The worst Dealership Ive ever Dealt with !!!!!!!!! I would go into more detail but I dont want to waste anymore of my time with this shady dealership to put it nicely!! For the sales lady Val you should be Ashamed of yourself for misleading a potential buyer! What you did was hold on to two buyers at the same time just to tell me after 9 hours of negotiation and a credit check, that the pickup is sold! I highly highly reccomend any customers looking to purchase a vehicle to stay away from this dealership.. I dont know about you guys, but honesty and integrity is something that lacks in the dealership across the board! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We worked with Benton initially and then Valery Green for sales. They both made us feel very comfortable. Didnt try to rush us or push us at all. We looked at various options and then ran the numbers for each option we talked about. Again no pressure. We did trade in a vehicle and i would have hoped for a little more value but end of day it was fair. When we decided on a vehicle we were allowed to take it overnight. We were shown every aspect of operations and they also filled up the tank which was a nice touch. I would give them an A+ rating all around. I would definately buy here again.

Been awhile since I bought my truck there, sorry about the delay in leaving a review. Nice hassle-free place to buy a vehicle. I was on the fence, and the salesman called me a few days later to tell me they really wanted to get the truck sold (end of year and new models were coming in) and he had found a way to shave off a few hundred more dollars, and they were determined to get my business as I had also been talking to Dave Smith. I came back in, shook his hand and he told me they werent super busy, if I would just sign the deal sheet and head home, he would have the detail guys prep it, fill up the tank and call me when their finance lady was ready for me to sign everything. One of the most pleasant and hassle-free experiences Ive had in buying... well, almost anything.

My husband and I were traveling from Tennessee pulling our RV and our Jeep Gladiator showed a message that there was a problem with the rear locker system. Sheridan Motors was the nearest Jeep dealer so we went there. They immediately took our truck back and began diagnosing the problem. Everyone was super nice and tried to be sure we were comfortable during our wait. After figuring out what the problem was, and letting us know it was safe to drive it, we decided to have them order the part and we would come back in a week and have them fix it. But, through no fault of theirs, the trucking company lost the part in transit and we ended up traveling back home to get it fixed. We want to thank Sam and Terry for all they did to help us! Also BJ and Valerie were very gracious and kind. We highly recommend Sheridan Motors service department and will stop in and say hi next time we are out that way.

Quick easy and reasonable

Really am thankful to Terry and Sam for tracking down the mystery ailments with my 2014 Dodge Ram. So refreshing to have them say “we don’t see it right now but we’ll keep looking until we find it “ rather than the “there is nothing wrong “ that we have received in the past from other dealers. Kudos to you guys for your belief and tenacity.

Saturday early morning coming through Sheridan, my GMC 3500 throws a code and starts to deregulate itself. The other dealer in town opened earlier but wouldnt get to it tell Monday, Sheridan Motors opened at 9 had me in, even called in a mechanic and says they will have me out before noon. I dont share much on these kind of things, but I highly recommend coming to Sheridan Motors.

There is a reason we travel over 6 hours to Sheridan Motor. Each time we are treated with respect, truthful answers to all our questions, no pressure, and an honest thanks! When people ask where we bought our vehicle, we have no problem telling them because this place is so great.

Just a fair warning... If you’re looking for a vehicle Sheridan Motor is probably not your best choice. Seemed way too busy to deal with me as a potential purchaser... I felt disrespected and belittled. Hopefully nobody else has the experience I had with this dealership. I do not recommend.

When I arrived on time for my appointment to have two brake pads replaced, they took my keys and I waited. After 75 minutes a gal approached and I assumed they were finished, but no, she was coming to let me know they were just getting to my vehicle. Why they did not let me know beforehand that they were about to waste my time I do not know. I instead took my vehicle and left. I do know that I will never give them $1 of my money and will actively let Sheridan residents know to not take their vehicle to Sheridan Motors for any reason.

I bought my GMC Yukon from Sheridan Motors 7 years ago and I take my vehicle to them for regular maintenance. The customer service has always been amazing and the mechanics do great work! Everything from tires to fixing the back window washer sprayer they have always taken good care of me!
