*Terrible Customer Service* I took my phone to get my screen replaced last week, paid $240 for it. The next week my screen wouldn’t unlock or open at all. I took it back up there today. The worst customer service, tried to make me pay $125, telling me I was wrong, and wouldn’t even look at it. I obviously did not leave it, for how rude he was being. I took it to AT&T, they looked at it and looked up how they could fix it, took then 5mins and it was done.

The guy working there knows more about cellphones, tablets you name it he’s pretty knowledgeable on a lot of stuff. Better than any AT&T employees He’s good at what he does he can answer you question & I would rather go let him fix my phone or tablet before I use AT&T ever. It’s a great lace to go for any repairs or accessories you might need.

My experience was terrible. I called, the gentlemen acted like it would be an issue to replace the screen 2 hours prior to closing, and recommended I bring it earlier. So I made arrangements and took it around lunch. The man looked at it at told me they didnt have the parts for it. They could have told me when I called 30 minutes prior. To top it off they were very rude and inconsiderate on the phone and even more so in person.

Cellphone Central has fast service and can typically fix your phone within a few hours. My phone had a front and back screen cracked, and Im impressed with how fast they fixed it.

Had a terrible experience with this place, spent a ton of money to fix a cracked screen. I got it back with face Id broken, speakers broken, and the lock screen camera and flashlight button broken. I made 4 separate trips to the store so they could do repairs. It’s now “fixed” but I am still unable to press the flashlight or camera button on the lock screen and the quality is so much worse than a crack in the screen

Got my phone screen fixed back in June of this summer. Phone started messing up within 1 day, took it back up there, and they “fixed it”. 2 months later my phone is messing up the way it did the first time. I took my phone to an authorized Apple provider, and they told me my phone screen is really low Quality, and cheap. So basically I paid $180 for a $40 screen, now I have to pay another $200. Never using this place again, it’s better to use a place that’s authorized with Apple, and get better quality for the same price this place is charging

Would not recommend them at all. Got phone fixed the other day and not even a week later already have trouble with the screen not working right. Called to see if they would be responsible and fix it but they said I’ll have to pay them ANOTHER $89 and some odd change (PRICE OF NEW SCREEN) for them to fix it. Very crappy people would NOT recommend. If you need your phone fixed go somewhere else. PATHETIC !!!

My husband spent months rigging his phone trying to get it to charge. He took it to the guys at CellPhone Central this morning and within a matter of minutes they had it cleaned out and working like new! We will definitely be using them for all of our cell phone repairs in the future!

Scotty Hudgens is the most dishonest person. He will tell you everything is fine with the phone and after a month it’ll stop working. I’ve bought three phones. One worked 6 months, another a little over 3 months and the last one a month. They won’t warranty and won’t even check it out after it’s sold.

These guys are life savors!!! I came in today after an emergency screen shatter from this morning. I called ahead and they quoted me. I dropped my phone off during the lunch hour and picked it up 40 mins later. The service was fast, professional, and I was back with a fixed phone in a giffy!! I recommend this place to anyone who wants fast service!

Aaron helped me out a great deal when I was trying to see if my Mega would work again. It didnt. But he hooked me up with a great LG V10 and got me up and running without me having to run to Cricket to get things changed over. Just had to take it up there today for a litte configuration setting for pics. No big deal. I got home was overwhelmed (tech challenged is an understatement). I returned to the store with my laptop in hand. Aaron was amazing so patient and went above and beyond to help! I bought a Galaxy S7 edge, walked out the store to see it has VERY BAD sun damage on the screen, took it back to see if it can be fixed or replaced tried making me pay $199 on the screen, I paid 189 for the phone.. This place is a joke and will rob you if you let them DONT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE GET YOUR PHONE FROM A SEWAGE DRAIN IT WOULD BE BETTER!

Worst experience with phone repairs ever. Ive had my phone screens cracked in the past, and most repair shops only take an hour, maybe TWO HOURS AT MOST. Cellphone Central in Searcy had our phone for 13 days and never even called us to update us on the phone. One day I called the store 5 times in an hour and it just rang twice and would go straight to voicemail (the store doesnt even have a voicemail set up). So I decided to drive straight to the store to see what was going on and when I got there, there wasnt a single customer in the store! While I was in the store, the phones rang and I watched the front salesman reject the call. My entire experience with them was very unprofessional and I just felt like they were continually trying to scam us. Will NEVER bring my business there again. We will drive to Little Rock to get our phones serviced again, before we ever go back here!

Sold me an IPhone 6s Plus that was never paid off through ATT. Luckily for a year I chose ATT for my service and now that I have upgraded at ATT and want to give my son my 6s Plus for his birthday because it is still in great condition I cannot because my son has his service with his dad and Verizon. ATT will not release phone because it was never paid off.
