Dollar Tree is my favorite dollar store! If you shop often enough, youre sure to find some treasures. I actually have gotten complements and asked where I got my makeup. They have mistakenly thot Ive paid big bucks and are shocked to find out it comes from Dollar Tree. Ive gotten name brand Barbie doll accessories and name brand toys for a dollar a piece there too. Check them out. Its a great dollar store! Nothing is ever over a buck.

The place is really dirty!!I have talked several times with either the employees or the manager about it and they say they can’t do anything to change that!! Right outside of the store there was tons of trash like if someone had dumped a big trash can out. The main entrance is full of dirt and the rug is filthy. The floor area by the cashiers is also dirty!! It really makes the shopping plaza look horrible because neither Lowe’s or Slumberland look like that!! ☹️

Love love love Dollar Tree. They get new products every week. The quality is exceptional if you know what to look for. Loads of brand name items too.

Fairly clean and organized. At times out of stock for certain items, but overall a good location. Cashiers are always really friendly. Smaller selection, but Im grateful to have it in Shakopee!

Polite staff, and easy check out. Selection at this location isnt great. So, if youre looking for something you may usually get at a dollar store, it may not be at this one. Hit or miss...

Super friendly staff and spacious setup. You can literally see everything from the entry. I requested to get a phone number and they were diligent to provide it.

Cant go wrong with Dollar Tree. I always seem to find something I need for my crafts. I also buy most of my cards here!

The workers are nice. However, I went here a week ago and they had a few school supplies that I wanted to get, but now theyre replaced with new items on the shelves. I notice every time I enter the store, the items change and they rarely come back. Also, theres a lot of misplaced stuff, boxes stacked in and around the aisles, and just piles of different products randomly in the store, like they got lazy and just threw all the hair products (for example) into one pile on the bottom shelf. But bottom line, its a good place to find stuff for a low price.

Love it here! Always come for the basic cleaning supplies I need for the house. Things aren’t always super organized and some of the shelves are a bit overwhelming, but the customer service is absolutely amazing and the employees are very nice! Always leave this dollar tree satisfied therefore they get 5 stars!

If you didnt know, DollarTree is ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN POLICY! Been shopping at DT for years and never had to return anything. Brought a return and was told that I need to go and get something of the same value on the SAME day. Inconsiderate. A store credit would be apppreciated.

The staff is nice but they seem to be short staffed as there is nearly always a wait for 2-3 people ahead of you. Generally stocked well. 2 for $1 Hallmark brand greeting cards 👍

Half of the people who work here are NOT wearing their masks properly and it is resting below their mouths around their chins. Mask up Dollar Tree!

Good for quick runs, most of the time is stocked with what we need and fairly tidy.

No halloween decor on 10/30 ...but it was all Xmas stuff. also shelf stocking with carts of boxes on a Fri at 5pm not a good option.

Plenty of workers available at registers as well as on the floor.

Normally enjoy this store, but right now, its closed in the middle of the day. All the lights are on, but nobodys home. Lots of confused customers stopping in and leaving.

Shelves poorly stocked and what was stocked wasnt organized or put away, including boxes lying around with product in them.Also, 0/5 for professionalism. One employee was yelling at another one for a couple minutes until they went into the office at the front of the store and left a customer waiting at the register, unsure of actual reason as my attention wasnt caught until her voice significantly raised.

Big isles nice selection but long lines 🤔 cant blame them its a fake covid outbreak lol

Has some of everything. Certain things like shampoo and hair dye would not recommend getting here as you can not guarantee it is of decent quality. I love getting smaller crafting items here.

My mother shopped here. Found everything on her list.

Didnt find what I was looking for that I had seen in their ad. Nobody working there bothered to greet us. They followed us around and acted like I was going to steal their $1 stuff. Wont be going there again.

I bought a dog toy for my dog and he was playing with it and the next day he is picking up all the plastic on the dog toy he could have does. I do notttttt recommend there dog toys. that is poor behavior they don’t even deserve a star.

They still have a lot of Christmas items. Staff is very nice.

This store exceeded my expectations. No guessing games on prices such is the case with all other side called dollar stores.Great bargains and quality.

Date of Visit: 10/30/2018 - Rating it 2/5 stars because they had what I needed, however, I feel like I need to suit up with a hazmat suit to walk in there. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Trash on the floor inside the store, garbage on the sidewalk outside. Shelves were not well stocked. Lots of product laying on the floor like someone was trying to stock, but then got distracted and left it as a trip hazard. Employees were foul-mouthed.

I just went through checkout at this Shakopee location & the cashier KAT was very rude. I dont care how annoyed you may get by guests or something they may do. There is never a reason to be downright rude & snippy towards a guest! I went to set sometbing down on a shelf & she got very rude & was continuously rude throughout the whole transaction. Then my sister was behind me & instead of handing her her change to an outstretched hand she set it down on the table completely ignoring my sisters hand. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this location. The employees are not helpful or friendly at all. Id rather spend the extra gas to go to another location then spend another dollar here.

New! (2016) Has a good selection and friendly staff (for a dollar store, of course).

Ridiculously bad staffing and management15 people waiting in line with one lady on the register... the other employees, are stocking shelves... oblivious to the fact that customers are walking out due to the insanely long line... you don’t stock shelves with tons of waiting customers! Such bad management!

People here are friendly and usually not too long check out lines. The store seems a little disorganized at times.

I felt as if this location was very dirty, and the shelves were empty. The merchandise was placed in random places, and garbage in multiple places.

ONE style of Happy Birthday balloon, NO shower cleaner - shelves were very very bare!

Had higher expectations of the store due to the location and city. Overall it was ok but I felt OT was lacking....shelves werent fully stocked and options are limited.

Store is to close at 9:00. Arrived at 8:40 and literally said we are closing and would not let me in the store. This has happened more than once.
