I rented a Rug Cleaner. It worked great- decent rental fee. Just double check that the machine is clean before you take it. The staff was excellent and traded out the equipment. Easy process to rent and return.

Visited this Aubuchon for the first time today to grab something quick for the garden. Waited by the cash register for a few minutes before I walked around to get the attention of an associate. (this is fine, no big deal).However, when she finally comes to check me out she does so while complaining on her wireless headset about unemployed people not wanting to work because of some virus. I think its fair to say the situation is a bit more complicating than that and frankly its not something I care to discuss at a hardware store.Your political views are your own, suit yourself. However, in a business setting though, I look for a touch of professionalism and if possible a teaspoon of empathy considering how rough this last year has been for many of us.

The person who helped me was really nice and went the length to make sure I had what I needed. Not sure their name, but they had elf ears and overalls (Halloween). Anyway, really appreciated it! Made my day.

Its always easy to give this store high marks. Every time I go it, it is a pleasant experience. Even with new employees, I get wonderful treatment.

In a world full of impersonal, awful, gigantic chain stores such as Home Depot and Lowes it is so much nicer to shop at my local Aubuchons. In spite of their smaller size, they always seem to have exactly what I need to get my project done. The staff always personally walks me over to the section of the store that I need and is always eager to listen and provide advice should I ask. Yes, sometimes, I do know that I am spending a few extra pennies than I might possibly at a box store, but I also come away knowing that my business is truly appreciated and I also havent exhausted myself walking acres and acres across useless inventory trying to find the right parts and also not being able to fully trust the advice of employees who seem overwhelmed and hate their jobs. The extra few pennies, not to mention the time savings, and interactions with engaging employees makes it all worth it. I am grateful for Aubuchons and the few other places like it that still exist in my state.
