I love Johnston & Murphy shoes. Dillards department stores carries Johnston and Murphy. I had visited Dillards in Greenville, SCs Haywood Mall only 3 days prior to stopping into this Johnston and Murphy store. Not shopping for myself, at Dillards I saw a beautiful pair of Knoll Wingtip Cognac Full Grain Leather shoes with cool white and cognac laminated soles which I really really liked. I didnt need a pair of shoes and they were $250.00 and I didnt need to spend $250.00 for a pair of Knoll Wingtip Cognac Full Grain Leather shoes with cool white and cognac laminated soles, which I didnt need, though I really liked them. When I saw this Johnston and Murphy store while driving through the outlet mall I immediately thought about the beautiful $250.00 Johnston and Murphy Knoll Wingtip Cognac Full Grain Leather shoes with cool white and cognac laminated soles Id seen a few days earlier in Dillards. I wondered, is it possible that this outlet store might carry that beautiful shoe. I walked the whole front of the store, and saw many other shoes I liked. I could like nearly any Johnston Murphy shoe. A sales person nearby directed my attention to the racks toward the rear of the store telling me all shoes on those racks where $49.00 a pair. Ok, big deal, I thought., Heres the stuff no one wants.The first pair of shoes I saw were none other than the Knoll Wingtip Cognac Full Grain Leather shoes with cool white and cognac laminated soles. Wow! Those are THE SHOES. Next, I thought, No way they have my size 11. Yes, they did have my size. I could not believe it. Obviously, it was fore-ordained that I was meant to have these shoes.The man at checkout couldnt have been nicer. He was totally professional, polite as I told him my Dillards story and how amazed I was to find these shoes and then to get them at $49.00. I was like a kid with a new surprise toy that Id wanted. Id worn them by the time I took these photos, but they still look good.

Costumer service excellent welcoming to the store, everything organized and clean

100% would recommend they are very professional and extremely helpful. I bought 2 pairs of boots from them and they were nothing but helpful the whole time.

We have never been to one of these stores before and now that we have been here, we can say that the place is so much better then we pictured. The store was very clean and well maintained. They had a good selection and nice sale items. There is stuff here for people in your entire family. The staff was also super friendly.

Came in looking for a size 15. Salesman told me they dont carry very many 15s which is understandable because I have big feet and I know. But before I could walk out the door he asked another sales associate and they had just got 2 pair in. They didnt work out but I certainly appreciate the effort to find me a pair and even pull out a catalog to try to find a pair that would work. Thanks guys!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The sales are reasonable for an outlet store, but the shoes are excellent quality. The smell inside the store is heavenly. There is comfortable seating for both trying on sizes and waiting for your companion. I was even offered a cold bottled water by the young man behind the counter.
