Excellent mom and pop business that has been in business many years, relying on long-term relationships, experience and excellent service. Ive ordered business cards from them that were hand delivered to me. They will go out of their way to see that you are happy with the job and their service. Highly recommended.

There are print shops closer to West Seattle, but TCC Printing in the International District is worth the trip (only a few minutes). Outstanding customer service, great quality -- and they are in perfect sync with the files and tech speak of my go-to graphic designer. They printed my original business card and when it came time for the reorder, Justin suggested a matching red border along all four edges -- this affordable upgrade gives my cards extra visual weight and prominence -- plus they stand out in a stack of other business cards. TCC has also printed event flyers and other promotional mailers for me and my wife.I used to think I was saving money by using those cheap online places, but the shabby quality might have actually cost me business because I didnt look professional. TCCs prices are very competitive in all categories I used them for so far and my marketing materials look better than those from most major corporations.

We had what was a simple miscommunication about a printing job for all of $100.00 and when we questioned the bill, we got a call from Michael who berated and insulted our person. He called her immoral and unethical. Seriously, he was unprofessional, rude and way out of line. He left her in tears. No apology ever. I would never recommend him to anyone. It could have all been worked out very simply. Who does business like this?

Been getting cards here for for at least 6 years, the cards/printing are great, customer service is quite poor. As the customer, I hate knowing I have to walk on eggshells with a particular coordinator to get anything done without attitude, as well as send reminders when my emails havent been acknowledged - not something I should have to do.

I will never go to TCC Printing and imaging the types of customer service I received was horrible I couldnt believe how I was treated when all I was asking for was a few questions in regards to the best in their opinion their professional opinion what would be the best for some business cards unfortunately that I cant go back and Im putting this review out because I suggest that if youre looking for a printing company you pass up TCC itll save you a lot of headache Ive read some of the other reviews and I really dont know what company they were dealing with it kind of seemed a little fluff thanks for listening go there at your own risk you have been warned
