Gave the part number to Aaron and they had it in stock and set it aside for me. Having spent 25 years in the automotive Parts industry and former Parts Manager for Cadillac, I was very impressed with their efficiency and politeness towards a 70 year old lady! Turns out they do, and it was SUCH a great experience! Walking in cold, I walked out less than 30 minutes later with all paperwork done...and they paid me more than even Carvanas best estimate! I came into the dealership in a couple of days ago to look at a hard to find Toyota Tundra. I had spotted the vehicle online and called a Salesman Eric who was super friendly on the phone. I live more than an hour away from the dealership and they were more than happy to hold the vehicle for me to come and take a look. Eric help me with the test drive went over the truck and made a reasonable offer on my trade-in and gave me a good price on the purchase. The next day he delivered the truck to my house over an hour away from the dealership. Very enjoyable experience Eric was phenomenal.I also have to say I was very impressed with the fact that the dealership does not charge bogus fees for things such as blinking rear brake lights, nitrogen in tires, additional cost for tinted windows, window etching and all those other fees that a lot of other dealerships try to add on to the cost of the vehicle

We were able to negotiate a very reasonable price via email (hard to be certain, but I think we got a good deal!)Once the price was settled we were able to put down a deposit and come to the dealership on the weekend. From taking the vehicle for a test drive, and settling the finances, we were done with the whole process in just a couple hours.Lynn Burns was the sales rep we worked with. I helped my sister buy a new Corolla here and she had a great experience. Ryn and the dealership were honest and straightforward. The drive out price they quoted on the internet was hundreds less than the Tucson dealerships and they followed through without trying to add anything at closing. They didnt push extended warranties and the car wasnt loaded with overpriced dealer options. This was her first time buying new and she was treated very well. The next time I am in the market for a new car I will definitely have Sierra quote a price and see if it is worth driving down from Tucson.

Very professional service. A bit pricey but given Toyotas reputation for standing behind their work I consider it worth the price charged. I had a 1993 Toyota Tercel years ago and Toyota basically rebuilt the engine, donated the parts necessary under their Good Neighbor policy (not sure if thats the exact title of the program) and charged me NOTHING for their courtesy. That bought my loyalty to this day.

My first car service for my new Nissan Maxima at this location. I was impressed with the Staff and the lobby/waiting area. Service was easily schedule over phone. Service was stated to be an hour and thats how long it took. Staff was very pleasant and service oriented. Im in no hurry for my next service but I know I will be in good hands when that occurs.

Recently, I traveled to Sierra Toyota from Phoenix to look at a Toyota Avalon I saw online. I was initially corresponding with Ryn by phone, but wanted to take a closer look at the car in person. Ryn was super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He made the whole car buying experience a pleasant one. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Sierra Toyota and specifically Ryn for their next car purchase. Although they are 3hrs away from me, I would not hesitate to go back there for my next car purchase.

Wonderful service. Brought my vehicle in to fix the drivers side power window and the battery died when I was about to bring it to Toyota. I had it towed in and they found the battery was completely dead an gave me a quote for battery replacement. Once the battery was replaced the window started working. Toyota did not try to get me to replace any parts. Other places here in town would try to get you to replace parts even after they discover you do not need to.

Always the Best Service in ALL of Sierra Vista hands down. In and out in no time to get warranty included service. The whole service team deserves 5-Stars!

Brought my Sequoia in 6 July as I was moving from AZ to TX. I informed them my front right tire PSI was low frequently, I wanted them to ensure I had no punctures in my tire. They told me it was fine. Nothing but the Grace of God that my tire didn’t blow on my 1200 mile trip with 3 young children in the car. The next morning after arriving in TX, my front right tire was low once again. Then two days later it was completely flat. I ended up using my insurance to tow my car to a tire shop, it was evident something was wrong. Thankfully I have two cars so it didn’t impede on any plans. Discount tire inTX informed me I had a nail in my tire. 🤔 I drove from AZ to TX with a darn nail. I’ll never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The parts department was very helpful, but go in person to order. Dont try to do it by phone. I did went there to see if they were tracking my order, but no record was found. Ordered the touch up paint, it had to be returned because it did not match. Not their fault though. Decided to give it another try, and Toyota made the right color the second time. The part department guys are awesome, but like I said, order parts in person, and pay, thats the best way. Something that should have taken about 15 days took a month and a half. 1st the order was not documented after my phone call, then the paint was wrong, and the 2nd time around, the paint was correct. Ill give them 3.5 🌟s out 5. Great effort, but please make sure your phone orders are processed. Good job on keeping at it to get the correct paint color from Toyota.

I would highly suggest not doing business with the service department of Sierra Toyota. Today, I was told my 2019 TRD Tacoma needed the rear Bilstein shocks for a mere $400.Bilsteins are more expensive than other shocks such as Monroe, Gabriel, KYB, Boge, and some others. This is due to being of German manufacture and much higher quality materials and tolerances being used on that process.Lets look deeper. BILSTEIN warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase through a BILSTEIN distributor or retailer, this Product shall be free from defects in design, material and workmanship.Wouldnt you think Sierra Toyota would have replaced the shocks and dealt with Bilstein to resolve the warranty issue for their valued customers or was their motive to screw me out of $400?

Ill give three stars because the sales rep was amazing. We were in and out, however I doubt Ill buy another vehicle from them. I brought my information about the bank I wanted to use and they proceeded to check my credit against other companies even though I asked not to. I didnt want all those extra inquiries so when I found out I wasnt happy, especially since I was pressed for time and that caused an additional wait. Aside from that, the experience was fantastic. Our sales rep was great its just management that makes the contract needs to listen to customer request a bit closer

I got way out in the middle of nowhere, had a flat tire. I had everything except the key to let the spare tire down.It cost me $300 to have a tire brought out to me.Dont trust them to provide you with everything. I was out there for hours waiting, the only thing lucky is I had cell phone service.Check and make sure you have all of the right stuff.Cannot trust them to take care of you.

Yesterday I called the man at Sierra Toyota who sold me my 4 Runner. Ive had the 4 Runner for weeks, but I had a couple (fairly dumb, perhaps) questions. Instead of condescension, impatience, and rudeness I got a thorough, respectful response from a person I could relate to and he told me to call back if I had other questions. Try that with the big city slicks who never got their hands dirty doing a job and just want your money and you yourself out the door.

Great experience buying a used Toyota! Did all researching on their website which even included CarFax reports. Eric was a terrific guy to work with and could answer all our questions about every car we looked at. Gave us an up front, honest price when we decided what we wanted. Would definitely go back and would definitely work with Eric again!

It was crowded- noone came out to tell me just to come in, but I figured it out. Everyone was extremely friendly. As soon as they found out we didnt get our free car wash last time we were promised 2. The only ding was the not coming out - busy, but more that the notes on making sure they replaced my air filter EARLIER than being red since I have immune issues wasnt done nor the 2 car washes. I only mentioned the car washes strongly, so I immediately got that corrected. The wait was reasonable (amazing for how many cars came in - I did have an appointment) and they noted that another filter was yellow, so at least some measure of thoroughness despite just being an oil change and tire rotation 55,000 mile check.

I did extensive research on the Highlander and I was torn between continuing my preference for Chevy or experience the Toyota side. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Jason Song. He listened to what we were interested in and showed us where the vehicles we wanted to look at were located. He never pressured us on anything. We had planned to purchase our new car in about three months. Jason then told us about the Corolla that was in the showroom that he thought we might like. We had been looking at the Camry Hybrid which was larger but he suggested we check it out since it was redesigned and had more room than before. He found the car that we ended up buying. Because of his efforts we didnt wait the three months and purchased it that day. Jason had a test drive with another customer when we returned to test drive the Corolla so he found Carlos Flores who took us out and showed us the features. Carlos then helped us with getting the deal we wanted for the car. After we were ready to sign the finances papers we met Scott Allen who was able to get us a great deal. Scott actually got the payment lower and we got better coverage for our wonderful new Toyota Corolla. We will go back to Sierra Toyota Scion for the next car we get. Ive been looking for Tacomas over the past few weeks and have worked with just about every dealership in Arizona trying to find the Tacoma with the color and packages I want - theyre extremely hard to come by right now. Many of the dealerships I worked with werent very helpful in my search and would forget to update me on incoming inventory, which was especially important for this search as the trucks are selling before they even make it to the dealership lot. Early on in my search I connected with Julie Ramirez at Sierra Toyota and she was the best to work with. I gave her my requests in a truck and she located exactly what I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership within a week. We worked together via email/text/phone for a couple weeks and she helped me with all of my questions and got all of the numbers where I wanted them. I would recommend Julie to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle, she is a rockstar and made it worth the 3 hour drive to get my new vehicle! I would also like to give a shoutout to Brian Moldenhauer for saving me some money in the finance department. Never a bad thing when your monthly payment is lower than what they told you at first. I called Sierra Toyota Tuesday to make an Friday 1:30 appointment, after many (lost count after 6) calls from salesman to make the 1:30 appointment I decided to looked else where for a truck. I feel if they cannot handle a single appointment how can they handle selling me a 40K truck. Left a voice mail for the MGR, still waiting for a call at this writing.I read Mgrs, response my phone number has not changed in 20 years. This doesnt surprise me in the least.

Went in for a car...got offered 25.99 % financing. Are you kidding???I guess thats what people think they can get away with down in Sierra Vista where there is only one Toyota dealer...credit wasnt spectacular but 25.99%??? Thats the kind of loan you get from guys named Vinnie who brake your legs if you dont pay on time.Drove up to Tucson with the same credit rating and got 10.5% from Desert Toyota got a great deal on a car without getting reamed. Do yourself a favor and drive up to Tucson...more competition means better value.
