Charming little shop with upscale formal wear to shabby chic casuals. Also has an interesting collection of vintage jewelry. Definitely worth a visit. I spent a delightful hour there this week browsing and chatting with their friendly staff.

The staff here is super friendly! Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting an unfriendly face as the other reviews described, but this was not the case. The current staff members were quick to tell me that the employee mentioned is no longer working with them. Cindy and Kareen offered exceptional customer service, not only assisting me with my purchases, but also in providing friendly conversation. I will be returning!

What HAPPENED to this place? Went there yesterday in search of a cocktail dress for my daughter. Woman at counter was rude at best. They didnt have anything that suited her needs on the rack, but in the front window had a pretty little dress. I took a picture and went back today with my kid in tow to try it on. I asked the lady at the counter (different person, equally unfriendly) if my daughter could try on the dress. She said no? I asked it it were for sale (there was a price tag ON IT) and she said Yes, but not when its in the window. Lord help the people trying to consign their clothes here. Youd be better off giving them to Goodwill! It USED to be great! (4 daughters=lots of party dresses bought) - will never go back again :(

I can absolutely agree with the reviewer below. We also ran to get there before their stated closing time of 6...we arrived at 5:40 and immediately upon walking in the woman at the counter told me I could only look around for 5 minutes because that’s when she locks the doors and does the end of day bookkeeping so she can leave by 6...what?!? We looked through their wedding dresses and some accessories and she was not very friendly then she asked us to leave at 5:50. If you close at 5:45, then say that on here- your closing time is when you no longer take customers, not when you want to leave. Not sure how they stay in business with this customer service attitude. We went across the street to Good as New and they were welcoming and so nice to work with!!

I don’t know how this place stays in business! Customer service is a foreign language to these people! I just called to try to set up an appointment to sell my wedding dress and a couple bridesmaid dresses. The woman on the phone told me that they only take items M-F from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. How is any person with a full time job supposed to consign anything?! When I asked if I could come in one day after work just for paperwork and another day to actually bring in the items, she told me that the owner absolutely would not allow that. When I mentioned that I work and that those appointment times would never work for me, she was unapologetic at best. I ended the conversation asking if she could recommend other places that sell gowns, she very rudely told me to look up other consignment stores. DON’T waste your time with this place. They CLEARLY don’t want your business that bad.

Can confirm. This place does not seem to want actual customers. I arrived at 5:44pm. Closing time according to the website was 6:00. Neon sign in the window said Open. Doors were locked. I knocked twice. At 5:46pm, the woman working there came out. She told me they were closed. I explained that I raced across town to get to the store before 6:00. She told me the doors were locked at 5:45 so she could do her closing procedures. Then she said even if the doors were open, I couldnt have done anything because it was two minutes to six. While I checked my watch, phone, and car clock to confirm that it was definitely 5:46 (and not 5:58), she drove away. Ugh...

I have been trying to consign dresses with them for over a year. They ONLY take consignments from existing consigners who have “contracts” with them. I was good enough to be a customer in the past, however that won’t be happening again! The other reviews I’ve read seem to reflect my thoughts!

Zero stars if I could. The woman kept trying to get me to leave my baby (who was sleeping in her stroller) up at the front with her. She wanted me to do this while I was shopping and then while I was trying on dresses. Negative. would not recommend shopping at this store. The employees are rude and a little weird to think it’s appropriate for me to leave my baby with someone who automatically assumes I came in their store to steal...

They were very rude. They opened the dressing room curtains before I was even dressed and or without asking and when we had questions they didn’t know what they were talking about.

Great store for brides, but also for anyone looking for a cocktail dress to a formal gown. Very friendly staff ready to help if needed, which we didnt during our visit, and they actually didnt bother us while we looked around, unlike some other places that can be pushy or follow you around suggesting dresses after you have told them you are just looking! I liked that the staff allowed to look around and didnt continuously annoy us with suggestions! Keep up the good work!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady has the worst costumer service I’ve ever received. I won’t even waste my time explaining my experience there. I didn’t go off on her cause my mom was there to control me. I hope she wasn’t the owner.

Lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly, unhelpful and stuck up. I introduced myself as a local guide contributor for Google maps and explained my job description as far as taking pictures and requesting information pertaining to a possible website for this business and that shallow store clerk gave me the cold shoulder and shunned me saying you cant take pictures here unless the owner says so, denying the opportunity for free advertising on one of the largest, most used, and worldwide known application on the internet! Anyway, i would shop somewhere else if i had the chance just so i would not have to subject myself to the negativity that radiates through the woman working at the front counter and is pushing out toward am already stressful public. To make a point i would rather shop at a garage sale or dig around someones attic full of cobwebs and mice nests instead of facing that monster at this establishment!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The lady working was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!! I went in to find a cute dress for a party and they didn’t have anything I left and realized $20 I had went missing so I drove back as I walked in my mom had called the lady asking if she’d had anyone turn it in. She told my mom no and my mom said okay I was just hoping some person with decency would maybe return it. The lady hung up the phone with my mom calling her an a**hole and yelled at me to get out of the store when all I was doing was looking for my money I lost. I looked at her weird and she said you heard me get out. I told my mom and she called and said i want to let you know I’m gonna call and talk to the store owner and the lady yelled at her and hung up... DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! You will be treated so poorly and nobody deserves this. The worker should be fired as I’ve read several other complaints about her!

I went in today looking for a wedding dress. I said I wanted to try a variety of styles and see what looked good. I had a few things that I did not want but was open try trying almost anything. The store clerk selected 3 gowns from the same rack that all pretty much looked the same, not wedding dresses but more evening gown looking. They were not really what I was hoping for but I was open to try them and I didnt want to seem rude. I tried them on and they werent for me. I came out of the dressing room and asked if I could pick a dress to try and she said no. The clerk then told me that I could only try on 3 dresses PER DAY. I thought I heard her wrong and said but you choose those ones and I didnt even get a chance. She said I could come back Monday (today is Saturday, they are closed Sunday) and I could try 3 more on then. Total waste of time my time and hers.

Wouldn’t even let me in the door! What kind of business are they running?? Door locked at 4:45pm (closing at 6). She looked at me like I was trash. I took my $1000 gown and my Mercedes and left.

Yeah its a cool little spot went there with my fiancé one day, we had a good experience Id recommend them .. They have some pretty cool stuff.

Upon entering the store we noticed some fairly nice dresses. We proceeded to the racks where we were immediately redirected to the “bigger size” racks after the rude sales lady insisted that my daughter was a size 10-12, not the 6-8 we had been trying on for days. (Girls of any size are beautiful and should not be treated in this manner). We did pick out 3 dresses to try on, of which all 3 were too big, at which point the same rude sales lady said the dresses were all marked wrong and should’ve been marked large. I then ask if we could look at the 6-8 rack and the rude sales said my daughter would bust the zipper. At this point, my daughter is crying and my sister and I are about to “go-off” on this woman but knew she would call cops on us so we held our head high and walked out. I will say that I will NEVER return to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone else. With the pressures put on girls today to “be a certain size or look a certain way” it is sad that there are actually people in the fashion business that are “body-shaming” daily. Shame on you rude sales lady!!!!

Awesome selection of high end clothing lines, affordable, I found n y wedding dress there, coach purses, jewelry shoes and lots of sparkley skirts, dresses and shoes

Terrible customer service. (Between two different occurances) I feel bad for the people trying to sell their clothes there. I dont recommend
