This Place is Amazing!! They have incredible merchandise at unbelievable prices... The manager on Duty on March 25 10:15am did an exceptional sevice. Our merchandise we originally ordered was lost or resold mistakenly. Not there fault, we took longer then usual to pick up the item. So Not only did the manager go out of her way to compensate us but personally offered us far better looking product then what we originally wanted to get. I regret not getting her name but it was so refreshing customer service was a priority to her.

They have nice stuff and decent deals but by the time you actually get in after waiting a very long time in line, most of the deals are gone. Also people purchase stuff online and a lot of things are also already spoken for. Not worth waiting outside for for sure.

Talk about Amazing customer service. I purchased some items a while back and due to personal reasons, was unable to pick them up. Well when I came today, my items were no longer the there. Well the Manger (Sorry I dont recall her name ) Was so accommodating and helpful. I was able to acquire something different in place of the unavailable items. Thank you again Salvage + for being my go to furniture business.

When picking up my item from the warehouse, the guys there were extremely rude and unprofessional. I stood there for quite a while before they finally acknowledged me, and then I was sent to my car and told to wait. When they finally came out with my item, there was a large cracking sounds as it was transferred into my vehicle. They told me, oh I dont worry its in the back in you will never see it. These guys need a lesson in costumer service and how to transfer furniture without breaking it.

I went there yesterday and saw a lamp I really liked for $49. I asked if they had 2 and was told no. So i didnt purchase it. Last night they had that lamp advertised for their flash sale for $19 only on Thursday. So today Thursday i went hoping to score that lamp and was bummed when i was told it had already sold. I continued walking and to my surprise THERE IS THE LAMP I WANTED IN THE DOORWAY TO THE BACK. I asked the woman working there if it had sold why was it sitting right there and if that one was for sale (eventhough I know it was the same lamp because it had the same imperfection I saw the day before). I was then told that the lamp I am seeing is a different lamp and that it would be $49. WHAT?! SAME LAMP HIDDEN AWAY NOT BEING SOLD FOR THE $19 ADVERTISED BUT FOR $49 NOW. SHE EVEN PUT A TAG ON THE LAMP WITH THAT NEW PRICE.Thats not all.There was also a little table that they had advertised for $19 but when I looked at it the lady told me that it wasnt the same table BUT another one of those tables and that table was not $19. I was really excited about this place, but they are a total scam. Advertisement to get you in the door and that is all.

Avoid at all cost, they hire managers who have no clue what theyre doing. The items are always broke or tore up when you pull out of box. No wonder all their stuff is on sale. A waste of time and money!

30 people in line outside with 1-3 packages leaving every 30-45 minutes. Manager actually came out after we waited outside for an hour and half in the cold, took our order numbers again, promised she was on top of it. 30 minutes later no more packages have left. We saw some employees going home though, must be from the hard work. No organization, good prices for returns from real stores. Not worth the wait if you see a crowd outside

The prices on furniture were great; they were very reasonable. However, since COVID-19 happened their prices have skyrocketed. Sometimes you do not receive the item that you’ve actually purchased because they have given you a totally different item. Their organization of items is not very good. So buyer beware.

I havent purchased anything from this store yet but, I will say theyve got some REALLY good stuff. Prices are very fair considering some of it is seemingly high end stuff. They could use more signage for the employee zones. My wife and I walked into the back not knowing it was for employees and were a tiny bit embarrassed when we were corrected.

My appoinment was 9 am and they came to see me at 10 am. Four hours unloading my trailer or all morning, very slow those who receive the merchandise.

Very disappointed and frustrated with my experience here! I ordered an item online, paid for it and received a confirmation email and was charged. Drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to pick it up to be told someone else left with my item that morning and a manager would refund my money. I waited at least another 20 minutes while a kid was searching for my item. Thanks for the refund but I wasted time and gas driving there. I had even sent a PM letting them know what I purchased and I would be picking it up Thursday. No one called me, they didn’t offer me anything...even just “I’m sorry, here is 10% off your next purchase). I called the phone number listed but it just rings and no one answers it. Not happy with my experience!

My lady found a headboard at this place via Facebook. They let her pay for the headboard over the phone and allowed us to pick it up over the weekend. The pick up was nice and easy as the sales associates loaded it in the truck for us with no issues. No 5 stars only because Im not a fan of the headboard 😂

If you want mediocre quality furniture this is the place for you. There are some interesting things to find at great prices if you get lucky to find anything. They do however, try to sell some pretty damaged goods at not so discount prices.

A good place to go searching for that missing piece of furniture to complete a room. Sometimes you get what you want, sometimes you dont. Sometimes you find little surprises that you cant walk away from. Although the condition of the furniture varies, most pieces are in pretty good shape, and the prices accurately reflect the condition.

If you are looking for a bargain Salvage Plus is the place to find one. My couch retailed for $1,200 and I got it at Salvage Plus for $350.00. My advice is if there is a warehouse item that you see online and want get to the store way before 10:00am and wait for them to open. The staff is AWESOME, they come out before the doors open and explain how the purchase process works and the warehouse staff explains the purchase pick up process. Love Salvage Plus!!

Got a tremendous deal on an Italian Leather sectional. 6 pieces. Paid less than half of the retail price! In the color. Was looking for. Same day delivery too!

I like this place. There is always a change in what they have. Couches, bed frames, chairs, dressers, tables, wall art, rugs. I know theres more things. And the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a good deal on any of the above mentioned items Id advise you to try this place out.

The operators of their Facebook page have taken to contradicting their own written rules. They specify that buyers are to write “Sold” accompanied by the their email only AFTER Salvage + states a price for the item then they will email the invoice to the first buyer to follow those instructions.Buyers that follow the guidelines written by Salvage + are now being treated unfairly. They are missing out on items simply because they followed the simple instructions written by Salvage +. Salvage + is conducting business in favor of buyers that did not follow the simple guidelines that they wrote.Instead of responding to respectful requests for an explanation the operators of the Salvage + Facebook page have taken to muting members that were treated unfairly and deleting their comments. Very unprofessional conduct on the part of Salvage +.

After purchasing a gorgeous mirror online, got it home and discovered not one, but multiple flaws on it. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Really disappointed in this place. After following their facebook page for a while I was excited with their daily postings and hoping to find a piece for our home. We went here for the first time this past weekend and its nothing like what was posted on their page. I did not see one item that they listed for their daily deal so to speak. A lot of the furniture was beat up and everything was in a disarray. Once being in there the pieces that were left were either weird and over priced or if they were low priced they were bad quality. I didnt see one employee either to ask questions which was strange. Sadly we wont be returning.

I highly do not recommend this place, prices are just as high as if you were to buy it brand new, I recommend Ikea if youre on a budget.

I have given a higher reading in the past but the last time I was there I was highly disappointed in what happened. I had asked where a light fixture was and it was still for sale I waited in line outside of the warehouse for 40 minutes and went to the original store to find the light fixture only to be told it was at the warehouse only to have the warehouse be called and say it was sold.The woman I was speaking to you said that she could not answer the phone to take orders as often as she would like however the entire time I was in the store there were people answering for phone orders. There just needs to be more consistency if they are going to accept phone orders and how they do it or in which store theyre directing people to.

Small but great selection. Pro tip: Act fast and rip the tag right off the pieces you want to buy. Things go quick but you’ll save some $$$!

This might have been the most unorganized place Ive ever been. The employees are not wearing anything to be identified and are rude and not very helpful when you do find them. Has potential to be a cool place but not quite there yet.

Lots of interesting stuff here. Some of it is damaged, but some of it is decent.

Oriental type rugs were fairly priced. There are some European and eccentric styled furniture. Many people were in the store and lots of purchases or being made. There are small path to weave your way through the store to look at what is for sale. Definitely not for handicapped Took ours are here. Pricing is moderate compared to the namebrand furniture stores. Some furniture has dings and nicks and scratches.

Go on first day of week early. They sell out fast and take phone orders now so some items are sold from Facebook page. Really watch for damage as this is salvage pieces.

This place is amazing! Amazing deals on great products. Be sure to get in line early to purchase the warehouse deals as there is only 1 of each item, unless noted. Any of the floor sales are easier to get but usually have some sort of damage. With the warehouse deals, don’t completely rely on the stock photo that is posted as I had purchased a console table pictured with a white faux marble top, instead it is a brownish faux. Other than that all items have been great! Just GET THERE EARLY.

You can get good deals if you look. Yes the store is a messy hodge podge of odds and ends, but it is called Salvage.Theyre very good at taking pictures to make things look better than they do in person. But sometimes you find a gem.

Great place to browse for extra pieces of decore or furniture for your home. Always different items and good prices. Bring patience, though. They are severely understaffed, which makes purchasing a pain.

One of the employees, maria i think is her name, is very lazy. Ive been in here a few times and i always see her sitting down even when customers are speaking to her. The one time i did speak with her about some items she was rude. Bad customer service from her and you can tell she has a poor work ethic. I havent had problems with anyone else though. Great items here.

This store is not fair.... last week I went and made line to get ON Sale items and I told the workers what I wanted and they started a ticket for me. What happened?? they sold the items. Yes, someone paid it before me ok, I get it. I should have paid it instead of keep looking for more furniture.Today again I got up early morning, got in line before they open to get again items that I wanted so that I can be the first one to purchase them and the the story wont repeat again.I paid, they gave me the receipt and the SOLD sign was put on the items. What happened??? I went to go pick up my stuff and they resold my item again!!!!What happened to the policy they have?? First come First serve doesnt exist here in this store as they claim.... every week I go to buy stuff but I will no longer shop in this store.Now they are trying to replace my item I bought for other furniture that is ugly and i have to pay more... Cmon, it was your staff mistake not mine. Had I made the mistake to not pay right away for the item I would have just walked away and admit it was my mistake like the 1st time. Why bother to wake up early to be 1st in line and pay for the furniture if they are only going to make me waste my time looking like a dumb ass with other furniture that I dont even like or want.This is not a way to do business... maybe you guys need to be more organized and move the purchased items aside so your staff will not keep making same mistake.Trust me I will spreading the word to my friends and family about this and you will lose them as customers as well. I hope no one else gets treated like this. Maybe when you shop here you should take a guard to be next to your purchased items so you can keep shopping or not shop at all!

Literally could not find the place. Map said it was in the building between white rhino and aj nails. Where the dollar tree is. No signs for it, no clue where it is. Voicemail is full and had no message with hours or location.

I enjoyed this place. You must have time and an open mind. They operate through facebook so you must first go onto favebook to check out the daily deals and see if you like something. If you do you should arrive early to ensure you get it. They have one of each item.No they do not have more and no it will not be waiting for you unless you get lucky. They take phone orders after 12. If you like an item you take the ticket to the desk.. It helos to understand the system before arroving if you are looking for a particular item. It is also good to just stop in and see what kind of deals you can score. I have not been to the new location yet i am sure its similar but bigger.. Happy salvaging!
