Service was fast, friendly and professional. I had an overall pleasant experience.

I went in to the store and the sales representative Lisa was very helpful and kind to me. She helped me customize my phone, the plan, and did everything possible to make my experience go smoothly. She is very courteous and went out of her way to explain the phone and the plan i was receiving. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. Her knowledge of the plans and phones was very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and Nathan and their level of customer service!!! After having a very bad experience at a different store, my husband and I came in and they not only solved our problem, they helped us add a new line AND save money. I have sworn by MetroPCS since they started off as provider & after the experience we had with them, my husband does too. We will definitely be back to add more lines of service next month! Thank you again!!

Lisa was very helpful and was kind and showed me how to use my phone and helped set everything up. She is awesome. Much better than the downtown store. They are rude and are not knowledgeable about the phones. Their Customer Service downtown Sharon is the worst. Lisa is a great Metro Employee. Will be dealing with this store and her from now on!

I currently switched from Boost to metro about 2 1/2 months ago and I have loved the service and phones. The rep Lisa was awesome at helping me pick out my phone and starting service. Any questions I have she has answered in full detail. I have 4 lines on my account currently and I have referred many people to metro. Lisa got my bill down to $100 for 4 lines!!! She multitasked like you wouldnt believe. She is so polite and knows her customers names!!! But she really needs a second person to help her. But Lisas customer service is 200 percent!!!!

I switched from boost to metro i went there to check them i was confused between cricket or metro and the girl who works there Lisa lied to me that cricket is shutting down/ going out of business by showing me some old page on google showing that cricket is shutting down. My metro phone was not working Fine so i was there for a replacement phone which they were not ready to help me at all so i went to cricket and i told everything to the guy that works there and he said he already knew about this and the guy told me that news is from 2012 which shows that old cricket were shutting down because they were merging with Att. The girl is trying to scam everyone with this fake news which is ridiculous and i an glad that i switched to cricket which is way better and fast network i have five lines with cricket for 100$ and i love it.

Lisa, the lady who works there.She does not have patience and she does not know how to talk to new customers. I ported my number from cricket to metro but i figured cricket is much better then metro.I did not have good reception with Metro where ever i go.She lied me that Cricket is shutting down .I dont know how Employees lies to the customers. Even Cricket (At&T)is bigger brand then Metro pc(T-mobile).Owner should hire new employee if he/she wants better business there.
