On vacation from Pennsylvania, heard a knocking noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. Took it to D&R automotive. They were able to determine the issue, needed new rotors and brake pads. In and out in 2 hours, very professional and efficient. Appreciate the work!

We were traveling down that way on vacation when our car started shaking and losing power and we barely made it there. We called Monday morning and were so worried we wouldnt be able to get it fixed to enjoy our vacation. D&r got us in and said he would get it looked at by the afternoon if not earlier. He had it looked at in about an hour after I dropped it off and had it fixed by the afternoon! It was issue with the valve cover losing vacuum, and he diagnosed and had it fixed in an amazingly quick amount of time.Very nice, very helpful, I could not praise them more here! And the price was also very very fair!!!

Amazing guys! We had car trouble when visiting from Texas. They gave me the towing company they use which made it easy. They fixed the problem and price seemed good. Very very thankful!

Richard and his crew were able to put my mind at ease when my car lost oil pressure while on vacation. It was just an oil pressure sensor that they replaced while I waited. On the way to the Gatlinburg for some vacation fun my wifes car developed an issue that would need attention to safely return home later in the week. D&R Automotive quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it and although they could have taken advantage of the situation they chose to be an honest and reputable auto repair business by repairing only what was needed at a reasonable price thank you D&R Automotive for your professionalism, honesty, and the peace of mind we will have during the return trip home.

While on vacation my truck needed a power steering pump. Not only were they the only shop in the local area that was able to squeeze me in they had my truck fixed quickly.

This place was amazing!!! My Alternator went out on my car they had my car in the shop and out within 4 hours and that Was replacing the alternator and serpentine belt ...I highly recommend this place and there prices are great!!!

I recently spent $2k with them on my front end. After picking it up it was still making the same noise. I told them about it and took it back to have them look at it and still had the same noise on the front. I also had them do plugs and wires for another 225.00 Drove it a few days after and it was making a noise still. Isent the videos to the owner he said he got them and would get back with me. Still no call or text on the situation and its been 3 wks. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

On vacation from Ohio and power steering went out on our Honda Odyssey. They were able to get us in the next morning first thing found problem and repaired it in a few hours while we waited. Excellent service and price for parts/labor was not overwhelming. They also have a lovely beagle, Rosie, that greets everyone from behind the desk. Shes so cute!! Would highly recommend.

We had our van break down while on vacation and not only did they have it fixed in record breaking time, but they also had a great recommendation for who to use to tow it to their shop! The price for everything to get fixed was great and we made it all the way home 8 and a half hours with no issues after getting it fixed! If you are not from around here and need to get something fixed we 100% would recommend going through them! They helped us get our vacation back on track and we are really thankful we found them!

We received EXCELLENT service from this facility when we found ourselves stranded on the side of the road out of state. Quickly they discovered that we had a transmission line that had been damaged. A new one had to be ordered from a dealership and was rushed to them next day. They not only had us back on the road by lunch, but kindly let us bring our luggage to put in the car while they were working on it as we had to be checked out by 11am. Incredibly wonderful to work with and professional. Their pricing was fair and didn’t take advantage of our situation!

Needed new wheel bearing. Contacted this shop and they were able to work on it pretty quickly. Gave us a heads up as to repair cost, which was reasonable, and the work was done as predicted. Will use them again. Recommend

Went on a short vacation and learned the hard way that if you hardly use your eBrake, dont ever use it.D&R was able to fit us in same-day, helped secure a ride to pick up the car and provided a fair price for their services. Both of the workers we interacted with were super friendly, too.

We arrived in town on vacation last Sunday, and after checking reviews, we contacted an overbooked mechanic on Monday morning. Then I called D&R. Troy fit us in and drove our honda pilot, patiently trying to hear the elusive squeaky chirping and whining noises we described. It wouldnt sound, so he took care of our front brakes with thinning pads and warped roters, since we needed that and in case it was the issue. We left and returned 15 minutes later and picked Troy up to hear the noises that were now returning. He heard it and brought us back to put it up on the rack again. He found the faulty axle bearing issue, ordered the part and fixed it the next day! No more scary noises for our 1,000 miles drive back home this weekend! Thanks guys for the great work you are doing!!

Honest people!!!! We were in town for vacation and our minivan had a shudder while braking. Not being sure if it was a warped rotor or a bad wheel bearing, I brought it to D&R. Not only did they get my van into the shop within 2 hours, they checked everything over and told me that it was a warped rotor. He also said that he didnt want to replace parts just to take my money and that our minivan would definitely get us home without problems. Since I typically do all of my own automotive repair, he advised me to replace the front brakes when we get home. He wouldnt even take any money for his time spent diagnosing our problem. I cant express how much of a blessing his reassurance was to our family. Super grateful and this review is the least I could do to show my appreciation.

We were in Pigeon Forge for a Christmas retreat that took a turn quick when my starter went out. These guys were awesome, found a tow and added to our bill for easier payment. He was able to get the starter replaced and battery charged in less than 2 hours. Amazing guys, would take my business here again if needed.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! We were on vacation and had just arrived on Saturday. Our fuel pump went out on Sunday. We had the truck towed to D & R on Monday. We were told it would be Wednesday before they could get our truck fixed, which was fine because we were going to be there until Sunday. Parts were ordered and came in sooner than expected. We received a call Tuesday morning that our truck was ready to be picked up. These guys are amazing, super friendly and very reasonable price. While under the truck, they advised of other issues they found while fixing the fuel pump and gave us a heads up on other maintenance issues. I definitely recommend D & R for any and all auto repair needs.

I checked the reviews on the shops around and pick this one, based on the reviews. It was midnight when I did that, so there is no way to call anybody. Decided to stop by in the morning. They start at 8am, I arrived at 7:30 - they were open already. They diagnosed the car right away, confirming the wheel bearing needs to be replaced. At that moment they stayted car will be ready early afternoon, but 11am they called me back that the car is ready!All I can say is huge THANK YOU! Drove down from St. Louis and had my check engine light come on. Stopped by Auto Zone in middle of Tennessee and they thought it was a cam shaft sensor. Well after arriving on Sunday night, I called first thing Monday and D&R got me right in. I was able to leave my vehicle and they called me a couple hours later with finding no issues and clearing the code. Could of been bad gas or the barometric pressure but since they could not find a problem, they did not charge. Honest company I recommend for any out of towners. Thanks again for getting me in so quickly.

Vacationing from Canada and was planning on making a trip up to Clingmans dome. Headed out in the morning and the brakes started making an awful grinding noise. I called them at 9:00AM and they managed to squeeze me in. Had me back on the road in 2 hours and we still managed to make our trip to the Dome the same day. Great service and the shop and waiting area was very clean. Just minutes from Dollywood.

So my chrysler tc vans alternator went out on us while on vacation in Tennessee with two kids. They answered the phone politely and stated that they could get me in and out before end of day and quoted me a fair price. I purchased the alternator at advance took it to them. My Wife and I had rented a cabin in the mountains to celebrate our Honeymoon. We had just arrived at the cabin, which was straight up the side of a mountain, when the radiator let go. I waited till morning to check the vehicle over, and determined there was a leak eith in the radiator or the lower hose.I called a couple places, and all said a week or more. I called D & R, explained that it was our Honeymoon, and she told me to get the vehicle to them. Richard put the Vehicle up on the hoist, and determined it was the radiator. He check on parts, and told us it would be ready the next day (July 3rd). They directed us next door to Randy,s to check on a rental car (They have a Hertz in the building).The next morning at 10:21 we got the call that our ride was ready, less than 24 hours later. This was for a 2015 GMC Terrain, and is an extensive job, they got us back in our own vehicle, and back to having fun.This is a very professional, shop.
