Were pretty busy, food was good. Guess since the way they have all the kolaches on trays behind them, would have been nice maybe to have under some type of warmer? Was great to see all the choices and the products like that but would be neat if they were warm when you got them. Would definitely go back though, just heat up at home.

Tasty!Theyre small, but they have big flavor. This place has some odd hours so I almost never get a chance to eat here. They close at 2pm. But I got to eat here today.I only had a couple of kolaches, but they were delicious. Service was fast and friendly, and both the employees I interacted with smiled. Thats not something you see a lot these days.The place was clean and very well kept. Satisfies the neat freak in me.

Everytime I bite into one of these kolaches my eyes roll into the back of my head. They taste fresh everytime. The sausage and gravy one seems to be a favorite of ours. Most of them are good. I wish the bbq pork one had shredded chicken instead of chunks then it would taste better. There iced coffees are pretty good too. Nice little seating area. Worth the price. This place is in my favorites.

Really enjoy this restaurant. If you have not tried it, you should. Most of their items consist of a pastry stuffed with different combinations of eggs and meats. Their rancho or sausage and gravy are two of my favorites. They also serve danish type rolls filled with fruits and other delicious fillings.

If you have never had a Kovach, you are missing out. Buy extra when you go. You can keep them in the fridge for a week, freezer for a month.

Tried a kolache for the first time in my life. Theyre fine, just dont think theyre my kind of food with the large amount of dough they have in them. But they were fresh, well made, and the store was nice and clean. The cinnamon twist things were the best thing we had along with the ranchero and sausage/egg/cheese kolache. I can see how people would like it for the grab and go ability of a kolache. Again, just not my preference for breakfast, it may be great for others.

It was my first time here bright in the morning at 6:30 am on a Saturday and these 2 ladies who opened were so nice and kindly explained vegetarian and coffee options. It’s super cute inside too. I’m glad I made time to come here, cute little addition to coffee. The kolache was warm the coffee tasted good too. People complaining of them being out need to understand things happen in business. Order ahead from the app. There customer service and ambience is the reason I’ll be back again. The coffee combined with the Kolache was super cheap way better coffee than even Starbucks! Come here! The only thing I had to use the bathroom but since the covid-19 the bathroom closed the public it use! That would be the only reason I wouldnt go back 👌

I wanted to find a bakery and this was the closest location at the time. I enjoy trying new places and this would be my first!The inside is nice. Clean. Breads are displayed in the open on a shelf behind the registers. They do heat up the rolls/breads at your request. I wanted something sweet since Ive already had breakfast. So I went with a cream cheese roll and a cinnamon twist. They werent bad. I like that the twist isnt overly sweet. I did wish there were more cream cheese on the roll. Glad I was able to experience this place.

Wasnt bad. We didnt realize it was a chain until we got there. Our expectations were something a little more local. Never the less it wasnt bad, if you have a Kolache itch to scratch it will do the trick. I always ask whats most fresh and I would recommend you do the same to ensure a good experience.

I always like the store, have different kind of kolaches, and all taste very good, price are reasonable. there are not too many stores around this area, just two. I live near one and work near another. if you havent heard of this store, it is worth try.

This was my first time kolache factory, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the options in varieties they have. The coffee is great and their service is very friendly. This is definitely a place I would stop at on my way to work for a quick bite.

We really love the kolaches and coffee here but the customer service could use a lot of work :( weve visited this location multiple times only to be greeted with blank stares from all the employees each time. on multiple occasions we were given the incorrect or incomplete order, and in another instance we received a half dozen of COLD kolaches.. not too happy about that, especially since theyre almost $3 a piece and the employee told us to our face that they were warm.

We head here occasionally and the experience varies widely. Today, noon on a Sunday, they were completely out of over half the varieties. Still, they are pretty tasty when they actually have food you can order

Love this place. Buy a dozen so can eat for breakfast all week me and my husband. Always great food and great value. Easy to eat and go!

My kids and I love this place. The pizza and egg and cheese are my favorites.The only negative Ive experienced is the spinach kolache that has a bad aftertaste... like that of canned spinach.

I dont know how they do it. So many delicious little bundles of food! And priced at around $2 per Kolache.I am a fan of being able to try different tastes with a meal. I love tapas restaurants! (something there is far too few of in KC). But this works. I can get some meatball ones, then polish sausages, maybe a turkey, and sausage gravy breakfast one!They do have the fruit ones for those so inclined but I never eat those. The one thing is how I wish they would expand and do even more flavors. Expanded hours for more dinner style kolaches would rock as well!.

Spent a lot of time in central Texas and have been missing sausage kolaches.My expectations were sorta low but these were JUST what Ive been missing. Too bad I live in Platte County, but thats alright, its worth the drive.

Not a bad pastry or breakfast sandwhich in this place! I have called ahead when in a hurry and they will have my order heated up and ready to go! Some of my favorites are the sausage and gravy, ham egg and cheese, and if you like spicy, jalepeno! They make decent specialty coffees as well.

Absolutely amazing staff! The girls up front are so helpful and very easy to laugh with, which is great when you’re first waking up. Most people are grouchy at 6am. Ranchero is a must have for breakfast and the Chicken Enchilada for lunch. Many coffee options!! Everything is baked fresh daily; and sometimes they do run out of things but are always on top of it with fresh food in the oven. Would definitely recommend.

So Good! Everyone was so nice and was happy to explain what is inside of each of them. They were candid and sweet. The Kolaches were very yummy. We shared a few different flavors, the jalapeno popper- delicious!!!, The flavor of the month which was cheeseburger- it was good but needed sauce, the spinach- yum!, The ham and cheese - heaven, the ranchero- perfect, and lastly the pizza- good too. We were impressed. We will definitely be back!!!

Love these things lol although i had bad experience that time i was there they were more worried about helping the couple that spend 40 bucks than me and they didnt heat mine up after they asked me and i said yes please. Plus everything i wanted they sold last one of each one to the couple.

I bought 24 assorted and gave to a friend expecting a baby to have in her freezer for quick easy meals. A little pricey, but what a lovely gift or blessing!!!

I recently visited the Kolache Factory for the first time. It was pretty good. The only tried a couple of the savory kolaches and none of the sweet ones but I was impressed with what I tried. The jalapeno popper kolache was the best. My only complaint would be they dont heat them long enough. I have been back on 2 separate occasions and the kolaches were lukewarm at best on each visit.

Id heard great things from several people, but never been in the area when Kolache Factory was open. Finally got a chance to try them out a few days ago and maybe we just ordered the wrong buns, but my fiancé and I werent super impressed. It was just bland breakfast in a regular, rather dry, dough bun. Good price though I suppose.

A Kolache is an interesting breakfast/lunch diversion, but I rarely find myself craving them. The taste is similar to someone stuffing meat or fruit filling into a fairly generic dinner role. A slight tweak to the bread and/or filling could certainly up the ante on this item.

These things are great, over time I have worked my way through thier entire menu... breakfast favorites: Sausage Egg & Cheese and Sausage Gravy (think self contained biscuits and gravy)... lunch favorites: Italian Chicken and the Jalepeno Popper!

Kolaches were cold. Even after being heated up 2 different times. 15 out of the 20 we bought were frozen in the center. We drove 45 minutes for these and im from texas. Heard so many reviews about this place.

Love the sausage gravy kolache and the bbq one too. Hubby likes the potato, egg and cheese.

Went as soon as they opened and ordered 4, was told they just got out of the oven so didn’t need heated up as soon as I got onto the road and bit into one it was super cold. Very disappointed as I don’t live close

Absolutely delicious but heres an idea....make more Cherry! Too often out of Cherry late in the morning (2-4 hours before you close still) which is frustrating. Update May 2017. Very poor management here, food is still great if they have what you want. Constantly running out of multiple items which makes it tough to plan on going here. Lowered to 2 stars. UPDATE Once again before 11am out of Cherry and Cinnamon Rolls and Cinnamon Twists Update again....getting worse, 11:15 on a Sunday they are again out of over 60% of normal choices, horrible management.

We were there late in the day. The selection was small and the kolaches didnt have that just like grandmas taste I was hoping for. But the service was friendly.

We sampled all the savory egg and cheese offerings, and a complex array of the sweet Danish looking Kolache.My Aunt LOVED the flaky cherry strudel sticks, the cream cheese danishes vanished as soon as the box was opened and my favorite were the Ranchero Kolache with jalapenos... spicy!Yum! A recommended stop~~

A Little Ball of GoodnessThis was a first-time visit. I tried the bacon, egg and cheese kolache and was surprised at the mild buttery flavor and soft texture of the bread. This only enhanced the taste of the filling.How did I miss this little shop all these years? Maybe it’s a good thing that I did otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get my hips through the door. Thank goodness Kolache Factory is located across the road from a fitness center.I was told by the clerk that if you don’t eat the kolaches the same day, place them in a zip lock bag and place them in the refrigerator. Anything longer than a week they suggest you freeze them especially any meat or egg product. But that wasn’t necessary because I ordered one more kolache and devoured it right on the spot.Overall: What a great alternatives to the regular breakfast fare.
