If I could give them a minus star, I would.They towed my truck to their garage. They locked the key in the truck. Then they tore the weather stripping on the drivers side window. Now rain is getting inside the door, eventually causing rust. Not to mention the broken tail light lens and dent in the fender due their total disregard for other people’s property. When I approached them about the damage, they denied everything.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT !!!

Great staff. We unfortunately werent able to find the right car for us but they were very helpful, even suggesting other lots that could possibly help. No hard sales tactics, just genuine concern.

I brought my car here to be inspected, They told me that the rocker panels needed to be done and the resonator replaced for it had a leak. Before it passed inspection. They took 9 days working on my car, to call me and tell me to pick it up. that the car was finished. I picked the car up. Thinking it was all taken care of. I drove off the lot, The left blinker didnt work. Shortly after, someone cut me off and i hit the horn that didnt work. I noticed the check engine light was on, When i brought the car to them the check engine light wasnt on.I then took my car to the dealership that sold me the car, and they told me that the new catalytic converter that he put on the vehicle was not the original. and that it seems that they have sabotaged my vehicle.I took the car to my father who use to be a mechanic, and he told me that they only riveted the rocker panels on, that they arent even welded. and they just put tar over them to cover it up.I then took my car to get an estimate done by a mechanic in carbondale, and he told me that they put the ground wire on wrong, which caused the wiring harness in my cars bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor to literally melt. He told me that the rocker panel on the passenger side is the wrong rocker panel for my car, and that it was loose. He told me that the car should never have passed inspection, and that the damages done to my car, could have caused fatal injury, not only to my vehicle but most likely to myself, if the harness were to have caught fire, and the clogged catalytic converter that they put on my car had went up in flames also.when i brought the car back to Bob, the owner, and spoke with him. I told him i wanted the remainder of the 1000 dollars i gave them for a 600 dollar job to begin with, that i wanted the difference as in time and labor that they put into my car, as the job was not finished, and that they caused more damage. Bob, laughed at me. ( he then printed out a receipt for rocker panel repairs and exhaust, labor 1 hour, cost 1,000 dollars and told me to leave. I told him i wanted them to finish the job, he said it is.I brought a perfectly good car to them, no check engine light, just needed rocker panels and a resonator to pass inspection. I left with a death trap. I have not even owned the car for 50 days, and it is now undriveable. I have gone to several repair shops, and they have estimated the cost of damages, and repair, to be around 2600 dollars maybe more.This business, passed my cars inspection, illegally, ruined my car, and put my life in danger. When i asked for reimbursement, i was laughed at. When i expressed my concerns to the owner, Bob, Who is the one who did my inspection, He forged a makeshift receipt to and charged me the full 100 dollars, when the parts cost only 350, and they did less than 3 hours worth of work on my car in 9 days.i recommend you take your vehicle anywhere else other then this place, as they will ruin your car, not do the job correctly, or cause more issues to your vehicle than you brought it in with, which could one day cost someone their life...... I have filed a complaint with the district attorney general of consumer rights and protection.and i will also be filing a civil suite and will be placing a lien against this company as soon as i can afford a lawyer to go after them for the damages done. to my perfectly good vehicle.i pray that you do not use these people to fix your car, they are not professional and when you call them out on it, they will bill you the max amount possible for their unfinished work

I was stocked in Scranton Pennsylvania on a Friday evening between Christmas and New Year and on my way to Florida. The BMW people, which were supposed to cover me with full North American road service, did nothing to help me. When I talked to their représentant, Nicolas, on the phone, he told me that he could not do nothing and that I would have to find help by myself. I then googled for a towing service and I found Bob from D&S Auto Sales Inc. Within 15 minutes I had a towing to take my car to their garage and Michael, who was the driver, was very helpful even in helping me to find an hotel to stay overnight. The next day at 8:30 AM, Bob was at the garage with his 2 mechanics and they did the impossible to repair my car. By 9:30 AM I was back on the road . All of this for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys for your help and commitment.If everyone happened to be stocked in the Scranton area, I do recommend that you call Bob.

I have the interlock installed there it was a broken machine since day 1,they sent me back to install a new box,they wont except a po from the intoxilock for payment so I had to pay out of pocket and wate for 2 hrs til they can do the install then I had to pay 378 dollars til intoxalock will reimburse me,they should have the details worked out before they sent me there,it shouldnt have to come up with that much up front they should have that stuff straight or dont accept po s in the future,not make the customer uncomfortable for something they have no control over to me I see there point they want to get paid

I am not able to do business with them at this time. I will say that Bob is quite upfront and professional. They do sell cars from Auction and yes the financing is rather extreme. One must remember sub prime loans are out of control. I did not want to spend 500 dollars just to see the engine before any work could get done, the Mechanic was honest enough to tell me the hours involved before any work would be done.We are keeping option open to purchase, nothing on lot at present is suitable, Bob, even offered to keep an eye out for what we are looking for. So weigh the pros n cons. Most would not do this for you.

Me and my husband got a car from them and after 6 months the transmission started to go. brought the car to the mechanic there and he turned us away. brought the car back when the issue got worse and this time spoke to the owner, he takes the car in to get worked on it takes a week for them to get back to me then a month goes by he puts other cars before mine (family members before the customer). so finally they get it done after telling me you waited this long you want it done right, right ? they tell me the part they put in doesnt work. going on two months now and still do not have a car. if you would like to buy a shity car and have to poor service after words then this is your place
