explain what happened. This time, someone did notice and greeted me at the car. Being a person with little patience, I was not happy, but the remainder of the service and maintenance made well up for it.

Ut was fast friendly and clean

I have been going to Lawley for at least 4 years. There service was usually good but I noticed a difference at Lawley the past year and I can tell that they really mean businesses and want customers to keep coming back. Problems arise but they are quick to rectify. The shuttle service and friendly driver is an added bonus. The sales staff are never pushy and always knowledgeable / helpful / friendly.
