This was the third VW dealership I visited looking to purchase a new VW and trade in my older VW. I met with Mike Koumandarkis who was straight forward, which I did not find with the other dealerships I visited! The GM, as well as, the finance guy were just as helpful being that this what later in the evening when I made my purchase and the dealership had already closed. My salesman Mike after the deal was done and the car was mine sat in the parking lot and went over once again all the gadgets, accessories and explained everything about the car to me. He connected my Bluetooth & Apple Car Play and he didn’t really need to do that as the car was already purchased so he could have just sent me on my way! I will never be back to this dealership. I have had nothing but problems with this place. I waited over 3 hours for an alignment that they said would take an hour. And on my very first visit they told me I never scheduled an appointment. Which I absolutely did. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my new car into their service center for warranty maintenance work. Very disappointed.

The worse service. They used car manager I forget his name sold me 2 faulty cars back to back! First car was a Audi. Lasted me 3 days until oil light came on. I brought it back 3 different times to get it fix all they did was reset the computer. The third time they finally said I’ll need a new engine! Almost 3 weeks later. When I went to swap trade the car in. The manager of used cars would not return my money. After arguing he agreed to return my money minus 3,000$. Because I put on500 miles with in the time I had it (20 something days). Basically they forced me to buy another car from them. Or get shorted 3,000. Not to mention he had two coworkers standing behind while I sat at his desk, for security purposes I assume. At that point I felt like I was in a court room with two officers behind me waiting to take me away!! So they swapped me out a Volkswagen Passat 2013 at a additional 3600$ up charge! Then that car did the exact same thing a month later. I already knew going back to them was pointless. I was forced to trade the Volkswagen for a car with a car note. They credited me 5,000$ for the Volkswagen towards the new car I received. I spent 130000 on the Volkswagen where it’s all said and done! I lost 8,000$ and I’m in debt 20,000$ from the car loan. I’ll never recommend Fox valley Schaumburg to any one!!

I purchased my Vehicle here about a month ago with the help of Ronnie. The purchasing portion was one of the easiest I’ve had, and Ronnie was able to get me In the perfect car, after the one I initially came to look at did not meet my requirements. This review took a while to post simply because I was waiting for my second key to arrive (I purchased a CPO, so it should’ve came with one) luckily the dealership was able to cover all fees for this and had me in and out in under an hour.I will consider this dealership for my next purchase when the time comes.

I bought my Arteon with the help of Ozzy and Fabian. Ozzy was a very knowledgeable and kind salesman who made the purchase process a breeze. Super happy with my visit I saw a listing on CarGurus at this location and got off work at 4 and called in to schedule a visit. Ronnie was able to schedule in a test drive that same day at 5pm and made everything super easy. The car had a few aesthetic flaws, a broken windshield, a damaged front bumper, and worn out tires. Ronnie and his manager, Shay (I believe?), were able to work out a deal with me where all those issues would be fixed contingent on purchasing the car. Less than a week later the car was ready for pickup and exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend asking for Ronnie when visiting Fox Valley Schaumburg. He’s knowledgeable, super chill and isn’t the typical pushy salesman. I took my time inspecting the car and he gave me space to call my parents, siblings, etc for their opinion on the car. Afterwards we worked out the numbers and I was out the door as the owner that same day. Another plus with looking for a car here is that they didn’t give me temporary plates, they had my plates ready the same day too!!! Most dealerships you have to wait months to get plates but here they had it ready as soon as you leave the lot. Great service, super fast, and definitely recommend looking here for your next car and asking for Ronnie even if its not a volkswagen. My purchase was from their used car lot, a 2016 Hyundai Accent, and Ronnie was still knowledgeable even though I’m cure most cars he sells are Volkswagen. Thanks again

Great selection. When the car I originally came in to see didnt meet my requirements, my salesperson Daniel and his manager Shae were able to immediately find another car I hadnt even considered that was perfect for me. After shopping around all day I was happy to come back. They have a great used car selection and had all the paperwork and car history I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. Just got out of this miserable dealership, my dad took a car for a test drive and Shay (sales person) took his car to evaluate. All was good but once we got back to our car out sun roof was open and we couldn’t close it we asked them what happened they didn’t knew but sunroof was broken and not functioning. It was working before they took it for a ride . They didn’t took any responsibility for our broken sun roof and became very rude . Horrible experience stay away from them

Luckily, Greg (the sales manager) was able to help out and he checked their system which showed that the exact color/trim was in transit. We appreciated Gregs help and transparency with putting a deposit on the car so we could get it as soon as it arrived.Lastly, Fabian was so delightful and efficient on the financing end of things. He explained the warranty options and let us decide, whereas at other dealers they can be very pushy with extended warranties. Excellent service. I was searching for a new 3 row SUV a few months ago and went to just about every dealership on Golf Road. I have to say this dealership surpassed all expectations. Ozzy was a great salesman and went above and beyond to go through every feature in detail. He even helped with some of the technical set-up before I drove off the lot. What a great buying experience. I am writing this review not because I was asked to but because I want to. I was car shopping for 2 weeks and had some really bad experiences.
