Received immediate attention when driving in. Cody explained they options and pricing clearly. Pricing was $20 cheaper than I expected. The oil change work was done quickly and they checked fluids, tires and bulbs too. I have a college student attending nearby and they explained to her that if the tires need air, car is making a funny sound or has a warning light appear they will help at no charge. Great customer service. I’m impressed.

Got some spark plugs done here. Really something I couldve done myself, but I was in a hurry. For my 94 f150 5.8 it cost me a total of 85 dollars after tax with my own spark plugs. Did what I paid em to do. Even looked at my squeaky belt for me for free.

I went in here to get my air conditioning looked at because it would not get cool at times. The mechanic, Cody, asked me if I turned the air on where the yellow light is showing it was on. Really?? Im not sure how i feel about this question, maybe a little offended. But other than that one comment, the staff, including that mechanics, are very good at their job and and helpful to find my solution to the air condition problem. They need to put soap in their bathroom for people to wash their hands properly..

The older man named Greg was very rude and yelled at me when I asked him what full service meant, like dang I don’t do this for a living, sorry I inconvenienced you by not knowing, and asking you to do your job. smh I definitely will go else where when I need my oil changed again. I do NOT recommend this place they have no professionalism at all. Very upset with my experience I had getting my oil changed with them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I wish I could’ve gave them no stars

This place was amazing. The mechanic was very thorough and got my car brakes changed as well as my oil very quickly. The cherry is they give veterans discounts every day. Ill be using them for all of my car needs in the future.

They charged my card twice and then acted as if they couldn’t refund and that they had to Have their manager there to do it. Told me to come the next day and I did and then had an excuse again.. one of the workers is rude and not helpful at all!

The assistant manager Cody was very rude and talk to me like I was stupid. He thought I wasn’t paying attention when pulling in and I was. He was very rude and he belittled me. Being in a managers position as he is, he should never treat a customer like he did me. He should not treat or talk to anyone like that, especially a woman.The only reason I give one star is because Travis helped me. He was very polite and nice and if I go back at this place Travis will be the only one that I will let help me. I suggest to anyone that goes here to get an oil change to ask for Travis. NOT CODY.

Went there today. Parked my car in the bay, went inside and got a cup of coffee. The car was ready before the coffee was cool enough to drink.The price was great.

Came to get my dad and I an oil change today. not only did it take 45 minutes, but as my dad was waiting to pull into the bay as he was next, someone pulled in ahead of him. after waiting for an open spot; the man working obviously knew the customer. needless to say they lost business today from him and in the future with me.

They put some recycled oil in my 8 cylinder vehicle and it makes a terrible sound because the oil was so thin. Also the wait time is not 10 minutes, its about an hour + wait time
