Harry is incredible at replacing cellular phone glass. He does great work at respectable prices, and hell do it fast!!

Broke my cell screen this morning, and ran over to UCellz in the Rotterdam Mall. I waited for almost an hour before the guy in the convenience store called me over. He informed me it was his kiosk, and that he would call his son to see when he could come in to help me. He gets off the phone and lets me know his son can come in tomorrow to fix my phone, and then asked if I wanted to leave it. I told him absolutely not. Its incredibly frustrating to be jerked around by lackidazical business owners, so Id rather spend more money with a reputable company than contribute to UCellz profits. Try being present at the kiosk during business hours, and answer the phone once in a while.

Every time I call this kiosk, there never is an answer. After calling for 2 hours the other day i decided to go there to see if they were closed. I stood at the kiosk for 10 minutes before the employee came to help me who was actually working at the store 20 feet in front of the kiosk. How can you work in 2 places at once? Thats right, you cant! Thanks for your great customer service...

Came to the mall first thing to have a phone fixed. No one present. Kiosk a mess and looks almost abandoned. Clearly not interested in your business.

Brought my smashed up Iphone here and when I picked it up, it was like brand new for under 100 bucks! Excellent service, awesome price. I checked everywhere they cant be beat. If your phone is broke bring it here,

What a joke. Drove there and they were not open. They will never get my business.

So I called and talked to a man there told him I was going to come in today went there today no one was there waiting for two and a half hours still no one was there asked around asking if someone see the person no one knew where they were the worst place to go cuz no ones ever there
