These guys are amazing. Ive done everything from business cards to banners with them. Quality is always great, they always have it done on time, and their hours are perfect since I usually pick up from there. Even had to rush orders and they were more than helpful getting it taken care of so I could have it on time!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great prices, awesome customer service, fast processing and great quality of work! Love that I can pick up locally. I have ordered from M13 only a handful of times - for small personal jobs (ie. party invitations, rack cards, etc) - and have always had such a great experience. Even as a small customer that brings in very little revenue for them - their staff has always made me feel just as important and valued as the big guys!

I finally got my company to step into the new age of marketing and M13 Graphics has been a great partner in making that happen. They always notify me when there are errors with my files (self proclaimed graphic designer here, enough said), they make any appropriate changes as needed and they are FAST!! The shipping and turn around times here are the fastest I have experienced. Fantastic work on every business card we have had printed!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! M13 has a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for uneven cutting or color matching. Color matching I understand because they are using digital printers. The cutting situation is intolerable, though. Every time I have printed business cards through them, I have to throw away about 1/3 of the cards because the cuts were so bad. This time around, the cuts were off 11 degrees (I broke out the protractor)!!!!!!! The business cards looked atrocious! I had to throw the entire set away. No more, M13. I have given you way too many chances.

I had an emergency order and placed an order at 7:00 p.m. and had it ready at 9:00 am the next morning. Was well informed with the tracking and the prices are very good. Would definitely recommend.
