So many amazing book selections, nerd memorabilia and the coffee is delicious.

I was really disappointed with this store. The customer service was bad. Everyone we talked to seemed upset or sad. There are definitely better book stores in Pigeon Forge with much better prices and customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

Got there with 2 minutes until close and was greeted wit: Were closing. Better be quick, by some guy with dark hair and glasses.....not exactly welcoming considering we spend a lot of money there every couple of weeks.If there were other places to shop for what I need, I definitely wouldnt return after our welcoming comments tonight.

Very nice! Great selection of books and magazines in many different categories. They have abundant young adult and kids sections. This a kids a million store! Great place for gifts for any occasion. This store also has a Joe Muggs coffee shop. Smelled really good but was in a hurry, definitely will try something there next time.

Great book store with a little coffee shop attached. Nice place to relax and sift through some books to read and take home. Selection very similar to a Barnes and Noble store. Manga and Anime selection is quite large though. Bathroom was out of order when I visited so minus a star.

Great place to get books and magazines. They also sell used movies now.They have games and action figures and Funko Pops as well.So, if you need a good book or a new to you movie or a new game or Funko Pop.Definitely go visit and have a good look around!!!

Worst experience ever at a Books A Million. Arrived at 7:30 with the intent to buy several books, and made to feel very unwelcome by staff. They had even shut the restrooms early (blaming covid...yet there was a whole store full of customers, so that makes no sense). Felt as if they were trying to close up early...and cared zero about customer service. They actually suggested we go to fudruckers or Texas Roadhouse down the road to use their Public restrooms!!! Books a million has been my favorite of all the large bookstores for a long time, but I wont be visiting this store again. Pro tip. If your restrooms are closed, hang up a sign...dont just park a cleaning cart in the hallway and hope people get the idea.

Books-A-Million is a great store. They have all the best sellers that you want to get your hands on. There is the discount section that is wonderful. Want to read a book about all the most infamous serial killers? Six bucks. Want a beautiful coffee table book of haunted places? Great price. Their teen, young adult and childrens section is awesome. Wonderful book themed gifts. Harry Potter, anime, Star Wars Mandalorian etc. Many plushies that are really quality. Super soft and squishy. Loved them. The subjects are up to date and relative. Great place for gift buying or just a book.

Terrible efficiency and processes. I ordered a book online after it was digitally marketed to me through social media. Ordered it 11 days ago (8 business days) and havent received any updates. Checked on the status of the order by logging in. According to their information, its still being processed, it also detailed materials are still being gathered. 8 business days/11 days overall and its still being processed? Seems crazy. Additionally, I tried to cut my time losses and just cancel the order, but their system informed me I cant cancel the order because its being processed. Im thinking they wont send it to me because its a politically controversial book, or their processing and systems are just that inefficient. Anyway, wont be ordering from them in the future. For the record, Im only 90 minutes away drive time, I could see if I was ordering from across the country, but not the case.

Whats not to love? I just wish I could spend time in there without a mask like the good old days. I love a store filled with books. The chai tea is always lovely.

This store has a friendly helpful staff! It is organized and always clean! The magazines are rarely ever unorganized! The kids section is even well organized and clear if clutter! Love it here! Great location to visit after a yummy dinner nearby

Good selection, just be cognizant of book organization, alot of the authors are out of order and the Kiosk gives limited information.

This is the best bookstore in the Great Smoky Mountain area! Books of all genre, Movies anyone woukd enjoy, Records, memorabilia, shirts, toys, a bit of everything! The staff is so awesome and also you can sell dvds and other things for store credit and or cash! Bookworms unite here!

I looked online for the book I wanted and checked the closing time. Headed to the store just in the nick of time. Door is LOCKED! It wasnt even 7pm! I knocked on the door. 2 associates came and both didnt seem to care that I had driven all the way there and live 2 states away. I guess this is why all of the Books A Million in my state had to close down.

Nicely organized store. Off the beaten track & not easily seen from the road. They did have quite the variety. There were some great prices but I also found some high prices on some items. I did purchase a number of books. Great sale price but when I went to check out was told not on sale. Clearly they were on specially priced table. Was noted by cashier that books are priced at warehouse & not store & sometimes prices are not in system correctly. They apologized & prices were corrected. I left very pleased. This would be a great place to purchase books & related items for children & teens as they had some good selections. Lots of super heroes items. I went in for specific books which I found, but were priced at retail so I did purchase these on line but I did buy 4 other books while there which were priced well.

Stock somewhat limited, magazine selection quite limited, major magazines not there at all. Will go back, hope to see improvement.

After you go to joanns walk down to Books AMillion. I could spend all day in there. Wide selection of books. I particularly like the big selection of Dr Seuss books. Then get a cup of coffee at Joe Muggs. All three of these are located at Governors crossing.

Love all the books and gifts that have. Coffee is good too.

Great selection of books and magazine. Friendly and Helpful staff. Only one bench to look over your books before purchasing. The only place to sit would be in the coffee shop or outside. In most Barnes and Noble locations they offer comfy seating but not here. I think the idea of having comfortable seating would offer customers a place to enjoy looking over the books and in the end remaining longer in the store resulting in more purchases. Otherwise I can just buy them online and have them delivered.

Pretty sure theres a few more than a million books in here and thats okay because it means something interesting always comes home with me! The bargain section is a fantastic place to find affordable books for just about any passing interest from essential oils to guitar solos to celebrities to wars. Great place to find gifts for hard to buy for loved ones too!

Went to the store to buy a book. To the book was 8 bucks cheaper online. Cashier says I had to purchase the book online and choose pick up in store to get the book today for the online price. As Im standing there at checkout with the book in hand, purchasing online for the discount. Says book is out of stock ! Haha...lucky the cashier seen how rediculous this was and give us the discount. What a silly experience !!!

I love visiting this store but I rarely buy anything. Its quite expensive compared to other places. If they had better prices, I would be a loyal customer.

We were stuck in traffic trying to get to Tanger Outlet mall when we decided to turn into a small strip mall with a Catos and a book store. We were glad we did. Books a Million has a great coffee shop. I had a very good cup of coffee and a cookie. Nice relaxing atmosphere. It is a very large book store, I guess thats why they call it Books a Million.

Clean, bright, and inviting. Tons of books that are well organized with something for everyone. Joe Muggs has tasty coffee and yummy treats. Lots of non book gift items. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
