I called this location because the one I typically shop at (because it’s close) they weren’t answering the phone. I was looking for a measuring tape and figured I would try the Dollar Tree before spending too much money on one. I called this store and the gentleman (Jonathan M) was super sweet, great customer service and let me know (after going and checking for my item with zero hesitation) that he could put it on hold for me because they only had two left. We got off the phone but then I realized how well that interaction went and how refreshing it was. I called back and got his name. YOU sir are a wonderful addition to your employer and I appreciate people like you. Thank you for making it easy. I hope this is seen by someone that can give you a pat on the back!

This Dollar Tree store is clean. It has what I need. I am in there once a week. Nice employee, Brandon. The manager Nikki is always there to help. Thank you both and it is so nice to have a clean store :)

This location is one of the better Dollar Tree locations. They have a better variety of grocery items. I saw rosemary, cilantro and other spices. I bought lemon pepper. They a good drug store aisle. There is a good arts & craft aisle as well. They had a good selection for a Saturday afternoon.

Dollar Tree has alot if great stuff! I was getting things to send to Boy Scout camp for my grandson, they had everything I could ever want! I got snacks, candy, cards etc he will be so surprised!! 😍

Big dollar tree with loads of products which are regularly refreshed. The items are organized and maintained well. As these are covid times, The store is also maintained well, sanitizers are only placed at the entrance which can be improved.

This is a well stocked store with a greatselection and very friendly staff. I prefer to go to this store and often will go out of my way to come to this one.

Best Dollar Tree around. Always has a huge selection.One time even found a great eyeglasses repair kit. With everything in it you would need to fix glasses.Staff is always very nice and helpful.

Great variety, cheap stuff. Love this store. Some of the stuff you cannot find at supermarkets will be available here.

Disappointed! I Went in to get a couple of delicious $1 dark chocolate raspberry chocolate bars. I would have settled for the caramel filled. COULDNT FIND EITHER ONE! I ended up with a dark snickers ice cream bar. Pretty darn good so Ill get over my pain. Otherwise clean well lit store. Thumbs High! 👍

This was my first visit to this location. I had tried earlier in the week at my local Dollar Tree to find the silk poinsettia stems and my local was sold out of them.After work, I thought I would try the Sharonville location as it was on the way home. They had what I was looking for in red, metallic red, white, silver and gold! Plus some other silk fillers for an arrangement that Im doing.Also, the cashier, Karen, was very nice and personable and I told her I appreciated the fact that she smiled when she greeted me. Overall, I liked shopping at this Dollar Tree cause Im not much on shopping period!

First time ever in this store and I was amazed by how organized and clean this store was. I’ve never been to a clean dollar tree, EVER. All the ones that I go to in Mason and West Chester are ALWAYS a mess that it turns me off to shop in clutter. Keep up the great work!!

Disappointed that I was only person in store with mask/gloves. Management and cashiers...NO PPE at all. NO social distancing among employees. I normally shop here but will not return!
