Michael C is very professional, helpful and friendly. I was trying to get a copy of my daughters picture, while helping me, he was also helping another man. He was very calm and patient with us both.

Ive been filling prescriptions here for quite some time (8+ years). Its steadily deteriorated in service and quality.Todays experience of being hung up on three times and once after being told oh Ill take care of you and you dont need to tell me the saga when trying to explain to the pharmacy assistant what was going on, then being told (wrongly) that my insurance would not cover my prescription until the next day resulted in me calling my doctors office and changing my preferred pharmacy to one thats not only further away but far less convenient because of the repetitively unprofessional behavior from these pharmacists. One of the highlights? Three years ago one of the pharmacy techs asked me if I had thought of telling my doctor to write the prescription for a different medication (for a specific medical condition) because the prescription that my doctor had very specifically submitted electronically was, as she put it, kind of expensive.Which is, not to put too fine a point on it, NOT THE JOB OF A PHARMACIST TO PRESCRIBE OR CHANGE MEDICATIONS. Or even to suggest such a thing. More to the point, the medication in question was for a specific condition. I asked said pharmacy tech if she was a doctor, to which she said, No, and then asked if she was MY doctor, to which she also said, No. And then I asked if she was unable or unwilling to fulfill the prescription. To which she said, No.To which I replied, Then please fill the prescription as written, and do not give me unsolicited advice about changing my medication, because thats not your job. Thats my doctors job.The fact that I actually had this conversation with someone who worked at a pharmacy is mind-boggling; but the reality it, its the symptom of this particular pharmacy over the long haul.I have received consistently poor service from their pharmacy and routinely ignored by their staff, as well as witnessed multiple poor pharmacy practices. In one instance one of their employees children was occupying space inside the pharmacy area itself while doing schoolwork.I mean, I get it, you gotta do what you gotta do when child care falls through but it seems inappropriate for a child to be INSIDE the pharmacy area instead of in the waiting area while the parent is working. The culmination of this entire massive package of poor experiences, incorrect information and unwarranted medical history intrusion with this particular Walgreens pharmacy staff means I (MIGHT) go there in the future to pick up a bunch of print photos that come off of their network-linked photo printer or purchase a set of nail clippers, but for the primary purpose of which this chain of stores exists? Nope. Never again. The fact that I checked my insurance information regarding whether the insurance would pay for the prescription TODAY and found out that they would in fact pay for the prescription instead of waiting two days either indicates that the staff doesnt know what theyre talking about OR something else that would indicate deliberate misinformation designed to get customers to pay inflated prices for their medication. In either case, I found the lack of clarity more than a little deceptive, and realized that I just dont trust the people working here.Which is not a good thing when youre relying on them to dispense your medication. So were done.Im just surprised that it took me this long to overcome the convenience factor and dump Walgreens for a better pharmacy.

The worst. Always an issue trying to fill an antibiotic prescription. They never want to help you, they only want to say no. Encourage you to go anywhere else!

I agree with other reviewers, the pharmacy team here is disorganized, and rude to customers. They had plenty of staff on hand but still ignored patients who were waiting in line. Even though I am walking distance from this Walgreens, I will not return as a customer here.

Automated phone system is one of the most aggravating Ive ever been forced to use, but thats the least of the problems with Walgreens. The pharmacy doesnt open until 10AM on Saturdays and theres only one person on shift from after they open until who-knows-when (and that seemed to still be the case when I arrived there a bit past noon). This results in a wait time of over 2 hours to get a small number pills transferred from a big bottle to a smaller one -- nevermind the fact that Ive been able to get the same prescription filled in 15 minutes if I just drive up to get it versus calling in advance. All of this is particularly irritating because its not the fault of the pharmacist behind the counter, but the company itself. If theyd hire enough staff to open before the late hours of the morning (on the weekend, no less; when people run errands they cant get to during the work week) and have more than one person manning the entire pharmacy, those folks could do their jobs better and faster.Pharmacists are trained professionals, and shouldnt be stuck working like short order cooks because a company would rather redirect funds to the top of their organization by squeezing their lifeblood workers, rather than offer a respectable level of service by paying for an appropriate degree of staffing.

I was waiting in line behind a woman for my prescription (I NEVER go in because of COVID but needed an emergency OTC product so I thought I would swing by and grab it and my prescription in one go) when the woman TOOK OFF HER MASK and started talking about how she was having difficulty breathing. The pharmacist showed up at the counter and began filling her prescription for an inhaler and NEVER told her to put a mask on. Given that this woman could have been experiencing Covid symptoms and was unmasked, I went up to the front to buy my OTC and left the store and went through the drive through for the prescription. Absolutely disgusting that the pharmacist (someone in healthcare) wouldn’t enforce Walgreens mask policy. Never coming here or another Walgreens again.

I just had the worst experience at this Walgreens. I dropped of a prescription and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and a truck was blocking the drive up. I then walked up to the window and they wouldn’t serve me because “it’s store policy.” I explained I was high risk and don’t go into stores. The manager basically said “too bad.” Then I discovered they have a pick us place in their own parking lot. I called pharmacy and asked for it to be brought out. I waited 20 minutes and then called back and they said they don’t deliver to cars prescriptions. I am no longer a customer at this Walgreens.

Never have prescriptions ready when promised. Constant issues with delays or common medications out of stock. I honestly don’t know why I still use them.

This local Walgreens store is my favorite Walgreens of all time. The customer service people are incredibly helpful and give the atmosphere a home-town feel. I feel safe and taken care of at at this particular Walgreens - maybe because I have gotten to know almost everyone that works there. Big shoutout to Mandy in beauty, Anita at checkout, and Ken at the pharmacy taking care of our monthly refills. (And I miss Madeline who used to work there!)

The staff are all amazing, with exception of the pharmacy. I stood for nearly 5 minutes before the gal 2 feet away from me acknowledged me while she finished her task. Otherwise, they are great. ANITA is fab!

They pride themselves on being one of the last wetlabs for photos in the city but will ruin your film. Do not get your film developed here ! I wish I would have sent it off and waited the 2 weeks instead of trusting them with my important memories.

Their pharmacy is lacking even the most basic amount of diligence possible when it comes to filling prescriptions. If they have any issues, instead of calling you and letting you know while doctors offices and insurances are open, they ignore your prescription, while letting their automated system tell you that everything is fine.

Fist it took ab act of Congress to get one Walgreens prescription transferred to another when I moved. Then I had issues with a bad allergic reaction to an inactive ingredient in one generic manufacturer. I called. I called my doctor, I called back to the pharmacy. I was looked at as if i were crazy for having allergies. I missed work. I kept calling. They actually told me their manufacturer which Id been using for years WAS BASED IN PUERTO RICO...and there was a shortage. I called Fred Meyer pharmacy about a mile away and they were fully stocked with the manufacturer hypothetically based in Puerto Rico.BTW- not all Walgreens are this horrible.

Ive never had a positive experience at the pharmacy in a year of using them. Lost scripts, waits 30 minutes past when they call, overcharging me (more than $1 for a small syringe when everywhere else theyre 30 cents or less?) And just outright incompetent staff. Steer clear

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They never called to tell me they didnt have my prescription in, they just didnt order it. Their system always seems to be down or not in communication with my insurance and their customer service could use some work.
