New location, same great service, butcher cut on-site meat, larger selection of luchmeats and salads. Bought a 1/2 lb of 3 pepper Colby cheese, very smooth cheese, lots of pepper taste! Clean store, small tables to eat in side. Ham salad sandwiches excellent!

Great place great service I’ve been going here since I was a small boy with my grandma when they were on hardesty long before firelake was a concept . However the location has changed to 613 n Pottenger in the old market place building off Benedict but the family feel and respect is still there .

This past week we finally made our way to the Hardesty Market. I had heard they have the best meats around and we wanted to try it. We ended up buying one of the Freezer Packs and a few extra pieces of meat. I am so glad we did! The meat is fresh, very well packaged and marked and it tastes like meat should! It is also very reasonably priced!Everyone we encountered was so friendly, helpful and polite and even though the store is older, it was clean. When you first walk in you can smell whatever it is they are making for the lunch menu and wow, judging by the smell, it was amazing!!! Cant wait to try the specials for each day!We will definitely be back and we wont be getting meat from anywhere else from now on.

Steaks that are the best quality Ive ever had! My sister in law loves steak rare, and has purchased them from butchers all over the country - Ok, TX, New Jersey and even overseas...these were the only steaks that were so fresh, and well handled, that she was able to actually enjoy a rare cooked steak. Worth every penny!

Always get my meat from here for the last 20 years. Good quality meat good prices very friendly. I had a rare incident after years of buying from them I had a steak from the meat package I bought that after thawing out did not look good and had no problems exchanging it

Great little store thats been in business many years. Hardesty Grocery doesnt have the selection of groceries anymore but do have good lunch selections sandwiches and I challenge anyone to find a better meat market.

Everything is fresh. The meat is great.Daily menu for lunch. Reminds me of stores when I was a child. Great people.

Best butcher beef in the area . spent. $300. and got (4) 1 inch ribeyes.( 1) 3lb armroast . (1) 3.5lb chuckroast. 10 lbs chicken breast. 3lbs 70/30 ground beef 3lbs of 80/20 ground chuck 6lbs of prime ribroast
