The employees doing personal shopping put customers in danger of being injured. I have witnessed them come barreling down the aisles nearly trampling children and elderly shoppers. Most others have the awareness and physical ability to move out of their way quickly. More caution should be used by the employees before someone is seriously hurt. Ive consistently witnessed them arrogantly walk straight out into the path of vehicles, as well, when crossing the parking lot. Whats the deal with these individuals? They behave like Zombies.

All 3 lines that were open were 10 customers deep. Self scanning packed. Many employees walking around in groups of 2 and 3. Why arent more lanes open????

Always find what I need and honestly have going to several different stores & pick walmart over other bc I know I can find all I need there. The only thing is sometimes theres not a lot of cashiers open, but thankful for the self checkout ones! Not sure why our prices here in town are always a bit higher than other walmarts like once they start clearance here they take forever to bring it down or almost never do and in other you find clearance bottom dollar almost everytime.

It was Great as usual. The young man was so nice and friendly. Please dont stop the pick up. It sure makes life so much easier for folks with problems walking. THANKS AGAIN!!

The biggest issue with this Walmart is like most...Always a lack of cashiers and long lines even in self-checkout. This store in particular you stays out of stock all the time..they just cant keep get it right.

This is a nice and clean Walmart, definitely better than expected.

Walmart has some new things going on. Seems like everyone is up dating all the things. If you dont have Walmart app you need to download it and take advantage of the free 30 day trial of Walmart plus. The scan and go feature they offer is amazing!!!! Can have delivery service too. Not to mention 5 cents off per gallon of gas. You even get discounts in the pharmacy. I think its at least worth checking out.

I didnt think you could bring dogs other than service animals in Walmart. In Shelbyville Tennessee Sep. 17 2021 a lady came down the main isle in front of customer service with a Chihuahua dog on a leash. the dog stopped and would not move the owner looked back and grabbed the dog up. It had just took a dump in the main check isle in front of the check outs, I was passing by her and saw it, so did people behind her. and the woman and dog just kept going. Disgusting! I told the Walmart door worker what just happened as I was going out and he signed and said I know. They should enforce their animal rules, you not only have to wait forever with two open check outs to get waited on, you need to also watch where you step!

Not once or twice and not even 3 times I have gone in and have been followed by employees and people with lost prevention. I worked for Walmart for 2 years in another state and I know the laws about it. Its harrassment and yes after I call corporate office I will be going to see what I can do about it. And yes I did take pictures of the people that were following me and my husband. And with him having anxiety problems nothing could have been done if he snapped cause you never know about people. They lost out on a 500 purchase on food tonight due to that. I have never stolen from there and I even downsized my pocketbook and they follow me. I hope others will speak out about it. And yes the man in a purple hoodie and tan pants works for Walmart.

So only one lane/register was opened with an actual employee. It was being operated by the oldest employee in the organization. Bless her heart. She was so old, she was shaking as she scanned my delicious fresh cut carrots. On my way out the doors, I observed the self-check out area being monitored by 3 extremely young employees. The 3 employees ages combined was still younger than the poor old lady scanning for everyone in Shelbyville, TN.

I cant give this store any higher than a 1 star rating. Customer service is mediocre, and good luck calling them to speak to anyone. Itll ring for about a minute or 2,then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on you (12:40pm Fri Oct 15, 2021)this happened multiple times.

Oh my goodness!! If you are not going to have any cash registers open at night at least have a employee at the self check out that knows whats going on !!! If the machine runs out of money, so you cant get your change get ready to wait !!! Oh and dont have ice cream. Looks to me like Walmart would know how much cash is in each register and know it needs to be refilled prior to running out. And if they are requiring late shoppers to ring up their purchases they should have larger self check out lanes.. like the ones with conveyor belts in other stores. And if they dont add cash to the register you can only use cards... lazy, lazy,lazy.

Checking out, no matter what time is horrible. More Self checkouts need to be opened or added

As with every other time I go here, it takes entirely too long to get in and out. What is the point in having checkouts from one end of the store to the other if theres never going to be more than two of them open? Cutting costs ( not enough staff to run a sufficient amount of registers) definitely takes priority over customer service

I parked my semi here overnight because I was set to deliver to the Walmart DC down the street the following day. I was planning on shopping but was asked to leave. I used to try to support businesses that employed cashiers. Not anymore. Walmart uses self checkout and doesnt support truckers anymore. Im ordering my stuff from Amazon from now on. Its convenient and cheaper. I also wont be booking freight with Walmart if other loads are available.

I just relocate here and I been to many many Walmart but this one is great too nice clean, has just about what I need but there are alots of Hispanic people here with that said I belive your need to bring more Hispanic stuff in that are I saw over forty counting and that was in only about 2 hrs that I was there. But besides thatI love Walmart it had curtains on a great price for my budget and pretty too. I love my Walmart. Please keep up the great jobs. Thank you

Several workers walking around and available but still only 4 full check out lanes open. This is the NORM at this location so be prepared to wait 30 minutes just to check out if you have a large quantity of items. Sad and rediculous, I stick with KROGER as much as possible just because of this issue here.

Its okay not as bad as the other

The cooked down potato wedges are always sitting in the warmers, barely warm, and the workers refuse to cook more until they are all gone. I have had to get a manager the last 3 times, to get fresh hot ones. They say they are good for 2 hours in the warmers. They take 6 minutes to deep fry. A while back one of the workers was going to throw a new batch of wedges on top of about 10 or less still in the warmer tray. I asked her not to do it. Kids

The auto and sporting section is very good at what they do but garden definitely needs some more work.

They are good 👍at customer service desk they was helpful and friendly when I got money sent to me most the employees are very nice and helpful there I try to either go to Walmart late at night or early in morning when they aint that busy

I can usually find about everything I need by shopping here and not having to make several different stops anywhere else. The worst thing about this establishment that seems has always been an issue that everyone seems to have had with them, is the fact that they do not seem to ever have enough employees working at any given time to be able to run all of the check out lines they put in. They definitely have not ever made any efforts at all to try to fix this problem that has been an issue for many years.

They have great prices in meats, Vegetables, Hot Cheetos, Fish and shrimps. The customer service is great and the shoppers are soul polite, helpful and caring!

TWO registers open at 3:00pm on a Thursday afternoon. This particular WalMart never ceases to disappoint.

Never have anything in stock. All workers just standing around on phones and chit chatting in isles. Have to go out of town just to get the things that are needed cause management is too busy standing around making friends.

Went to stay in motorhome overnight. Grocery store was great. Parking lot another matter. Several young people with loud cars and music parked right next to us so very noisy. Had to move.

The employees are nice 95% of the time. They are having a shortage on a few things, but overall they are doing a great job keeping the shelves stocked. The only downfall is we went in tonight at 8pm & there was only one cash register open besides self checkout. Sometimes in the evening the night have 2 registers open. We were sad to find out the part of the deli you get hot plates from has done away with orange chicken. We bought it all of the time. The bakery does a great job & the cakes/cupcakes always taste great.Please open more registers.

Putting my dislike of Walmart to the side, this store was very pleasant. I was asked three times if I needed assistance. This never happens at Walmart. Obviously its the staff that make the store and these folks are doing a great job.I noted about 10 vehicles doing curbside pickup. The service was very efficent. Staff loading groceries in cars and filling orders.

Shop here often and find what I need for the most part. Since covid they dont carry a lot of things they had before. Sure Im no the only one who notices this.

Most stock was low, fellow shoppers were rude and Ive been to truck stops in Juarez, Mexico on Cinco de Mayo that were more sanitary.

The place is atrocious! Disorganized and if youre looking for assistance, you better hope another patron provides it. The majority of employees couldnt care less about the customer. I only go there for must haves that arent available at other Shelbyville stores at a sensible price.

As for walmarts in the area, this one always has the best clearance items in all departments. It also has the widest variety in grocery, especially for gluten free items.
