Triniboy was a life saver!! My car broke down on my way through New York State and Triniboy helped me get back on the road! They allowed me to drop my car off on a Sunday (even though they were closed) and they diagnosed and repaired the issue (a cracked radiator hose) within hours first thing Monday morning. They were professional, friendly, and affordable, and I truly felt like my car was in trustworthy and reliable hands. I highly recommend!!

MUST READ!! I own a shop about an hour south. One of his customers had a problem with work that was recently done by them and that customer came to me on a Saturday and left the car. Monday at open the owner of Triniboy Auto calls and is very nice, tells me he will do what is right. Boy did he!! Triniboy has an amazing amount of integrity which is great to still see. Him and his wife drove down to pick up the car and get it back to the customer!! This shop is a MUST use. PS the problem with the car was the factory part they installed was faulty. The workmanship was flawless and clean.

We got stranded at a rest stop on the NYS Thruway on Sep 23 on our way home. The tow driver (ACs Towing & Recovery) recommended Triniboy for the repair and called to let them know were were coming. Hands down the most HONEST shop. I bring my car and truck there and won’t go anywhere else. I first brought my Lexus SUV there on a recommendation thinking I needed new wheel bearings or wheel hubs. All I needed was some brakes and new tires. They could have had me for THOUSANDS of dollars and instead did only what I needed. Small shop but GREAT service.

I have a 2013 bmw 328i xdrive: took it to a different shop for repairs and still had a problem: took it to Triniboy and they scanned the car and found the real issues; they explained everything, gave me a reasonable estimate and fixed the car:::so far so good 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Well I brought my car there and R told me that I had to have a radiator replaced so I replace the radiator to the tune of $760 then three days later when I was driving it it overheated and the engine blew and it was the same overheat when the first radiator went. now I cant get my money back for that! at least the radiator..... and Im out a car completely. they have no sympathy they are denying that they had anything to do with it even though I purchased the car from one of their customers....with no engine or dash lights on ... be careful with these people when they service a car they mute the lights on the dashboard with theyre little gadget that you use for diagnostics..... This gets customers in the shop over and over again. When I explained 2 R that if he was worth his salt as a mechanic he would know that when the radiators burst at the seams it means theres a bigger engine problem so he replaced the radiator and it failed because there was an problem, and it burst just like the first one. And he should have known better if he was worth his weight as a Volvo mechanic you should have known. And you should never have somebody whos not skilled in the brand of car that they are working on. Take this to precision Volvo. These people seem to be pretending that they can work on foreign cars when all they have is a gadget that mutes dashboard lights and a mechanic who is working on high end foreign cars when he should be working on Fords and Chevys. His own words to me were what do you think I am a magician? My retaliation was simply you may not be a magician but youre certainly not a mechanic. My loss; 7-8,000. Get a grip Ramesh. How can a car overheat and the water not come out of the radiator? The tow truck driver informed me that the timing belt was shredded and this is something else your customer who sold it to me told me you replaced. I have it serviced there all the time they are the best. Then your wife wont tell me what repairs were done to the car. And has to tell you what lies to make up to cya. Look son, you cant be 100 percent all the time.....but Id like my money back for the repair, not the cold shoulder and a million stories why you cant give me my money back. Im disabled and on ssi, Im the sole caregiver of my 87 year old mother. We now dont have a car to get to the drs and the stores. Im terminal with tbi and ptsd and advanced HIV. I guess they just dont care that I gave them my hard to come by money and it was all wasted. Especially the money I gave their prize customer for the car to begin with. I get 500.00 per month and my mother had to use her money for the rest to make up the 760.00 repair. Now besides my duties I have to spend all this time trying to get the money back from these people. Trinidad and pirates. I get it. Enough with your nonsense. You replaced a radiator and it failed. Stop lying! I came in got a repair and it failed!! Im not asking for the money for the car but you should have the decency to refund the repair you did and failed. Dont lie and say the radiator didnt cause it the car overheated EXACTLY the way it do when I brought it to them to repair it. I just cant believe they are being this way, my family worked for Chrysler doing warranty for 25 years, I worked at Chrysler with my father in Manhattan. I know about cars. We rebuilt 5 foreign cars so listening to this newbie couple spout there ridiculous reasons about what happened to my car while I was driving it is lunacy. SIMPLE! you repaired my car and the repair failed before a week. Are you or are you not going to stand by your work or be the Hippocrates Im fearing you might be.

After our car broke down on the Thruway, 145 miles away from our home in Brooklyn, we had no idea what to do. The tow service recommended Triniboy. We dropped off the car (Sunday) and left a note with our info to be received Monday. Monday we were told the car would be worked on and fixed by that evening. When I first came to Schenectady NY in 2010, I came with 3 vehicles and did not know of any trustworthy mechanics in the area...Through a reference I was told to go see a guy called Trini (Ramesh), a very well known mechanic which at the time worked for Andex Auto...When I first met Ramesh I knew he was a knowledgeable person when it came to the automotive industry...He became my go to guy for my automotive needs...He has always been a very humble person and lives by God and his Family...Myself and everyone who knows Ramesh has seen him come from working long hours and long days and still he stayed humble...He decided to open his own business, TRINIBOY AUTO REPAIR which today is a VERY WELL KNOWN SHOP in Schenectady and people come from miles away just to have their vehicles serviced/repaired at his shop...He is true to his word and knows his work...I stand behind him and his reputation and will always continue to support his business...His wife Rona and his right hand man Abdel is also the reason he is successful...They all work as a team to get thru day by day entities...

We were traveling from Boston to Hancock NY with our 8 month old daughter to go camping. The alternator failed us and put us 1 day behind on our trip. Triniboy Auto Repair kindly squeezed us into their busy day to put us back on the road.No other mechanic in the area would help us, especially since we drive a foreign car. I was worried that our whole day would be ruined and the service would take hours and what would I do with my baby in the mean time. They reassured us and estimated the service would take 1 hour, we were back on the road in less then 1 hour! This is the fastest, well done job ive ever experienced.To top it off, they even gave us the old alternator back and told us where to bring it to get cash back for the part. Ive never had a mechanic be this honest and take this good care of us.The hospitality of Triniboy Auto Repair was incredible! They offered us coffee and several snack options, they put the discovery channel on and gave my daughter a toy duck to take play with and to take home. They had books to read, childrens books even! Big comfy couches and they were very friendly. They spoke highly of their own children and had that welcoming family-friendly vibe, as if we were guest in their own home. They even took a minutes to talk about life with us before and after the service. To be honest I wasnt quite ready to leave when the car was done, I was still drinking my coffee and enjoying the wild animals on the t.v, and my daughter was totally fine having fun playing with the books and toy duck they gave her.We are very pleased with their services and friendly attitudes.I would HIGHLY reccommend them to EVERYONE!
