They did some great work on a battery replacement and installation. The price was great and the turn around time was less than an hour in and out without an appointment. Great work!

I went there for an oil change and to get my brakes done. And I was amazed at how fast they helped me and how good of a job they did. The staff was friendly, experienced, and very helpful. I will always continue to come here for all my car troubles from now on. Thanks Sears.

WORSE tire experience ever!This shop messed up a tire change on all four wheels of my Ford truck. The tire were so out of balance, the truck felt like it will shake itself apart! I drove all the way to Tennessee, because shop was closed on Sunday, and lost 1/2 a day of vacation to get the problem resolved at a TN sears shop. The tires were from 2.5 oz to 4.75 oz off balance on all sides! Now due for my first free rotation, I called and was told to bring truck in at noon. At 11:45 at the shop I was told there is 2hr minimum wait time. All 3 tire bays were empty when I pulled up! This location is a joke! The only reason they got one star, is cause that is the lowest possible. I would never buy tires there again, in fact I will never shop Sears gurnee again.

Weve had multiple oil changes here and tires installed as well. Service has been professional and prices were reasonable. They do frequently get overbooked, but we plan around it by dropping the car off all day and then going to the mall for the day.

Rear driver side tire on a Jeep Rubicon blown from hitting a large pot hole which created a large gash 6 plus inches long on the inner side of the tire. Wife took it to Sears Auto center to get looked at and they claimed they were able to Patch it and never mentioned looking at the large cannon of a gash.When I pulled the tire out of the jeep to replace the spare it was already flat. How could someone miss this? Took the tire back and they never refunded us for the botched Patching job and we ultimately had to purchase a new tire.This should have been done to begin with.

On the night before Memorial Day, I managed to hit a pothole and blew out two tires. Having to work on Memorial Day, the Sears store at Woodfield was able to get me in ON MEMORIAL DAY morning, i bought 4 new tires, and I was back on the road by 10:00 AM. The crew did a great job!

I had a terrific experience at Sears Auto Center in Woodfield a few weeks ago. Brought my Honda because the dealer told me I needed to replace my Michelin Radial due to a nail being too close to the ball bearing. It would have cost me close to $200 to replace the tire. Sears fixed my tire for $23. I have been driving ever since. I plan to use Sears Auto for all of my non-warranty service needs and they will definitely be my # 1 choice after the warranty expires.

Fast turnaround on the order-to-pickup on my lawnmower part. Happy.

The repairman came out on 8/18 and said we needed a new power supply for our TV. He ordered the part and we scheduled 8/28 to install it. We paid in advance for the part and its installation. Yesterday 8/27, I received a call confirming that the technician would be out today 8/28 between 8 and 12noon. I just received (11am) a call from the dispatcher saying that for some reason our stop didnt get on anyones schedule. They wanted to schedule our repair for another 10 days out. I told them that was unacceptable, and I wanted someone out today, since they had called to confirm this appointment, and I had taken the day off.They said they would try and get someone out but could not promise. Now I am waiting around to hear from them.

I went to this shop on 31st Aug 2013 for my michelin tire warranty issue. Michelin told me to go to the nearest Sears Auto center. The lady out there from the first moment wanted to sell new tires to me. I convinced her that the new car tires should not worn out in less than 34K miles. Then they took all the measurements and did inspection.After 3 weeks also nothing has happened on this front. They never called me...when i called them...they couldnt find my details. Moreover they have also didnt called up Michelin regarding this matter.

I always go here. Great service, walk in welcome. They always finish within the time frame they give you or sooner.

I brought my mitsubishi lancer in this past winter for some repairs. I had them do a full inspection and tell me what I needed fixed. I ended up needing new rear brakes and some engine work. At first I was very pleased with the work done but after two days I started hearing a loud screeching noise from the brakes, so I brought my car back in to have them check it out. After looking at the brakes for about 4 hours, they said it was nothing and the noise would go away in a few days. Its been about 7 months now and the brakes are as loud and crappy as ever. Its safe to say I will not be bringing my car back to Sears in the near future. Very disappointed in the overall lack of customer service and workmanship from Sears auto at Woodfield.

Fast oil change with tire rotation. Also filled all fluids without asking and no up sells
