Nice service, good precautions and procedures in placeAll associates were sweet and helpful

So yesterday our girls went trick or treating at Woodfield mall. When we got home my 4 year old took a bite out of something and spit it out saying it was gross. When I went to see what it was it was a bath bomb. Now my 4 year old can’t read yet, even if she could it’s called vanilla delight and wrapped just like a candy!Why on Earth would someone be giving these to little kids trick or treating?If you went to Woodfield mall trick or treating check your bag and take this out! It was from the Body Shop.

Absolutely horrible service. The staff was making fun of the girls in the store who were shopping and talking degrading things about them in Spanish and giggling at the girls. I understood everything they said but they thought I didn’t know Spanish. No one asked if I needed any help. Instead of helping the consumers they were asking boy consumers for their telephone number and making fun of the girl consumers in Spanish. I do not recommend this place at all. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The products they had smelled and felt horrible as well.

The store was recently remodeled from top to bottom. The staff is all new and amazing. Went in for skin care routine and walked out with make-up as well! That are also all about cruelty free products and vegan products! This will be my go to shop forever.

This place has a great variety and gift packages. The products are not expensive and worth my money.

Love the customer service here. Good products not over priced non pushy sales reps. You can always find a great deal here.

My wife had the worst racist experience at this store that as I would never write reviews, this one has to be written. Prime (standard) racial profiling from start to finish. THE MANAGER followed my wife through the store while she was trying to purchase some items even after she explained to her that she was searching for what she went into the store for. Every move my wife made, THE MANAGER moved with her. NOT, how you would assist a patron but how a racial, bigot would normally do it in a store. They do this as a standard rule in this location because they are racist, bigots, that feel if an African American walks in the store they have to follow and hover in an overtly racist manner. So as this is probably what they want to have anyway because ALL money is green money unless its from a black wallet then its not good money, however, ANY African Americans that want to frequent this place, DO NOT as you will experience the same treatment. DO NOT go to the Schaumburg Woodfield Mall, The Body Shop, DO NOT go to the Schaumburg, The Body Shop, DO NOT, go to the Schaumburg Woodfield Mall, The Body Shop. I wish I didnt even have to give this racist store 1 star, but this wont post if I dont rate it at least that.
