We had 10 windows installed today on Venice Island by Window World. The crew could not have been nicer or done a better job of installation. They were efficient and took a lot of pride in their work. The windows work easily and smoothly and the glass itself is pleasant to look through. I highly recommend them. I will use them again when our garage apartment windows need replacing.

Great company to work with. Although they like most companies are experiencing product delays, they let me know what was going on. The windows are great. The staff was good to work with. I would highly recommend.

I have dealt with Window World previously with a purchase by my parents with good results. So far our purchase has gone well and we purchased an additional window . After this last install will see how that goes before I give the full rating.

I don’t post negativity unless I really feel strongly about warning innocent victims. The customer service and communication is painfully under par. The person in charge of the Ft Myers office should NOT be dealing with the public. Used them twice, not on purpose. Both times product orders were wrong. Because I could not fathom having to deal with these people again I accepted a $1300 door hung with the wrong out-swing.They gave me a whopping $150 off. If I didn’t have a tenant living there, that is working from home and was inconvenienced by the inefficiency, I would have made them take it back and get it right.STAY AWAY

The 2 gentlemen that did the install were very professional and did their job quickly and quietly. Heres my issue.... We had to move heavy furniture away from Windows to the middle of the room. We left them there for 2 weeks waiting on the inspection, after 3 weeks we moved the furniture back and called the company regarding the inspection....not once but twice.Inspection...FAILED....now we have to wait again for them to complete work and then for a 2nd inspection.I will not be moving furniture!The company needs to offer compensation for this inconvenience.....grrrrrr so aggravating!

I am very pleased with my new lanai windows. WW installed them in a few hours, without leaving any clean-up for me. The installers respectfully followed my masks, social distancing and hand washing rules too.I have to say that the windows have improved my view dramatically and lowered noise from the street beyond my expectations. And they look SO nice. High quality windows at a good price.

Very disappointed. They took over $6000.00 from us as a downpayment in June of last year but they didnt come out to install until October. At that point we had 3 damaged windows which they had to send another company out to evaluate, which took another month. We are still waiting for them to repair the windows. We also had to drive to their offices in Sarasota to get covers for the screw holes in all the windows which were supposed to be covered by them after inspection, never saw them again to do that. We had to do it ourselves. Its now been 8 months and the job is still not finoshef.

I had my windows installed on 12-8. I live in Homes Beach and needed to have a builders permit. After multiple phone calls and e-mails, to even the owner of the company, my requests to have them complete the final inspection and send the information to Holmes Beach have gone unanswered. When I told the anti-customer service rep that I was going to be forced to file a complaint with the BBB if they didnt complete the final inspection, she interrupted and yelled at me saying Dont you dare threaten me....I did inform her that I wasnt threatening, I was promising. I did talk with the owner regarding the status. She said she would find out what was going on and get back to me. Since then, she has ignored my requests. Word of warning...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

I have used Window World in multiple locations. I got multiple quotes and their impact windows are the best value out there. The installers were pleasant, respectful of my home and did a great job. I would highly recommend Window World.

We recently had new windows and doors installed by Window World. We are in a building of 12 condos at Longboat Key, Florida. Our air conditioner is on our screened lanai and was extremely noisy before my new windows and doors. Thank you, Window World...after your install, we no longer hear the air conditioner or the noise of cars going along Gulf of Mexico Drive. I highly recommend this company if you are considering new doors and windows.

Negative stars!! Screen installed with a hole in it, when serviceman came out he said the screens on all the windows windows were incorrect. Windows, themselves, not installed evenly, and owner and rep of windows don’t seem to care. Had a friend, that knew about windows, come over and look at them. Now all of a sudden both Blaine and mike are interested in seeing the windows. I just wanted my money back, they could have their windows back and move on. They don’t even want their OWN windows! Hmmmm......! Please just don’t bother, these are NOT professionals, once they get your money, they don’t seem to care! TERRIBLE!!!!Worst service for anything I have ever had done!NO NO NO! Just don’t waste your time, Please!On a positive note, this opened my eyes!!!!Somehow Pete Peak came attached to my name with 5 stars.......that is incorrect

Ordered windows in October, have not received my windows, they have not been in touch with me. I called them over a week ago. Still no windows. Very disappointed. This review is for Lakeland Florida Window World.

They were cheaper than competitors. The windows are great. They try to put half screens in instead of full screens which cheapen the look of the window and Im not happy about that. Buyer beware make sure they are full screens

We are in Venice, FL. These guys were great to work with! They replaced 13 very old windows with their Hurricane Impact Windows in one day. Very professional team. Weve had many large storms since installation and there are no leaks. House is much quieter inside too. Installer was a perfectionist! Owners were awesome! I cannot say one negative thing about working with this company or the quality of the windows or installation. These windows are beautiful and look great! I would highly recommend. The mixed reviews amaze me. There must be more to story. I also had Tim as installer with another gent. They worked quickly and with attention to detail. The windows and sliding door are excellent quality. So glad I found them. Competitors very over priced

The salesman said the windows would be installed in about 6 weeks. Almost 6 weeks to the day they were installed. Other companies said 12-14 weeks just to get the windows made. Summer would have been over before I could get some energy savings. The men who came to install the windows (14) did them all in one day. They look and work great. Good company.

We just had all the windows replaced in our house. I was nervous about the quality and install due to reading some of these reviews. Wow!! I am so impressed with the company, windows and installers. I got 3 estimates before deciding and my budget dictated the decision. I have zero regret. The sales rep and office were great, the install date was on target, the windows are great quality and I cant say enough good things about the installer Tim and his partner. They arrived and got right to work. I was amazed because they did not talk much to each other. They were so in sync with what they were doing, there was no need to discuss anything. When they were finished there was nothing I needed to clean up inside or outside. It was a pristine job. The county inspector did not need to inspect every window because he said he knows their work quality is good. He also said the windows are just as good of a quality as PGT windows. I would not hesitate recommending Window World and Tim. Well done!

Absolutely horrible customer service the person in the Sarasota office has no follow up, no customer service skills. I had to keep calling and finally talk with the owner to resolve my issues. After telling the office person several times she was over charging me on the bill and to adjust it the final bill still was not adjusted. The only saving grace was talking with the owner who did finally resolve it. It shouldnt take multiple calls over several weeks from the customer. The service provider should be all over any issue. There was more but Ill leave it at that. Wont use them again.

Window World was great to deal with when ordering windows and for the initial installation. They always answered the phone or called me back right away. However, 5 of the 22 panes I ordered had defects. After waiting months for the replacements, turns out I need two replacements for the replacements. Now no one answers my calls, Ive gotten one email back (in the last month and a half) saying the factory is busy. My initial install was August, its now the end of the year and I still have not gotten what I paid for.

This is easily the worst company Ive ever dealt with. From start to them never finishing the job (I literally had to take over the permit and finish the job myself after a year of them not returning calls, permits expiring and failed inspection). They ignored the building dept letters and notices of failure to comply. They tried to do work not permited for and brushed it off as no big deal. Product was ordered wrong, installers complained about not knowing how to install the type doors we requested. In my opinion, if considering replacement windows or doors, this would be the last place to get a quote from.

The owner Pam has refused to pay me my last check that I worked for as well as my accumulated vacation. They are not trust worthy people. They have a terrible BBB rating, many lawsuits and constantly have to delete their social media account because of all the negative reviews. Please do not trust these people with your money!!!!

Bought these windows at window world..havehad them back three times to fix them and problem is back. Windows wont stay open. These are the worst windows! And they are not calling me back....stay away from them,
