Super easy online ordering and very polite, helpful young man who loaded my cart.

Had a nasty disgusting interaction with an employee by the name of Missy, whom I asked to help me fit store merchandise in my backpack. Awful people skills, even worse breath; my ears bled just from talking to her. She slapped me silly and threw several candles at me before I promptly left the store because of the hostile environment she created inside the store. Never coming back here again as long as Missy is still employed.

The store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive and the shelves are well stocked. I shop at this Target store over the competition for those very reasons.

The quality of the goods are better at Target and the employees are nicer. Shopping at Target is a treat, not a chore.

I love the selections at Target. The staff is always so helpful. I was very impressed with the mobile cashier station today. Times are tough for everyone and patience seems to be spread too thin in most cases. However, it seems that Target is trying to bring the spirit of shopping back alive.

The boxes I ordered were in stock in the Shawnee store. I drove there and went to the pickup counter and was helped immediately. The order was brought out and put in a cart and since I had already paid...that was it! Done! I was on my way home in a couple of minutes.

Rene manager in electronics was so knowledgeable and so very patient and kind with me. I bought the items he suggested and it made my grandchildren very happy I was very appreciative of him.

The girls who delivered it to me were so sweet and professional.

A young lady in the deli area was stocking late on Sunday. I asked her a question and she walked with me to the product to help me figure out the price. Then, I asked her where something else was and she showed me but realized the location was empty. She offered to check in the back for more product. I declined because I was in a hurry but it was very nice of her to offer. When I originally entered the store, I went to grab a cart and an employee pointed me to some others that had just been cleaned. And, the cashier also answered a question for me with a smile. I was really satisfied with the service for a Sunday night when all of those kids probably had homework to do and were ready to get out of there. Thanks Target team!

LOVE this Super Target. Well stocked, clean, and mornings are a great time to go. Its less busy then and freshly stocked up. Good selection of sizes in clothing, and the grocery section is massive and has lots of specialty and harder to find items.

Better than the legends target. Yes it is a super target and has the larger grocery section, but also bigger and better product availability. Customer service varies, Ive had friendly or grumpy workers, but the store is clean and overall good.

I enjoy shopping at Target on Shawnee Mission Parkway because it is neat, clean and well-stocked. Target has a great selection of products that bring me back over and over, such as the Kringle pastry, an excellent selection of drugstore type products, the Good & Gather K-cups that I like, cute clothes and shoes, household products, groceries and much more.

Target hires the best staff. They are always very helpful. I appreciate how Target is keeping their stores clean. Covid has been very scary and I felt very safe shopping dur this pandemic.

This target is generally the best. But tonight experience confirmed it. Haley the cashier went above and beyond and genuinely care about what she was doing. She is literally the reason I was able to get groceries. Her kindness means more than she could ever know.

I went in today shopping at the Shawnee mission parkway store for Easter outfits for my grandsons- twin boys. Hailey who was working in the infants section was perfect! She found exactly what I needed and then some! Went above and beyond helping me! Thank you Hailey!

Ordered an item online, and scheduled to pick it up curbside the next day. From ordering, to my notifications, to my pick up. I was very impressed with the process. Very fast service, no wait time. Ill definitely be using it in the future.

I placed an order on line, a short time later it was ready. I dropped by after work, and the item was quickly gotten and I was out the door.

This is my go-to Target, I have not had any problems and they always price match the target circle for me. Starbucks being near the exit is convenient as well. I just got some motion activewear t-shirts in girls section, they were on clearance for $2.40!!!!

Entire trip was ruined by the hyper aggressive ATT salesmen who were hitting up parents in the toy aisles. I dont mind if they are in the electronics area, but its a pain having to avoid them due to their aggressiveness. Not interested means not interested. The one guy then tried to challenge me on my phone bill. Its none of his business what I pay and if I needed help I wouldnt rely on a dancing salesmen in the aisles. I would want a more professional engagement.Target itselfbwas nice however, no fault of their employees except management for not keeping an eye out on 3rd party labor.

Easy and ready to pick up quickly

The store is always clean and well managed. Every employee I’ve encountered is nice and/or helpful.

Shame on you Target for not having one single checkout line open. When I asked self check out people they said none is scheduled before 9:30 am. There were over 30 people working picking orders for on line shoppers but no one to help the actual in person customer. $233 dollars later I check myself out. I have a full time job and it’s not checking myself out at stores.

It’s like shopping at Walmart anymore. Employees don’t care. And don’t have in stock. Standard big business practices. Shop small business!!!

The Target stores consistently provide good prices with great service. Plus the customer base that Target has typically wears a mask. When I walk into Walmart I see that I become a minority when I wear one.

This Target in Shawnee, KS is doing a truly excellent job during the pandemic. It is exceptionally clean. They have multiple layers of hygienic protections in place. They also appear to monitor and when people forget to adhere to social distancing guidelines, then they issue reminders over their public address system. I can not recommend this location enough.

This target is way better than the mission target. More cashiers at the registers and employees seem to like their jobs better at the shawnee location. And I like hearing music when I shop so I dont hear those car horns going off the entire time I shop. This store is one of the best targets in the area.

Just left this Target, not a single register open except for the self checkout and Ive seen employees all over the store while walking around. Just left my stuff and walked out

My mom was looking for a stand mixer and we couldn’t find it at this specific target, but Joseph was a huge help to us and recommend a different location to where they were available. His customer service was superb, deserves a raise!

Went to target to get a black Friday special. Waited outside in the cold in line to get a 65 inch tcl tv that they were advertising. Was one of the first ones in the store and they said they didnt have any. I double checked the app to make sure they had them before I drove so far to get one. Online it said they had them and being the first ones in there they should have had the product they advertised. Target you should know false advertising to get people in your store is wrong. I may just take this further. Im could have better used my time and money for gas to get to your store to shop somewhere that doesnt do false advertising.

Best Target by far in the Johnson county area butttttttttttttttt almost all of their fruit is moldy so PLEASE WATCH OUT! I travel 30 minutes to just shop here but not for fruit!

Love this target! I would’ve rated 5 stars, but the last couple times I’ve been there the women’s restroom has been pretty gross, and not clean at all. Other than that, always a good place to do my shopping.

This one here kind of disappointed me Abit Im talking about the one in Shawnee mission is, I felt let down nothing like I thought it was going to be. I found some Sweaters buy one get the other half off and a pair of jeans 👖 from the Clearance rack nothing Super about it😞

Always have shopped at this location, never had any issues until yesterday when i left Some items in the lower cart compartment, was told to come back today and get them replaced, since they had not been found by store. HUGE thanks to the manager KAYLA for making this happen, true respect and professionalism shown from this women!

Wife shops here often, clean store, typically has what we are looking for.

Easy returns, pleasant staff and good merchandise. If you used your credit card, the clerk can find the original purchase for a quick and efficient credit. How easy is that?!

Not enough employers clean well stocked

Hard to find anything, poor selection, and the bathrooms are DISGUSTING!

I wanted to give target a 5/5 but one of the workers yelled at my friends since we took one of the carts with the seats. kinda pointless since we weren’t doing anything that affected anyone else

I ran in here to the pharmacy because my throat was closing up, I didnt know what to do. The pharmacists calmly acted quickly, got my medicine, and measured it out for me so it would work immediately. So thankful for their calm wisdom! Good job guys!

Always clean and the employees made it incredibly easy to practice social distancing.

The few times I have been to this location, I have been satisfied. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. We were recently in for storage tubs and there were not lids for the tubs we wanted. We stopped the closest staff member and he was more than willing to go the the back and get more lids for us. He seemed genuinely happy to help us. This store works well for us when there are just a few quick things we need to grab. Quick access off the interstate.

Beautiful, clean, brightly lit store. But ... the item I went for was not in stock. In fact, three very common items on my list were nowhere to be found. On the entire wall of the ladies underpants multi-packs, there was not ONE single price label! What makes a retailer think his customer has time to hunt down an employee to maybe get an answer about what an item costs? The cashier was a lovely young lady who asked if I had found everything I came for. Why are the cashiers put in this position? They cant vault over their registers to go hunting down merchandise that may not even be in stock, and leave every other customer in their lines stranded. Isnt the time to ask this question while the customer is still out on the floor, shopping, by the department associates? The music was atrocious electronic beat music through our entire visit. We could not wait to get out. Target is too pricey to put up with this level of dissatisfaction. Sorry, Target, I tried hard to spend my money with you, and I only partly succeeded. I would like to shop at your company, but my time and my ears are too important to me.

Rachel in the customer service department was so helpful and friendly in helping me with all of my registry questions both when I called and when I came in. She was incredibly knowledgeable about how everything worked and made it very easy for me to understand. She was a complete joy and I appreciated all of her time!

Im about to finish up the beautiful sugar°paper planner from yesteryear so she helped me find the new edition in your store despite poor reception. My experience with the staff here has been spectacular every time Ive gone here. I cant say the same for other Targets in the area, but Ive had no issues with this location. We even had one of them go out of her way to ensure that we saved money on our purchase when we were checking out.

I love this target. Its always clean, always stocked, and theyve added all of my vegan alternatives! Yay! I used to have to make many different stops, but they now have all the vegan yogurts, cheeses, frozen items, and so on! Hurray! Also, I absolutely love that they leave the 2-passenger carts out in the front. I have toddler twins and those double carts are a HUGE help in my weekly grocery trips. And everyone is super friendly. Thank you!

A better branch of target store than other branches in kansas city. Variety of stocks !we had coupons of target so brought quite a lot of home decor things !

I ordered my items online for in-store pick up and the experience was great. No waiting in line when I got to the store. Customer Service was very helpful and friendly.

Disrespectful encounter with staff member. Was judged on appearance and forced to go through receipt, elderly lady argued with me in public accused of stealing. Showed receipt and everything was already there. Reported to manager and manager was pleasant. Won’t be coming back due to this.

I always find what I want and theres always a clerk around asking if I need help finding anything.

I love Target, and love the renovation to this particular branch, but I hate the music they now play throughout the store. Some of the lyrics are not appropriate for children. I would prefer nothing, or just elevator type music or instrumental. That may just be me!

Went in to get dresses on sale, and the selection was slim, lots of xs and s but anything higher was slim pickens was very disappointed

The remodel is awesome. Beautiful inside and less does equal more. Clearly they are distancing themselves from Wally world and it shows!

Shopping at Target is becoming a very nice experience, either by just popping in the store, or ordering for pick-up or online.

Always understaffed. Only thing that keeps me shopping here are their stations that you can push a button and an employee will arrive very quickly. The employees are helpful there just arent many and they dont seem to know if there is any additional stock in back.

Very poor customer service. Went in to return an item I purchased on my target red card, customer service was not helpful and evening management said there was nothing he could do because I did not have my receipt. Went to another location and they were able to look up my receipt in minutes, and I was able to return my item without difficulty.

God help you if you come on sunday morning. Only one checkout line, which forced us to self checkout a huge cartload.

I usually have a decent experience here, but today I had completely unstocked shelves for what I needed, an unclear end cap ad that resulted in me being charged more than expected, and the cashier ripped open a food item packaging during check out, then proceeded to put it in my bag.

It said it would take two hours at least but was ready within 10 mins! Would definitely recommend their online pickup!!

I went yesterday to make an appointment with the optometric and receptionist told me you got your appointment at 12:30pm tomorrow and now I went today for my appointment and she told me tat (your appointment was at 12p.m. not 1230pm i am so piss off!!! Right now . I came like she told me at 1230pm and i have witnesses...... they need to hired better receptionist!!!!

This Target is generally very clean and has polite staff. The grocery section is well stocked with neat foods I cant find elsewhere. The home goods section is always changing and has lots of cool decor.My only complaint is that the clothing section is usually quite disorganized. I do understand that its hard to keep up with customers, but sometimes its ridiculous. The clearance section in particular is a mess.

Ive never had any issues with target.

I would stop by here to grab a quick snack, some POWERade, a banana, and some apples. The prices are great as well as the fruit I got. I just wish there was a faster checkout.

Stood at the pharmacy for 5 minutes with no customers waiting; two employees stood behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge me. After 5 minutes of being ignored and being sure that I was seen, I was told “ just a minute”....after 3 more minutes, the associate rudely asked me what I needed. I won’t be back.

One stop shopping! No need going to other stores cause Target has it all with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Its a nice big store that has a lot of options. I really want to like the optical department, because the employees are nice. Unfortunately, the lab that does the work messed up my glasses, and I ordered contacts that didnt come till 3 weeks later. The girls at the store helped square me away, but it was a bad experience that would have been horrible had it not been for them.
