I finally decided to make my switch to the mom van and Court was so awesome helping me get it! He had the van I wanted brought down from Casper and went out of his way to make sure it had everything I wanted in a car. He was on top of everything, awesome customer service and great at explaining all the packages that we could choose with our car. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fremont Motor Scottsbluff and had the opportunity to work with Court Cook. From his initial contact via email/phone call to meeting him in person, Court was very professional and courteous. The vehicle I was interested in and ultimately purchased was at one of the Fremont Motor dealerships in Wyoming. He accommodated my interests and requests. He coordinated the delivery of the vehicle and ensured that all was well before I received it. He was authentic in his interactions and transparent. One aspect of working with Court that I appreciated the most was when he would defer to his colleagues on some of the areas that were outside of his scope. I was in the market for a new used car (we recently lost ours in a fire) and took a drive through the lot to see if they had a Yukon Denali for sale. I noticed one parked in the back lot and stopped to inquire about it. Court Cook, greeted me, and asked one of the other salesman if it was available. His coworker said it had already been sold, so I gave my info to Court and left empty-handed.I was pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day and said the other salesman was incorrect and the Yukon was still for sale. We made an appointment, which I had to postpone due to lack of a babysitter, but he still worked with me. When my wife and I arrived, he let us take it on a test drive, and it was just like driving the car we had lost in the fire, which was extremely cathartic. The whole experience had been very stressful for our family. They took care of us from the time we arrived, through the credit process, and even backed it out of the parking space before we left. I called DJ Beckley,a told him I would be in the market for a new vehicle soon, and told him what I wanted and he said he would keep an eye out for me and to let him know when I was ready. I also talked to a sales manager from another dealership and told them the same thing. When I was ready I let both know and DJ had the exact make, model, and color I wanted and Brian did what he could do and got me the payments I wanted. I now have the vehicle I have wanted for a while. Overall it was very fast and easy.

I hate shopping for vehicles at dealerships basically because I don’t want to waste my entire day sitting there and honestly some places are just plain rude. We usually try to purchase from private parties. This time I found a vehicle at Fremont but it had actually sold the day before, I was bummed. Salesman Justin Richardson located another one at a different location 6 hours away. They brought the vehicle to SCB location and it was exactly what I’ve been wanting. Im from out of town check engine light cane on 2016f150. It took them 4 days to figure out its a sensor part never came in on Friday I paid extra to get it here on Saturday and i was told truck would be done by 1030am. And guess what part still hasnt showed up and truck still not fixed and I need get back home

My RV was towed to get worked on, the service guy (sorry I do not remember his name) was very helpful. The technician who serviced my RV diagnosed the problem correctly and replaced the part needed to get us back on the road. we are back home and did not have any problems since the repair. I would stop by anytime for service and recommend the service dept.

We just purchased a used pickup from the team. Dan Ramirez was great to work with. Brian in finance was very personable and willing to work with us to fit our purchase into our budget. Years ago I had a terrible experience here and was hesitant to try again, but I am so happy I did this time!! The salesperson Dan, the manager Jerry, and the F&I Manager Christian were absolutely amazing to work with!! They were so great/professional to work with every step of the way and made this process very quick and easy. I will highly recommend them in the future, and will be returning for my future cars! Place is a joke! Salesman was great but the manager and finance was a rip off! Found a vehicle online and when we talked to a salesman on the phone they were having a big sale and could get us a great price. Drove a long way to get there and the price they presented us with was about $7000.00 above the online price. We pulled up the online add and they did negotiate with us but then when we went to sign the financial papers they showed us a paper with warranty plans with monthly payments at the bottom of each option. I told him we didnt want any extended warranty and he said, Oh these are included in the payment. Then said it also included Fremont Care and they would change oil and rotate tires for free. They also put a box of something in the truck we didnt open until we got home, had no idea what it was, dont remember any mention of it. Looked over the purchase contract when we got home and they charged us $2700.00 for a warranty we didnt want, $920.00 for the Fremont Care, and $595.00 for the box, which consisted of some vinyl cleaner, fabric cleaner and car wash. No mention of any of these costs. Included in the payment. Great use of words Mr. financial person. Got to get that money somehow right? I would warn people to thoroughly look over everything before signing and when youre told its included ask for how much. Its sad this place is out to rip you off!

I cant judge the work, because it never happened. Service Dept opens at 7:30, so I got there at 7:10 to be first in line. At 7:30 the guy at the counter said he can make an appt for 8 am. So I waited until 8:20 and gave up, then left. Nobody in sight, no doors open.

Pulled up to the lot and was greeted immediately by Salesman, Court Cook. He listened to what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. Spent the next couple hours with him at his desk inside, working with me on my finances and what I wanted in a car. By the end of the visit I had traded in my vehicle and walked away with a new to me, used 2012 Ford Fusion. I am from out of town and had a problem with my gas pedal. My gas pedal had become disconnected on the Interstate coming to Scottsbluff. I got it repaired on the Interstate, but I wanted to make sure that it would not come loose again. The service department was very accommodating and got me in right away since I was leaving town the next day. Tom worked on my car and made sure that it would not get disconnected on my way back home. Friendly, fast, and competent service. Extremely happy with the service!

Service department is Top Notch. They went above and beyond normal duties to repair my reversing sensor system. It took them awhile to work with Ford engineers to find the problem, but they stayed with it and made the repairs. Kevin Hoxworth is an outstanding service manager!

Our entire experience from start to finish was second to none! The team at Fremont Motors provided exceptional service, and we couldnt be happier with our decision to shop local! Christian Harrington made himself readily available via email and phone basically 24/7, happily answering questions and fielding requests for a few weeks. We even ran into the manager, Jerry, at the dealership as they were closing on a Saturday and he still greeted us with a smile and a handshake instead of grimacing that it was 5 / 6 pm. At the time of signing, the finance director, Christian Bach, was personable and incredibly efficient which made a typically dull, mundane task fun / more enjoyable. We shopped around for about a year before landing right back at home base when our parents purchased a vehicle and offered rave reviews . . . Sells good cars and service department is very helpful, however do not purchase the Fremont care extended warranty. You pay extra for it and then also have a 200$ deductible, might as well keep your couple thousand and pay for repairs as they come. Sells department is friendly

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall on the handle locks also final month of warranty so I told him to check it over real good because I know the two front struts are leaking only 25,000 miles on the vehicle they had the car all day I finally had to call him right before quitting time to see if they were done they said yes when I got in there to pick up the vehicle they did not do the oil change check it over or anything all they did was change the locks poor service. they tried to tell me I had over a thousand miles yet before my oil change is due I had less than a hundred miles left plus I was going out of town on a trip I needed it changed and check. Extremely poor service on my vehicle its had a bad main computer that has never worked since I drove it off the lot new it still doesnt work they dont know how to fix it theyve talked to the factory they put in a whole new main computer and it still doesnt work

I had a dead battery and was trying to leave town for the Holidays. I was able to find a kind friend to jumpstart my car and take it to Fremont. They responded quickly and kindly to my problem and fit me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road.

They are laid back and easy to work with. I own a 2018 F350 Powerstroke and two weeks ago, while on a road trip, my check engine light came on. The truck still operated normally, but when I finally made it to Fremont, the service department was efficient in holding to the appointment time and diagnosing my truck. Turns out it was a DPF sensor that needed to be ordered. I was on a tight schedule due to travels and needed to attempt to have the warranty work done immediately. After the bomb cyclone wrapped up, the sensor came in that Friday. The service department was quick on notifying me of updates on the part and as soon as it showed up, they were able to take the truck in and perform the sensor replacement. This didnt hold up my travels planned for that day and the truck ran flawless for the 1,000 miles I traveled.It is hard to find a dealership where the service department is personable, efficient, intelligent, and honest. However, Fremonts service department was just that. I was impressed with the team, especially Kevin Hoxworth. He was great to work with the entire time and he definitely helped me out in my situation. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Fremont for service work and talk to Kevin.Cheers

When driving from Billings, MT to Lincoln, NE for the holidays my car broke down in Scottsbluff. Highly stressed with a broken car and a timeline to get Home to see family I was very fortunate to have a personable and understanding staff at Fremont Motor to help me. They were flexible enough to get my car in that day and loaned me a 2017 Ford Explorer to get Home to see my family. When I returned for my car it was in working condition and (bonus) washed clean. Shawn Scott and the rest of the service team went above and beyond and I am very thankful. They made a stressful day much easier. If I ever need car help again while I’m in Scottsbluff I will be going to Fremont Motors Ford Dealership without hesitation.

As easy as could be. Spent less than 15 minutes making the deal and 20 minutes to complete paperwork (cash deal).
