The smoked cheese from Craft Goods is so delicious. The white cheeder is my favorite. I have never had anything quite like it. I got some last year as stocking suffers for my family and they all loved it too! I bought some again this year and it looks like this is turning into a Christmas tradition. This stuff is seriously good. As a lover of both cheese and salmon, I can say with full confidence that I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from them (which has been a lot!). My family and I love their food and their customer service; the quality is just all-around superb.My personal favorites are the smoked salmon and the hot smoked jalapeno. The cheese has the perfect amount of heat. The regular smoked is great too. If I had been home around Thanksgiving, I would have definitely picked some up, but I’ll for sure be grabbing some for my Christmas dinner table! For sure a special thing that I look forward to getting whenever possible.

I bought the Salmon and each of the smoked cheeses to my families Thanksgiving for an appetizer. It was a huge hit. The Salmon is so moist with great flavor. The hot smoking has an incredible effect on the cheeses, it makes them creamy and light and the smoke flavor is just right. If you have a choice this is the smoked salmon and cheeses you need to get. You will be the hit of the party.

Tried the salmon and various cheeses. All tasted incredible but it was the texture that really stood out. I’ve never had a smoked salmon that retains so much moisture and flavor and the cheese was super creamy with some beautiful smokey flavorings. Awesome.

Owners response time is great, especially for the holidays. The hot smoked jalapeno cheese is delicious and creamy, with just enough heat. I dont eat fish, but both my daughters LOVE the smoked salmon. We are lucky to be able to procure the cheese and salmon a few times a year.

I bought this at a work holiday fair for my husband who is a salmon and cheese lover. The Smoked Salmon is the best I have had. Its moist and flavorful without being overwhelming and the cheese (The smoked cheddar) was awesome. I used some in a cheese sauce and it made it do much better! I highly recommend that everyone try both!

While there are lots of tasty cheese options, I have to say Steves hot smoked salmon the best smoked salmon I have ever had - it is beyond incredible. The special care in the preparation process makes all the difference. This salmon is incredibly moist and has the most wonderful flavor. I highly recommend it.

We call it crack around here! It is so good the smoked salmon tastes fresh, not dried out and its flavor is amazing and not fishy. I have people eat it at gatherings that dont eat fish and they love it. We had a taste off with the neighbor who thought his candy salmon was the best and sadly lost by leaps and bounds. I give cheese and salmon baskets at Christmas to my clients and I tried to change it one year thinking they wanted variety. I was met with.. ugh this is nice but where my cheese and salmon? We ordered the smoked cheese and salmon and to our delight and our entire party, it was a exceptional. The Cheese literally melts in your mouth and the spicy smoked is perfect and not too hot. We will he ordering more next year and will be sure to keep some for our own home.
