I had a very good experience at Hearing Care Center in Sharon (at Cobbs Corner). The office is professional and friendly. Kim Marie made me feel welcome. I had all my questions answered and felt very taken care of. The audiologists (Dr. Milner and Judy) are experienced and know their stuff, both hearing testing and hearing aids.

After terrible service and advice from another hearing center (rude/unhelpful), I took my mother to see Dr. Milner. He provided her with first class service and and excellent hearing aid that was adjusted precisely to her particular hearing loss. I have gone in on many occasions in the last three years and the office is always patient and accommodating. Recently, I had my own hearing tested here and, again, was extremely impressed with the results. If you have any doubt about this office (Im writing because I thought the first review was not representative ), check the impressive credentials of the people who work in this office.

Dont know Hearing Care Center all that well. Were new to the area - got a mailing insert for Hearing Care Center (lesson learned is watch out for mailing inserts, they must do this for a reason; meaning they cant get patients from normal referrals). Called for ear wax issue and was referred to ENT Specialists by Hearing Care Center. Worst advice ever! Dr. Shu from ENT spent 3 minutes with me and charged $260 - so about $5200 per hour - major OUCH! When I called ENT to ask why I was not told of the upcoming fee, I was told everyone knows they pay for an office visit yet at no time was I told of such a highway robbery-type fee. Shame on Hearing Care Center for referring us to ENT. I hold them partically to blame for me getting ripped off. Hopefully they will learn from this major mistake. BTW - my mother-in-law needs hearing aids and there is no way she will go to Hearing Care Center after their referral nightmare!
