The customer service is great. The lady I dealt with, I think her name is Kristen, has outstanding customer service. She informed me how long the repairs would take, updated me on delays, and was very helpful thoughout the process. Great customer service.

Marty and team were great, they took care of my car after it was hit in an accident. They handled the total insurance claim including making sure I got a loaner delivered on time. Very professional and did honest work what was needed to bring car back before the accident. Will always bring my cars there. Between them and DJ Auto they are a great company.

Very nice people. Great service. They are very well organized and communication was great. I had a simple issue involving a tail light. They handled communication with the insurance company and I was in and out in 5 minutes after the parts came in.

I came in to get a scratch across the length of my car fixed up, and I was ECSTATIC about how well my experience was. The staff are friendly and professional, and will give you an honest assessment of whats needed. Not only that, but they were willing to fix it for WAY cheaper than many other collision centers and did a fantastic job. The cleaning and car scenting at the end were just the cherry on top an excellent experience, I cant recommend them enough!

Estes restored my car like new! I was rear ended pretty badly and the whole back of my car was smashed in. Over $11,000 damage to my 2018 car. You would never know it was even scratched and it turned out beautifully! Im so happy I chose Estes to fix my car! Highly recommend!

I needed a sunroof repair, due to clogged drain tubes and a flooded motor. The Ford dealer wanted $1600. These guys were great, replaced what was needed, cleaned the tubes, and returned a well washed car for about $400. So happy I also had them replace a broken fog light for about what the dealer would have charged just for parts. Need body related repairs? Forget the dealer, bring it to Marty!
