So this is hard to review. I love Uniqlo and we stopped since it was the closest store to MN and we were in town. The selection seemed smaller than we are used to but that is because we are comparing to experience with stores in Japan. Why isnt there a store at the Mall of America?

Seriously dope shirts at great prices! I found a bunch of Ultraman designs on sale & other Japanese pop culture shirts & graphic tees! Definitely shopping here more often.

Uniqlo is such a staple in our house. Very good quality and great prices. Great for basics that will last a long time. They also have great raphic t-shirt collaborations. If you download their app you can scan your barcode and get coupons!

Cant try anything on (take home to try on and then have to go back to return). Crowded in the store. People were not social distancing. But, the mall was sort of like that in general.

Uniqlo is a global brand that provides comfort and quality at a reasonable price. I always come back time and time again to get pants especially because they sell the best quality fits for the lowest prices. Their styles for shirts and other clothing are also pretty strong. Very hip and cool vibes. Their employees are always friendly and helpful, which seems to be a rare standard nowadays, especially in such a stressful industry.

Why cant I just call the store to ask about an order but instead have to sit through 15 minutes of customer service robots to talk to a person not at the store

Easy to navigate, contains the typical assortment of products, some instead are only available online. The heattech products are REALLY great. I discovered them when I lived in Japan: Japanese people prefers to wear warm but not bulky stuff, and this kind of clothes keeps you warm, not hot and let you transpire without sweating and getting wet. Try one!

Today was my first time here. Its a Saturday and the store was very busy, but staff members were always available if I needed help. At checkout the lady was extremely polite and even helped us save money on our purchase!The clothing is very simple but practical! There is a style/fit for everyone. Prices are similar to H&M (so, pretty cheap) but you can definitely spend a lot of money if youre not careful - so look for the deals.

This was during the holiday rush. Their selection of sizes and color were slim. Went to the Michigan Ave. location and they were stocked and organized. If it can be done there it can be done here. That being said, i am a Uniqlo fan. Products here are the same as any other Uniqlo. Staff was cool. No complaints with service.

They know fashion and know how to incorporate technology in clothes according the season. Easy on pocket and best in style, how I define them. Deals are door busters sometimes there. Use their app sign up to get some savings. Ask at the checkout before signing up may get good deal on that day

Always friendly faces here. As with Uniqlo in general though, Id like to see a better system in place for trying on the packaged shirts. Management definitely knows what I mean.

Great location, but such a small location compared to the one downtown. I dont know if its because I went to the store early, but there seemed to be no one around to help located clothes or I didnt see anyone at the register for a while. After shopping for a while I saw a total of 3 workers. Where was everyone? 😂

I love this store, the staff is extremely friendly!! 4 stars because the air conditioning in the back of the store is broken. I dont enjoy sweating while trying on clothes in the changing room

Worst customer service ever, the representative doesn’t even know what she was talking about! And it took her 4 times to get my correct zip code, 4 times! And by the item I’d, she couldn’t find it bc she could not understand numbers. And when I ask availability of an item in a store, she can’t even understand that I’m not asking for online availability! Seriously?

They forgot to remove the security tag after checked out. We found it when we arrived home, and we drove two hours to get there! The casher even didn’t know the right price of their own selling clothes! They said you can get their mug if spent more than 125, but he also forgot this. Worst customer service ever.

Beautiful place

This is a smaller Uniqlo location compared to the Michigan Ave store in Chicago but there is still a wide selection of colors and sizes for clothing and accessories.
