I ordered a intake and never heard back from them! Tried to call a number of times! No Answer and messaged them with no replay?? I think they are possibly out of business??? Do not know that!! Thank goodness I used PayPal for Payment! They are refunding my money after a period of waiting for a Response!! None Received!🙏🙏🙏🙏

I heard good things about this place. Decided I would finally place an order. Did that been over 2 months, havent heard anything on my order. When its was going to be shipped or anything. Called a month ago they told me to email, and they would give me a status update. I did that for 4 weeks straight. Then I called back every week, and they dont answer the phone. Some of the worst service I have ever received!

I had to file a chargeback for the item I purchased a month ago because no shipping info was provided, nor did they answer the phone, Facebook messenger, eBay messenger, or email. The payment went through right away though on my credit card. Apparently this is happening to everyone now. Also, somehow my last review was deleted, so this is my second time writing this.

Ordered a part 4/23. Money was deducted promptly yet no tracking number provided. Ive endlessly emailed and called with no response. Was referred by my local OReilly guy...out $300.. if I wanted to get screwed, I know locals who do it cheaper...

DO NOT PURCHASE!!Purchased online, money was deducted from account with a receipt but no shipping or confirmation info. Called dozens of times, emailed, tried google maps chat option and called the number that the charge was associated with on my bank statement but no reply. I called the owner of the building this is in and he told me they sold the business recently and moved. He doesn’t know who the new owners are but it is not located in his building anymore. In the process of disputing my purchase with my bank.

I purchased something for my husband a month ago, and still have not received the part. I call multiple times a day, and have sent emails to no reply. Absolute worst service. Please don’t waste your money like we did.

Ordered a bedliner just under $300 after shipping. They immediately processed payment but Ive recieved no status on my order or if its shipped. They dont respond to emails or pick up their phone or return calls on messages left. Theyre robbing, and stealing from people at this point.

This company has the best customer service I have experienced in 20 years. I purchased parts for a truck that I ended up selling days after I received the parts. Alan was incredibly easy to work with and gave me all the info for a rapid return. I knew that I would be purchasing more from them and requested a credit to my account. I cant speak highly enough about working with Alan. He went above and beyond from the beginning. If this is the kind of employees that this company has, there is no other company that I will order from. I wanted to give 6 stars, but wasnt able to!!!

Wow, these folks are fast with best price anywhere! This adhesion promoter works great and a must for re-painting armrests and door panels as well as headliners. I did try one armrest without the adhesion. That was a mistake on my part. If you want to paint Interiors, you will need this product if you expect it to stick. Sincerely, Nora 👍

When Im searching for that custom part for my vehicle UAD never disappoints, usually in stock but on the rare occasion its back ordered they get it to me ASAP. Quality items at the best price A+.

If you purchase an item from this vendor, and request for a refund they will not refund you your entire initial purchase based on false information they feel they should state to make some type of money off of you. I currently filed a case to receive full refund. Thats crazy. What you do to others will come back on you.

I bought headlight covers for my dodge challenger and one of them broke. I contacted them back to see if they had a spare laying around or if I was gonna have to buy a whole new set. Alan, talked to me for a matter of three days and helped me out the whole way. He had an extra pair and sent them over to my house for free. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. They falsely advertised their products and after I tried to return the item as per their request, it has now gone on 22 days and still have yet to receive my refund. The owner of the company does not care about his customers just in it for a quick buck. After this experience I would gladly pay more to purchase from a different company to receive they correct items I ordered and not have to deal with this whole ordeal. Stay away from these guys and do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for the same items. I tried reaching out to the owner to get this resolved and he laugh in my face and hung up the phone on me. Ordered some F & R letters for the barricade raptor grill on my f150. this was my third set of letters and by far the best fit and quality. paint match is perfect! however, there was a small bit of paint missing on the F letter, probably from shipping.

Placed an order through Google Express and UniqueAutoDepot canceled the order because of an issue with the sale price!?? However, I check my AMEX account and the charge went through. How does an Online sales transaction complete if the price is invalid to begin with? Obviously someone goofed listing the product and price. But now I have to deal with resolving this with Googles farmed out overseas customer service instead of receiving an immediate refund? I recently bought a grille overlay for an f250 ford. i was told on the phone by the salesman that i need to dry fit them before installing them due to the top and bottom being different sizes and was told they should be labeled on the back also that they are a very tight fit. after receiving the grille i dry fit the top and bottom and found they are not labeled and used a tape measure to verify i had them right. they are only a half inch different but easy to tell when dry fitting. they were extremely tight but i was told they would be so didnt think much of it. i cleaned the grille with rubbing alcohol and removed the tape on the back and stuck them on, you could here the tape pop back off so i pressed it on again and held it for about 30 seconds. they popped off again so i pressed them on and zip tied them on over night, once i cut the zip ties the next day i could here the tape pop again. i pulled on the grille and it seemed secure even tho not all of the tape was stuck. the next day i called to let them know what was going on and was told they could send more tape or i could go get silicone to try. after driving about 5 miles one of the pieces fell off luckily i caught it before it was destroyed. i called back in and was told the same story and that i could send pictures and my story to the info email adress. after emailing them i was emailed back 3 days later saying that i could try silicone and that they could not take it back since it was now used. i called in once again to see if maybe i could talk to someone else since i was not satisfied with the good luck email. i was talking to the sales department and was told the same story once again and was blamed for a bad install. after telling him there was no instructions and doing just as he told me to do cleaning the surface and dry fitting he still blamed the install. after arguing back and forth about how i installed it wrong i asked if there was someone else there i could talk to and he said he is the f***ing owner and hung up on me. i would not recommend this business to anyone they do not stand behind there products and they blame the customer for their problems instead of taking care of them.

The quality of the cover was fair. Nothing special or unique. I needed to return the part because it didnt fit. The person on the phone was rude and not willing to understand my issue.He directed me to the web site where the terms and condition for shipping is. I obsiously overlooked it as he said,and pointed out where it said no returns on light cover no exeptions. This page certainly did not pop up as a notice when I placed the order. How convenient.With return policies as this I will never order from here again. I recommend to all that you read the shipping terms before you place any orders. But, any company not willing to help a customer I would not recommend to purchase from. There are many others that provide beter return services.
