Great smoothie place. They were willing and able to accommodate my food allergies and made the best smoothie! The ingredients were fresh, the shop was clean, and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend.

True Juice has some of the best tasting, highest of quality food you can pick up on the fly. The Wake Up smoothie is incredibly tasty with cold brew in it!

This is my regular coffee spot and on occasion I will grab a juice when I feel that I need a blast of ginger or a powerful kick of something natural. I have also had their Acai bowls. All of it is EXCELLENT!! The coffee is Kru from Saratoga and as someone who is selective about what coffee I drink, I am very pleased with their products. Its always fresh and never over-roasted, so when you read the flavor profiles, you can actually taste it in the cup.

The juices are fantastic and I do make it my business once a week to stop in and buy my juices and ginger shots. In fact, if I happen to miss a week, my body lets me know. I have tried the egg sandwiches and soups and everything has always been tasty. David is always very friendly and accommodating. I also visit them at the Farmers Market, thats how good their products are. Thanks David!

Had this Everything Egg Sandwich for lunch today. It was delicious.So many great flavors combined in one awesome sandwich.Sorry for the bites out of the picture but had to share a review after tasting this. My Caramel Latte was perfect as always.Give True Juice a try. You wont regret it.

I have been stopping at True Juice a few times a week for the last year. Their cold pressed juices have been a new key part of my diet, their coffee is always fresh, and their egg sandwich selections are unique and filling. David and his team have always been helpful with my selections and recommendations based on my tastes. I really cannot say enough great things about them.

Food is good but way overpriced for what it is, also service is very slow, took almost a half hour to get my breakfast burrito and there were maybe three other people in the cafe so its not like they were slammed with orders. The breakfast bar at the window looking out onto State Street makes for a nice place to sit.

Got their Triple Berry Smoothie, tasted good but ended up feeling sick after a few minutes of finishing it. Got home and ended up throwing it up. Not a good experience. Possible food poisoning.

I ordered a Mocha Oatmilk Cappuccino (the traditional 6oz size). The espresso was nice and made a statement, like I could truly taste it and didnt feel I was just drinking expensive milk. The Mocha was rich, reminiscent of natural, chocolate....a nice topping to my base layer espresso, with some sweetness and sharp elements. The milk that brought the two together was steamed to a perfect temperature and was neither too flat nor too foamy.I also ordered a hashbrown. It was hot, crispy and round in flavor...like balanced. Point blank: I wish Id gotten two.Ill be returning.So...I returned of course. I got the Chickpea Salad Sandwich. It is amazing. I said three times literally what is in this?!!! Astounded by the mystery of such complementary flavors!

True Juice is my spot for morning coffee, and my choice for a healthy meal option. Personal favorite are the breakfast sandwiches. Dave the owner is so friendly and his restaurant his cozy and inviting. The place is equipped with outlets everywhere and access to WiFi if you want to stop in for a while and knock out a few emails. True juice really brings Schenectady into the 21st century. Great staff, food, and experience!

This place is exactly what Schenectady needed! Every aspect is spot on. Amazing coffee - some of the best cold brew I have ever had and their lattes are awesome too. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are SO tasty and flavorful. I have to add that the staff is so friendly and honest and make whole experience very enjoyable. A+

True Juice is the most amazing and unique downtown cafe. From their acai bowls and breakfast sandwiches, to their fresh cold pressed juices, their quality and taste cannot be replicated. I make it a point to order AT LEAST once a week because its so addicting and good for you! I always feel better after eating and drinking there.

Some really delicious eats, and wonderful juices. This is my new Friday morning treat. There is this awesome chocolate banana bread that they carry that is made in Scotia. It is soooooo good. In my mind, I feel much more healthy when I shop here. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast. Get there early though if you are pressed for time during the week.

Great atmosphere at True Juice Cafe. Juices and smoothies are delicious. The Acaí bowls are my favorite. So is the Carmel Cafe LatteEmployees are friendly and David (the owner) is awesome. He is keeping the menu healthy and buying local. Lots of room for folks to hangout, work and grab a bite.

SO good!!! The huevos ranchero wrap is delicious, and the smoothies are perfect - not too sweet, super refreshing. The espresso is smooth and delicious. Curbside service during Covid. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, the heuvos rancheros wrap with chipotle lime and sriracha mayo was unbelievable, and the Elvis bowl, Im hooked. Their customer service is second to none. Definitely worth a visit and a revisit.
