I went in for my routine oil change and my yearly car inspection. Allen was the person who waited on me. Hes so sweet !! Everyone is really professional for the service department. I didnt interact with the people from sales but I could hear them talking amongst themselves and also with customers. They were polite and really had positive vibes even when talking with other employees. The waiting area is really big and spaced out. Even before the pandemic the waiting room was spaced out with chairs not close together for the most part. Everything was done in a timely manner especially since they are busy everyday in the service department. I like the new setup where you stop before and check in before pulling up into the garage. That lady was really nice also. I dont know her name. Overall good experience and real friendly staff who know what theyre doing. Of course Ill be going back.

Im in the Harrisburg pa area. Was interested in a truck they had. But unfortunately my wife had just had spinal fusion surgery. I was unable to travel 2 hours to Scranton the day they wanted me to. This was Thursday I was able to on Saturday. But didnt suit them. I was already approved for the money no question. But forced me to finance through them or risk not getting the truck I wanted and was looking for over three weeks. No scruples or compassion anymore. Just making a sale or the money. The customer doesnt seem to matter anymore. Then before the sale was even finished Im approached by a sales manager all hes worried about is giving them a five star review.

Always friendly and run on time. Waiting room has such comfortable chairs you must fight to not nap. Always receive a text of who call if waiting seems excessive. Have needed to use it yet

I believe that they are trying to improve their service department. Years ago it was top notch going above and beyond. In the last five years it has been terrible. This is the first time that I have seen an improvement and I have purchased 3 of my last 4 vehicles at this dealership. Prior to this sevice I intended to finish out the 2 year free service agreement and switch to Motorworld Toyota. I have I more service left on the 2 year service agreement. At that time I will decide if I will stay with Scranton Toyota.

Went there because the tire pressure sensor came on the first month we had our 2021 tundra. They told us that because it was cold thats why the sensor came on. When spring came and temperatures were above 30 degrees and the sensor was still coming. We made an appointment with them to check it out again. We live in Lehighton and its about 60 miles from Scranton, all they did was to fill the tire with air and send us on our way. We couldve done that at home and not wasted our time gas and money to there.

I visited this establishment on December 11, 2020 for routine maintenance on my 2012 Toyota Prius V. Toyota Scranton is receiving a score of 5/5 because: 1. I initially scheduled my appointment online with the chat bot. This was a very easy process but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I called to confirm my appointment the day of but was told they had no record of my appointment. This is where they get an A+ in customer service. I answered a few simple questions and my appointment was all set. A confirmation text was promptly sent. 2. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting and was promptly attended to. 3. They were in compliance with COVID-19 protocols. 4. The guest accommodations were top notch: clean restrooms, spacious waiting area with cozy seats, tv, charging stations, free WiFi, and a cafe. I had a tuna wrap. It was very good. Next time I’ll try the soup. 5. Alan, the Assistant Service Manager, was the best. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was not surprised when I received the bill because pricing was discussed beforehand. I recommended Toyota of Scranton and will be back again.

When I called Toyota of Scranton for an appointment for my 2020 Toyota Tundra, Kevin who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and extremely quick to get me an fast appointment, even though it was a minor problem organization. Alyssa the service woman who greeted me and took my information, was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the whole service department were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. behind every great dealership, is an excellent service department. I recently had a scheduled appointment for a battery replacement. It just so happened the entire citys Internet (or the majority of it on a particular provider) was down most of the day. They explained it would take a bit longer because of course service records and payments are all Internet-dependent, but I was still happy to wait. It took a little longer than expected, but I got regular updates and everyone was very friendly. It was nice to see all staff acting professionally and courteously while it was almost certainly a very stressful day for all of them. And, of course, the new battery works with no issues - they even cleaned up some of the hard-to-reach leaves and debris in the corners of the hood hinges.

Very professional and organized. They took my vehicle in and started working on it immediately. The work was done while I waited and they have an extremely comfortable waiting area as well as a cafe to get something to eat.

I bought a used truck from this location and had the best experience. I came to look at it very late on a Tuesday night and Jax stayed and answered all my questions and even let me test drive it. He helped streamline the process and answered all my questions. He worked around my work schedule and was very helpful with working out the finances with Marco!!! I recently went there for a tire rotation and oil change. It was fast. I elected to wait. They have food and internet and you are spread out. They keep everything clean and sanitized. They also check your vehicle on a safety check and make the recommended service to correct if anything is wrong. Good customer service and friendly staff. I had Adam. He did a job.

Every scheduled maintenance of my service plan was performed at Toyota Scranton on my current, and last two Tacoma’s. Each time the Service department experience was conducted in nothing less than a professional manner. Although I do have one issue with my scheduled maintenance appointments, in that I have a habit of checking out the lot for the new model Tacoma’s, usually resulting in trading up for a new one while the maintenance is being performed. 🤣

I wasn’t “HOT” to buy a car but had some time to kill while my wife shopped and Scranton Toyota was just a few minutes away. I was in the dealership for less than 30 minutes. Had detailed information, purchase and lease that surprised me as it was very affordable. I eventually picked my wife up, took her to Scranton Toyota and she drove home with a new Toyota Camry.You don’t spend time being pressured. I hate that haggling nonsense and won’t waste time doing it.The entire facility is spotless including all of the shop and body shop as well as ALL employees, everything and everyone is first class.No problems with anything including service. Phones are answered promptly and services are scheduled to be done within a few days. I think it’s so quick because the vehicles are truly engineered to last so the shop is not overwhelmed with broken vehicles. They retain their value, check used versus new pricing.This is absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with or heard about EVER.If you need a vehicle or will need one in your lifetime, visit these folks before you spend any money. Had an accident skidded off icy road. They handled all body damage. Their collision operation is fabulous. Brought it in they contacted insurance carrier and got everything resolved. Repairs were excellent. Cannot tell body work was done on the car. It looks fabulous. The people at Toyota of Scranton are helpful, concerned, pleasant and keep you updated. Would not bring my car anyplace else. Even if as a dealer a bit more costly, repairs are done using all Toyota parts no after market substitutes. The car came back looking like new. Car is a 2018 has under 20,000 miles on it. It runs great. Love this car. It performs great. Is comfortable. The repairs as noted came out great in a timely manner. Strongly recommend them. Bernadette in Collision was great.Tiffany People’s in service is fabulous, helpful and always pleasant. Seems to know her stuff. Have not reached 20,000 on my car. Runs like new. Kept indoors so it has remained in really good shape. Road handling is fabulous.Hit black ice on the road went into a spin, got car straightened but slide into snow bank. Sadly not soft snow but frozen mass. Did rear side damage. Repairs were excellent. Recommend them for service and collision. Really terrific. Quick to repair. And most helpful working out car rental and getting car back to Enterprise. Car was at dealership and returned leaving it at dealership. Everything for repair was smooth and most convenient. A terrific repair experience. Drove home with car repaired in blizzard conditions. Bernadette at Toyota insisted I call telling them I arrived home safely. An hour drive in heavy snow. That kind of concern is very much appreciated. Part of their very concerned service. Attentive, thoughtful, responsive and very helpful. Picked up additional damage I did not notice at first. They did all repairs and worked it out with insurance company. It was a seamless service and repair. Even noticed my state sticker was due and tires needed rotation taken care of being diligent. Maybe a bit more expensive but worth every penny. As noted I do not take long trips. Car has very low mileage, still drives like new. Terrific. Recommend these folks without hesitation. My last appointment went very good. Sanitation measures are impressive. I was handed a wipe as soon as I signed in, vehicles were being sanitized before and after, and waiting room very clean. And the wait was minimal

They failed the state inspection because of the windshield wiperblads, I already had the new blades they just need to be put on but they failed me anyway had to schedule a new appointment and come back again. Only at Toyota of Scranton. Ridiculous!

They did a wheel alignment and state inspection as well as the recall it was there for. Fuel pump was under recall. They did a good job.

I had an inspection and emissions inspection done also an oil change. I have been a customer of Toyota for many years. I’m on my seventh Toyota from this dealer and would never go anywhere else or drive any other car. Never had one single problem with my Toyota’s. Love the car and love the service.

Had my yearly inspection completed. Scheduling was so easy to do online and got in very quickly. Once I arrived I was treated with the upmost professionalism and everyone I dealt with was just so kind and very knowledgeable.

Terrible Service Center! Definitely the worse experience I’ve ever encountered, receiving a simple oil change. Took my car in for maintenance on a Saturday. Picked up my vehicle the same day as assistant service manager Alan Aimer called and told me the car was ready. Turned my car on the next morning, and the check engine light was on and the traction control kept flashing on the dashboard. As it was Sunday and they were closed, I called the Monday and scheduled an appointment. During that same day, the signs went away, therefore I canceled the appointment. A few days later the signs came back on. I then called Toyota of Scranton Service and brought the car back in as I was available. The service manager Joe Gale declined to cover the costs to fix the vehicle and instead told me I filled the gas tank with diesel gasoline. I am an extremely vigilant individual and can guarantee I have only used 89 gasoline in my vehicle. This dealership wrecked my vehicle, and wants to charge me to fix it. Never seen anything like it. I will also be contacting my lawyer.

I had 2 recalls taken care of with an estimate of about 6 hours to complete. I was surprised to receive a text at 830am that everything was going well and would be finished by 1030am, much ahead of schedule. I was happy to receive updates and also to receive the MPI at the same time. They also fixed my wiper that I noticed was loose. I would recommend service here.

Our household only has one vehicle so I was offered the shuttle option and that experience was consistent with the service itself. I had an appt scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, the service advisor was waiting for me as I got there, the waiting room is extremely clean and comfortable, much better than your typical garage, my total wait time was only maybe 45 minutes, the service advisor let me know of some specials that are offered for oil changes and tire rotation, which I will probably use in the future.

I went in for a recall that was on an airbag sensor. Now in the past the dealership would clean and vacuum out your vehicle while it was there. Not only did they not clean the interior of my car, but they also decided to take it upon themselves to rummage through my center console.Real nice show of care for a customers vehicle.
