Very very happy with my purchase and customer service!!! I drove all the way from Schaumburg IL to get the car I wanted! Addison was very nice! He kept in touch for a few days before I finally went to take a look at the car. He also sent me a video and history of the car as well. Very very nice and polite! All of them were! It’s been said in the reviews already, but Holly was so wonderful to work with! We have been to a bunch of dealerships in the last month; this was the best dealership we visited. We were looking for something very decently priced which was hard to find on its own. We came here on a whim to check out a reasonably priced car and met Holly. She never treated us like we were less then anyone else there buying cars that were tens of thousands of dollars more then the car we purchased. We were treated downright rude at several dealerships in the area. Holly helped us every step of the way and I would gladly recommend her to my friends and family!

Be VERY careful! Just because this is a Mercedes dealership, doesnt mean they have higher standards when it comes to their used car sales. We made a lot of effort to see a used Lexus on the lot. We were told it was a trade in, and unless it met their standards, it would be auctioned off or sent to a lesser lot.After a long drive to the dealership, at first glance, there were multiple nickel sized door dings and nicks, rusting stone chips on the hood and the front bumper clip not securely attached to the fenders. More inspection found BONDO and rust bubbles forming in one of the rear fenders. The sales lady claimed to be unaware of these problems, though she bragged about being in the dealership business for many many years.On top of that, who ever did the prep work left wax buffing splatter all over the front windshield. Sloppy, even for a no name corner clearance lot standards! Though the engine idled fine, we did not even go for a test drive.Do not trust the images on their site or on FB either, they were touched up. I noticed the same vehicle relisted today, but the color had been shifted(photoshopped) a bit to resemble another color.My bad for trusting a Sales person at Mercedes dealership. Their bad for misrepresenting that vehicle. NO ETHICS. EVEN LAUGHED AS WE DROVE AWAY!SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If I could give no stars I definitely would! Horrible customer service. I would never buy another car from here or any Napleton for that matter. It took over a month to get my car windshield replaced because someone was to lazy to verify if it was the correct windshield for my car type. If you call and ask a question they love to give you the run around. All this location wants is your money after that they could care less. Juan my car sales man is the only person I would recommend he understands cars and service other than that, beware of what your getting yourself into.

Their service department is abysmal. They outline time frames that they never honor, do not respond to messages, and are terrible at communication. They are not trustworthy and I am buying my new Mercedes at another dealership further away because I will not deal with the service department here ever again. Absolutely awful - having worked with dealerships in both Indiana and Chicago for a variety of high-end vehicles weve owned and leased, I can say this is the worst experience by a large margin. Ive had my car from them for almost five years and every service transaction is worst than the last.

Very displeased with this experience, all they are after is your money. I brought my Mercedes to get some things fixed and they held on to the vehicle from June til October. That’s FOUR months!!! Joe Durant from service was the one ‘helping’ me with the vehicle and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Every time I would call to get an update, he was of no help, very rude, and he would just feed me any excuse in the book just to get rid of me. On top of this, in September one of the sales men had the audacity to call (the only phone call I received from the dealership) and try to get me to upgrade my car to a newer car, trying to make some money off of me, when they’ve held onto my vehicles for 3 months at that point. You can just imagine my frustration. Once I told Joe I only wanted to speak to his manager from now on, and that I would leave a bad review due to this experience, the car was fixed in less than 2 days. I’ve never written a bad review about any place, but this place truly deserves for people to know what kind of scum they are dealing with. DON’T GO HERE.

Salespeople were friendly and helpful. Came out with a car I absolutely love. However, the lady Tracy who does all the paperwork was not very thorough with me. On the day I bought my car, she seemed more concerned with hurrying up and leaving then going over my paperwork. Then after leaving the dealership she requested more documents from me which I sent to both the email addresses shes contacted me from. Over a week later, she sent me another email claiming she had not received the documents. Again they were sent. Now its almost a month later from my purchase and by happenstance I emailed her yesterday because she said I was supposed to be receiving a letter from her in the postal mail so I can get plates for my car. She responded she STILL had not gotten my documents. Weeks later since I last sent them for the second time, WHY ARE YOU JUST NOW SAYING SOMETHING? Im stunned right now. Sensitive documents sent to 2 email addresses on 2 separate occasions and you havent received what you needed by now? And if I hadnt emailed you yesterday, when were you going to tell me? Wow.

I recently had my wiper fall off on my travels to Florida, right away we called our service Advisor Joe, he called the closest dealership to our current location to let them know we will be coming in. When we got to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando they rolled out the red carpet and said we were expecting you. If it wasn’t for Joe we could of not only been stranded on the road searching for a dealership but would of paid allot of money at a local repair shop for something that was under warranty. I recently decided to try Napleton Autowerks for my service B on my CLS 550 because of unsatisfactory past experiences with a different MB dealership thats closer to my home. Im so happy that I made the decision to switch. The all around customer service was excellent and the gentleman who worked with me regarding my car was very kind, he told me about the repairs that are needed on my car (in the order of importance and how much I should expect to pay), and he wasnt trying to hustle me into paying for repairs that werent actually needed at the time. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future repairs on my car as quality customer service and repair work means a lot to me.

Terrible experience ever. Two months ago, I bought a used car here with dealer warranty. A day after it was purchased, an engine check light was turned on. Their response after that is the terrible.First of all, it is very difficult to repair your car despite the dealer warranty document. If the repair bill is tens of dollars, you can get it if you wait a lot. However, they wait for their customers to get tired when a high repair cost of hundreds of dollars or more occurs. Soon, the person in charge will not answer the phone. If you ask for another staff, the other staff will only said you to wait. However, in the end, the other staff also starts not answering the phone. When a customer get tired enough, they refuse to repair the warranty.I requested the exact document several times about reasons and evidence for refusing to repair the warranty, but I got no answer. They do not anything. They just wait for the customer to get tired.Second, I came across a record of conducting an engine check before they sold the vehicle. In other words, they sold this car to me without notifying me, even though they knew it even before they sold it to me. They deleted the engine check-light forcibly and then sell it to me. If the car has some problem, they did not fix it but hide it.If there is no problem with the vehicle, the assessment cannot be bad. In the event of a vehicle problem, response is paramount. Be sure to read the bad reviews in this store!

Don’t trust their web site prices. I called and confirmed the price was correct! They asked me to come to the dealership. However, I resisted until get a written quote. Then, of course, the true price revealed and their online price increased by 33%. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.

As stated by others here, I bought a used car from Napleton two days ago and the entire staff was fantastic to deal with. Wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from Napleton - Schererville in the future, despite the fact that I live 2 hours away :^)

Terrible customer service. Really never experienced anything like it. Be warned! Would never buy a car here again, too many other dealers to choose from.
