I am a black man went into the dealership to look at a vehicle, they did not have what I wanted, they did promise me that the vehicle I may be interested in will be arriving the following week I was promised a phone call when such vehicle showed up. I never received that phone call. Two weeks later I get a call from the salesman telling me there’s an issue with the delivery blah blah blah that they will call me when it arrives. I never received that phone call. A receptionist called me asking me three weeks later did I ever find a vehicle I informed her that the salesman called me and told me that the vehicle was arriving a week prior to her call and he never called me back, she told me she was going to call me back after she spoke with that salesman (Rob). It has been over a month and I still have no call from anyone I was willing to pay cash (about $30k) for the vehicle it’s not my loss it’s theirs 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Service center customers service was horrible. Explanation of needed repairs was provided with haste, I even had to ask the gentleman for copies of a poorly hand written repair sheet, which did not include any of my vehicle information not even my name.Once I received the copy the gentleman walked away, no repairs could be made parts not in stock. I sat in waiting for 15 more and thought where is my Volvo I went into the service garage found the same gentleman and asked where is my car he stated in the Volvo service garage in the next building, would you like me to have someone drive it back over my reply of course I had no clue where to pick the car up from the place is huge.There management skills from my experience are terrible, and the sad thing is the facility is state of the art nice!

We took a 2 hour drive from Indianapolis to purchase the vehicle in Schererville because of the great service and unbeatable deal. Not once did we feel pressured into something. Once we had purchased the vehicle, Jim spent a lot of time walking us through all of the detailed features and said to call him if we have any questions down the line (which I fully intend to do!).

Lack of communication, transparency and genuine care was concern. No attention to the details for the buyer and their only priority was selling the car. Buying a car is a process. Buying anything that is an investment is about the experience. That experience involves the people you deal with each step of the way. Simply put, Napleton Schereville lacked the integrity and care for customer I was expecting. I recently leased a Volvo from them and was disappointed in the lack of care through the process. Overall, truly disappointed in lack of communication, transparency and attention to detail. Wish I would have simply bought elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and buy from another dealership that puts the client first...not just the sale of a car.

Did the work I paid for, but customer service has room for improvement. There’s a significant lack of consideration for customers’ time and no attempt to set appropriate expectations. My appoint was a 10am Diagnostic. 4 hours later I called to follow up on the progress and was told they hadn’t looked at the car yet. Finally received a call around 4:30p saying car was ready. Arrived to pick it up and am still waiting...

While what can I say about them their service dept. Is great!!! The salesman are like we dont need your business!!! I lease a car for 3yrs payed all my payments. Return the car and they treated me like I was not wanted. So I will say to them dont have to worry about me ever walking in to that dealership again. Went to test drive a vehicle here and was really interested in buying. I made an appointment to come back later in the week and was told by Vince that if the car sold before my return visit, they’d give me a call to let me know.Needless to say, I did not receive such call and wasted HALF A DAY making the drive to Indiana only to find out that the car had been sold. Then they tried to sell me a newer model that wasn’t even in the lot!!Overall disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of transparency. I wouldn’t go back to this dealership if Jesus Christ himself told me to.

One of the worse service departments I have had to deal with so far. We bought a new Volvo with the promise of great service (even was told they would pick up our car and drop off a loaner) once the sale was done they couldnt care less about the customer. I went in to get a fender fixed that they promised as part of the sale, it came out worse than before. I asked to speak with someone in charge and they said they were busy but would call me. They never called back even after I left messages. Fast forward to our first service, called to make an appointment and the soonest available was 2 weeks out and they couldnt give a loaner. Fine Ill just take the day off, well the day before they called and told me they canceled my appointment and rescheduled for 3 weeks later! I was not happy to say the least so I asked to speak with the service manager, surprise he wasnt available. I was promised he would call me back, he never did. I emailed the salesman and the sales manager who I dealt with to share my displeasure and hopefully maybe they can speak with service, but those emails were also ignored. Long story short they will tell you anything to sell you a car and then treat you like dirt later. Stay away.

Horrible!!!!! Do not take your Volvo for service repair at Napleton Volvo of Schereville, Indiana. There was such much wrong it would take pages. Service department was disrespectful and unprofessional. Did not complete work. Have to go back now. Took to long. Car was not washed. Broken promise on service to be provided. Etc. The service managers did not agree with each other on cost and approach. I was the casualty of their misunderstanding. And on and on. I have never had such an negative experience with a luxury manufacturer. General Manager did not intervene when I brought poor treatment to their attention. BMW, Mercedes, and Jaguar all treated me better with my cars. Just got the car used and cant tell you much about the driving experience because it hasnt been right yet. I expected so much more from Volvo Service. Still trying to figure out how to let others know to stay away.

I met with Brandon here and my grandparents purchased my Volvo here as a graduation gift. Ever since, Ive had some minor issues with my car because it is gently used. I needed to have another remote made for my car as well so when I leave the house with friends my parents can have access to my car if needed. I dont know the name of the mechanic that specifically works with volvos here, but he is an awesome guy! Whenever needed both of these men are there to answer my every question! We had the worst experience in this dealership ever!!! They are the most unprofessional dealer I have ever seen. We went there last week as we were interested in buying SUV from either Volvo or Mercedes. They are selling both and after the test drive the discussion went to a trade in our own car, and believe me they could not even doing a simple math converting Kilometers to miles, (we bought the car from Canada (that is why it was in Km in its history) and it is legally registered in the United states) instead accusing us of tampering our own cars mileage!!!!!!!! their behavior was so insulting and disgusting and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Avoid!

I’d really like to buy another Volvo, but there’s no way I can rely on this place for service.I’ve owned lots of cars, and the service interactions I’ve had at Napleton have been by far the worst. They never have loaners, constantly underestimate how long service takes, and the only technician they have is never available.

I went to Napleton Volvo and met Jimmie Page and introduced me to a nice XC 90 that had my name all over it. He introduced me to Roland and all of his team. I felt very welcomed in the dealership. I tested out a few vehicles and guess what i decided to go with the Volvo XC 90 which drives better then my Lexus RX. After the gym my husband & I had to drop our son’s car off at the dealer so we stopped to look at the Volvo XC90 because we are in the market for a new vehicle. Realizing that the Mercedes AMG GLE43 was only $9k more, we asked to see the inside to compare. The salesman gave us the old sorry “I can’t find the keys”, then quickly pointed us to the the used Mercedes and told us we could lease a used Mercedes, AFTER we already told him we wanted to buy new and would pay for it outright! He obviously judged us by our bum’ish Saturday gym attire and on our son’s car we were driving! Glad to take our business elsewhere!

We purchased the vehicle and have had continuous electrical problems i.e., lights failing, air pressure indicators, bluetooth connection issues, windshield fluid pump, etc. For this particular issue we were told to bring the truck on a Saturday and when we arrived they said a mechanic is not available to do this type of work on Saturday. Then they schedule the work to be on Thursday. When we arrived, they did not have a loaner car available to use while the truck was being repaired. Ive never experienced this type of poor service from a dealer nor have i had so many issues with a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with less than 30K miles.
