I really try not to shop at this location, due to how crowded it gets. Also with the lack of physical registers and most of the self checkouts dont accept cash. Doing the change to so many self checkouts I just rather drive the extra few miles to a different location. Its a personal choice of mine. This dose not mean the store is bad its just not one I prefer.

The staff was no where to be found. Only 2 cashiers. The first cashier was so slow 4 people that I saw left the line for the other Line, including me. Best prices around but not worth.

Good store and has everything but they don’t have enough associates working the registers....went close to their closing time and it was a mess. Long lines at checkout. You would think they would have more people doing checkout...but it’s Walmart and I am sure they want to cut costs

Hood and the right hand does not know what the left is doing. A lot of new hires and they all I dont know. They couldnt even work the machine for Mega millions and Powerball. Anna in Customer Service was very helpful. Although Deborah helped begrudgingly she did not smile or pretend to care.

This Walmart Supercenter is a good place to get the bare essentials or if you are looking for a souvenir of the Great Smokey Mountains. It has turned into one big tourist shop that no longer tries to keep a good verity of food and drinks for the locals and crowds are bigger and they seem to less employees so the checkout lines are usually quite long. To be honest I try to go to the another Walmart a town over.

I hate coming here, you can never find what u r looking for, they only have 2 registers open for cash and 10 registers open for card only. They never answer the phone. I would rate no stars if possible.

If you visit Pigeon Forge during the peak of tourist season like we did, don’t leave your shopping for the evening. We made the mistake of settling the kids to sleep for the night so we could divide and conquer (some adults stay with the littles at the hotel and some running the shopping errands). By nightfall, this store was pretty much picked clean! I have no idea how much the post-pandemic supply chain disruptions play a part, but the employee on site said that it’s like that every night. Better send the morning people off to shop in the morning instead!

Tried calling 24 times, no answer or sent to the wrong department. Was trying to order fried chicken for a family reunion. I am from Virginia Beach and thought a simple phone call would work, I was wrong. When I got to the store, they stated that they are out of fried chicken for last 2 weeks. Just wish they answered their phone...

Very busy there are usually alot of people so try to go during a time when there isnt. Its hard to do so since its a walmart in a tourist area but it is doable if your not into it being packed in places. Aside from that they have alot of things i need that the walmart close to me doesnt (because they are not stocked up) good thing about this place is they are since its tourist filled :) also got to love the Aunt Annies inside 🤤

The busiest Walmart that I have ever been too. It is over crowded and the very over shopped. Almost everything is gone. It’s truly a zoo inside this Walmart. It is so busy that people had to walk back outside to get a cart. I would go to a different store or another Walmart location.

Was looking for mask and got no help. My wife went in the night before and said it was a disaster in there clothes and other items all over the floors.

Store always messy, under stocked and no staff to answer questions. We are now going to the south Knoxville location, 18 miles away, which doesnt reflect the shortcomings of our Sevierville store.

I used their order on line grocery pickup. They were very accommodating. Helped load groceries and were very pleasant. This is the best service for us Seniors that prefer to stay away from crowds.

Our view spot had a faulty 50 amp outlet. Marty came right away and relocated us to another site. Not view, but we were only there for 1 night and we got there late in the day, so electric was more important than view. Nice location with a pool and a pond with ducks, geese. Very peaceful

There is everything you need available in walmart. I have found all the stuff i need at great prices here. Its like a everyday store.

If your from out of town this isn’t a bad location I’ve been to worse. They had what I needed but it’s not very big and selection in items is limited on certain things. No complaints.

As we left our hotel to begin a 9 hour drive home a low tire alert came up. Being Sunday the only place open was this locations TLE. They had a reasonably full house but were able to get us in quickly. When they realized the car was sound they gave us the good news and put it back together. Louis was such a kind gentleman and was happy to tell us there would be no charge.During our brief wait I did go into the store to buy some treats for the road. ...this is a HUGE store, dwarfing our own superstores. The shelves we stocked and the lights bright. There is a lot of employee pride to be found at this store!

Had to stop here for magnetic mount for my phone because mine broke. Got to electronics and had to hunt someone down. As we always do in a Walmart. Found someone and she told us that she didnt work in this department and started to walk off. We asked her if she could fine someone to help us. She went and found the person that worked in electronics but they were in a meeting and she told us we had to wait 10 mins before we could be assisted. How unprofessional. I thought customer service was a priority? I used to work in retail and this is not how its supposed to be. Customers should come first.

Oil change was the fastest Ive ever had a Walmart do one. People were great.

Visited twice in 1 week. Had to get my own shopping cart from outside both times. This store was a mess. Shelves were empty. Will definitely go to Publix next time we visit the Smokey Mountains.

So at the Walmart tonight we had a cart guy pushing too many carts with the cart assist and about hit 3 cars including our own. Then when we tried to call into the store to report it the lady that answered didn’t let us speak to the manager. So we had to call back and speak to a manager since we don’t trust people to tell a manager and we wanted to make sure that a manager knew that their cart guy was trying to do too much at one time.

Walmart had fast lines and also Carrie’s a very specific formula that needed when I was in town on vacation. It’s hard to find so it was nice that they had it.

Its a Walmart. They are great stores. The layout is really different from what im use to in Missouri.

If I could Id give them a half star!!! There was only ONE open lane for cash customers, the employee at the register was on a walker, she cut the line off with me sending 3 other customers to who knows where. Then the Supervisor came and made the Cashier take more customers, after she had closed it.....Ive worked retail, I understand when its busy, and crowded, when its time for you to go home, you want to go home...I also realize that every place is short staffed, but really only ONE Register for Cash Customers?!?!!????!!!!

Scheduled a pickup order for 3 p.m. I pulled into pickup area at 3 p.m. only to receive a text at 3:02 p.m. stating my ordered was delayed. Waited until 3:35 p.m. and I called in to check how much longer. I was told it would be at least another 3 hours before my order was ready. I was informed I could cancel my order and go in and pick the items myself. The entire point of scheduling a pickup order was so it was ready by the time I scheduled it. I didnt want to spend any part of my vacation shopping around Walmart. I told them to cancel the order, went in, and got MOST of the things on my list. A lot of the shelves were empty. I felt bad for the poor deli lady. She was the only one working because no one showed up to work. She had a line 5 people deep and needed a bathroom break. The place was packed. The thing that REALLY made me mad was the fact when they canceled my order, I still have a $100+ hold on my card for another 48 hours. So, Walmart is holding money out of my account for items and service I didnt receive. Yes, it will come off, but thats 48 hours I do not have access to my money.

Extremely busy store. Both inside and the parking lot is a nightmare trying to get out of due to traffic. Many of the shelves were empty. They need to work on restocking shelves more then once a day with the amount of people coming here. Would only recommend if you absolutely need something and have some time to burn waiting to get out on the road. Store needs some attention in the area of cleanliness. However, the employees were friendly and helpful.

While on vacation we stopped here. This place looked like we were still in the beginning of the pandemic. Aisles were empty (especially on the grocery side). The only reason for one star is because the staff I encountered were helpful.

Major place for restocking and buying souvenirs. Theres not a lot of major grocery stores in Pigeon Forge so this one stays fairly packed. Even during the week when I went there were still a lot of people in the store mainly tourists like myself. Other than that still good quality products and a good quality store.

The team leads INCLUDING JAMIE were not doing their jobs they basically stood around while the 6 lines were back up all the way in the clothes sections of the store they refuse to ring me up and made me stand in line for a hour while they stood there and gossip . They literally didn’t have all the do it yourself lanes open it was 3 employees ringing up …. THE ONLY EMPLOYEE DOING THEIR JOB WAS THE ELDER LADY WORKING THE DO IT YOURSELF LANES SHE WAS MOVING FAST AND ON TOP OF IT WHILE JAMIE AND HER TEAM LEAD DID NOTHING JAMIE NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED TO THE BACK PICKING AND PACKING.That was the saddest situation I have ever seen and THE TEAM LEADER S WERENT DOING ANY THING AT ALL something needs to be done with Jamie and her team lead before I go to corporate.Have a nice day .

This Wal-Mart serves 3 cities. Pigeon Forge, Seviereville and Gatlinburg. The shelves were completely cleaned out of some items.

This Walmart used to always be are go to spot to hit up before we went to our cabin. Now, its crowded and most the shelves are empty. Didnt even have any decent toys for our 7 year old daughter. We will find somewhere else to stop on our next trip.

This Walmart is one of the more run down, dirty Walmarts I have been in. The staff we encountered was fine, but I couldnt even use the restroom because it was disgusting.

Super huge store and friendly, helpful staff. Very good selection for all different types of items. Prices were fair on purchases. Parking lot is tough getting out of.

This store is actually stocked better than the one at my hometown store. Its sad when you have to go to another store to find what you need in another state.

Finally got stocked up here in Sevierville, this Walmart is 100 percent better than Jefferson city, TN.

This place has gone down hill so bad I dread having to go there. Its unkept. I understand all places are understaffed but as they walk thru their store pick up the trash and put it in a can somewhere. (Only takes a few seconds.) I know cause I being a customer will do this as I shop. The last time I was there the only way to pay was a card no cash. Again I understand shorthanded but not everyone is prepared to pay with a card and that makes things hard for the ones that have only cash. Over all this was a bad experience that could have been avoided with a little customer appreciation coupled with putting forth effort by the customer to offer a hand

I know that were going more to electronic, customers complete their service from walking into the door selecting their product and exiting checking out themselves. There are so many young aged and even under 30 35 it will not even offer assistance to the customers that shop at your store. I am one of many that states the store shuts down allowing us to view our products coming to the store I know Target well then become top of the line as well as of course Amazon that everyone is trusted for years. Walmart on the other hand I have no idea what your money game is but be careful about the clients and I know thats millions so I am one of you

Horrible trip to this Walmart. No shopping carts were available. Had to get one from the parking lot. The product aisles were an absolute mess. Stock pallets were in the aisles making the store even harder to navigate. I would only return to this store if it was the last place open in pigeon forge.

Walmart was overcrowded,and understocked. Know we are here at the height of tourist season we understand the store being busy. But even if you had a couple items you waited in line 30 minutes or more. Every aisle was crowded and was difficult to get through. On the plus side most people were polite and friendly.

I go pretty regular to this Walmart since its only 8 minutes away. 1st off I feel prices for what I buy is great. 2nd they do have gas pumps price is far to surrounding gas stations. 3. Im normally in and out not long at all in lines. Im in the store at 10am, 3p.-7pm time frames. 4. They are good at having my medicine in stock. Employees are friendly. You have to remember were humans and people have bad days. Id rate Walmart at Kinzel way Way a 8.9 out of 10. Walmart if reading what I took off for was parking lot there is a bunch of panhandling going on.

This WalMart was set up very weird. It was hard to find a lot of the things we needed. Not only that, it was super busy even for late at night and the self checkouts were incredibly slow. The bathrooms werent very clean and had a lot of markings and stains on them. If you need to go here, its alright. But maybe try to find another location especially if youre just using the bathroom. Finding anything was a difficult task and we were in there for over a half hour for just 2 items.

We ordered groceries online every week to pick up in the parking lot last three times we were there they couldnt find our order it didnt get pulled and half the stuff was not available going downhill as most retail is

They had the formula for my grandson that is hard to find. It was wonderful being out of town and Walmart always comes thru. Walmarts are everywhere.

Walmart wants your cash, but they forget to tell you that they only have 2 lines that excepts cash. Why do they have up to 20 + computer / registered not even being used? Walmart is supposed to be on cutting edge of technology. Thats a joke right? This is a great example why Amazon will always out do Walmart. EVEN Big Lots in Sevierville IS giving better service. Thats a joke too, right?Walmart its time to get better!

Its always nice to shop in a place where prices are normal in a town full of places charging double or more on the same thing you could get at Walmart.

Remember when you used to complain that Walmart has all those registers and only 3 of them open. Well now that you are your own cashier they still wont open adequate registers... Staff was friendly which is helpful because you have to spend your afternoon there.

Pretty much like any Walmart. Smaller store but has pretty much everything I would need.

We have never visited a Wal-Mart Supercenter that was as filthy as this location. The floors were extremely dirty in ALL of the food sections. There was barely any meat available to purchase. Snacks were depleted. Clothing was on the floors more than the shelves or racks. We left and went to Publix for groceries.

Place is busy I understand but it is sold out of almost everything everytime you go there. Meats, shoes, cheese, yogurt place always looks like the day before the apocalypse

A lot better store the the one in oxford, Ohio and there shelves are better stocked, plus more volume to choose from.

Was in line for over an hour and a half. My wife was in the car waiting and there was a couple going through the parking lot lifting handles that she watched go around during that time. Be safe.

I wanted to acknowledge the Walmart Tire Center for there quick and expert service. We were on a Couples weekend get-a-way and had the misfortune of catching a screw in Our tire. I called the Walmart Tire Center in advance to ask if they did Tire repairs just to make sure they could and would service My mishap. Upon arrival, the young man that was stationed at the check-in was very forward and clear as to how long the repair would take. After a short period of time, I noticed that Our vehicle was in the tire bay and ready to be worked on. While seeing the Tech begin work on Our vehicle, I realized that I did not give them the wheel lock. I approached the Tech and was able to get the key from the glovebox to allow Him to continue His work. Tony was more than pleasant. He took great care of Our vehicle and made sure that We would be safe and ready for the road once again. Tony..... Thank You for taking care of My Wife and I and making Us feel secure that We were safe.
