Ordered a flower arrangement to be sent to the hospital for a family member. Other members of my family have used them with excellent results in the past. The family member said that half of the flowers were wilted and the other half looked dead the next day. When I called to speak to the shop about it, they told me that it was probably our fault for not watering them. One of the family members who saw the arrangement called and talked with them as well and the woman was very argumentative. They finally agreed to make another arrangement, but my family member had to go pick it up. Im giving 2 stars because they ultimately made it right, but Im very disappointed in the response to our concerns and wont be using them again.

My parents were thrilled with their bouquet - “outstanding” was the word they used! After nearly a year of limited contact due to the pandemic, I felt so grateful I could order something for them to brighten their day that was made with care and delivered perfectly on time. I’ll certainly order from Avant again when I need to send flowers.

Ive been using this flower shop for many years already. You can order online which is way more convenient. They are super responsive and I love the same day delivery. The order process was very easy and hassle-free. All of their imported and local flowers are both affordable and fresh. I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone.

Sadly Avant, Im done with you. We had a good relationship until now. Wrong delivery date for a friends 50th birthday, not ok. In trying to make up for your mistake, you gave me another order which I sent to a friend as a thank you, and not even a week in the flowers are dead. Flowers die, I get that but they should have lasted more than 3 days.
