Was told on the phone that they would hold a truck for us. Drove two hours to get there, they knew we were on our way (told salesman to hold it and he said he would and to come on) and exactly two miles upon arrival at the dealership, they called to say they sold the truck!!! TWO MILES!!!!!!!! This place lied to us about holding the vehicle and caused us to waste half a day!!!!! They DO NOT keep they’re word! They’re a complete and utter joke!!!! I have bought five vehicles from Tom harness and riser harness Ford. I have a few things that I believe are worth mentioning.1. It doesn’t take watching tv or listening to the radio for long to know that car dealerships advertise prices. Without a doubt, riser-harness has more than fair prices and at different times have incredible deals. All car dealerships follow incredible deals at times. Not all are continuously fair priced. After buying five vehicles, there’s no one anywhere as fair as Riser-harness.2. Every time I have bought a vehicle, Either Tom or a salesperson has the foresight, knowledge, and human spirit to help redirect me to the most ideal purchase and it’s never been to a more expensive option. Every time, it has been a vehicle to meet the long term needs of my family. What a message this is to be directed towards a more economically priced vehicle. Obviously, this is counter to what I or anyone with any awareness would think. How could a place that is existing to make a living for multiple people make less? I think that speaks volumes to the foresight and character of Tom at the top, but also the message that his team is sent.3. The service is unmatched. UNMATCHED! If there’s one area of complete separation from any other dealership, it is this. You can feel it when you walk in. It’s the lifeblood running through every department, person, etc. I could tell 15 stories about service but I’ll tell this one. My wife and I were between beebe and Cabot and had a blowout off 67. Upon trying to change the flat, I was unable to get the lug nuts loose. I called the dealership directly and they brought me a courtesy vehicle for the weekend, took mine back, and fixed the tire. That’s a small glimpse into what the heart and soul of this place is attempting to uphold. You can price shop, car shop, etc, and perhaps you’re able to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect deal somewhere else. Maybe. But, the service, openness, pace of the process, and love of what they’re doing is unparalleled. I tell everyone, all the time, if I moved out of state, there’s one place im buying a vehicle.

I truly believe you should shop local, support your local businesses. This was the second time I tried to do business at W&W Ford. This was the second time they tried to give me absolute bottom dollar ($1000 less than fair market value) for my trade-in. Both times I left this business and when I got to the next dealership, they gave me what I was asking for on my trade-in, no problem. This time it was Crain Ford in Little Rock and they will get my repeat business. Do your research before you try to do business with W&W, they WILL take advantage of you if you dont.

Absolutely the best service! We needed a seat belt replaced in a vehicle that had been purchased at another dealership. The part was secured in a day and scheduled for repair the following. The service department treated us just like we had purchased the vehicle through them! We even got to meet and speak with one of the owners!!!

Its fair to say that W&W love their vast array of used automobiles with every fibre of their being. So much so that they choose to keep them on the lot rather than risking their well being on the open road. They will go as far as throwing prices at potential patrons that are easily $6k over fair market value. By insulting the ensuing horde off the lot, they are ensuring the long term well being of all their vehicles. Very commendable.

I was in Searcy on Tuesday for my grandmothers funeral. My car broke down on the way to the cemetery. I called them and told them what issues I was having and they were so rude to me over the phone saying that because my car was a 2014 I didn’t have a warranty. I had my husband called and since we didn’t have any other choice, we decided to try to get my car there. It was storming so bad and they knew we lived almost two hours away and had no sense of urgency. We knew that what was wrong with my car was a recall issue and they didn’t want to hurry and diagnose the issue and kept giving us the run around. My husbands mom has been dealing with cancer and we got the phone call that she passed away that day. We told the lady we had to hurry and get back home and she had no sympathy at all!!! This place not only made me never want to go back, but never even want to own a ford! Your people are rude! I was in tears trying to find a way home because they acted like we were an inconvenience. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! I hopenobody else will waste their time here. I wouldn’t even give this place one star.

My experience with W&W Ford, now Orr, has been the worst of all the dealerships I’ve done business with. They sold me a previously wrecked vehicle without telling me about the previous damage. It had 28k worth of repairs!!! Needless to say, I paid a fair price for a “non prior accident” vehicle, but actually received the opposite.The best part is they will not respond to my calls, voicemails or messages.BEWARE OF W&W/ORR and THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY!

I had the Takata airbag replaced now the 2 idiot lights no longer work. They told me to bring it back so I did. When I get there they tell me I need an appointment...l had moved to Little Rock so I wasnt very happy...60 miles for nothing...plus they gouged my DASH...unprofessional.

Located a vehicle online. Called Riser Harness talked to Ryan, a salesman. When I arrived he had the vehicle at the door ready for my test drive. Finished the paperwork in no time. Also, they are just as friendly as W and W Ford.

Took my truck in for warranty work on 10-2-17 for a 4 wheel drive related issue. Went to engage the 4 wheel drive on 1-16-18 and it did not work. Took it back on 1-18-18 and was charged for repairing what should have been fixed in my opinion on 10-2-17. 174.10, which I offered to split with them, they refused. I would Never recommend taking a truck here for repair or purchasing a vehicle here. Very poor customer service and work.

I took my car in for just a recall on the air bag, got into my car to leave and my gear shifter was broken. Ford said I brought it in that way, and refuses to pay for the damage they caused and said there was nothing they could do and that he was “Sorry”. Now I’m left with an broken gerar shifter.

The Service Dept can not follow directions. Ask that they call me with an estimate when we dropped off the truck, called back to see if the estimate was ready 2 days later and was told they were working on it. Then waiting 2 more days and they had already started work that I did not approve. Then charged a restocking fee for the remaining repairs that we did not want done.
