This guy worked on my rear bumper. The damage/dent was on the drivers side rear bumper. He pulled restored the bumper fine, however the paint work was full of orange peel/uneven clearcoat/little specs on the clearcoat on the drivers side. He agreed to repair it another day (I still have the saved text message stating it was on the drivers side along with the pictures of the damage) He came to repair it at my house when I was at work, however, he ended up repairing the passenger side claiming that he never worked on the drivers side. When asked later that day, the guy never returned my voicemail or email asking if he can come back to repair the damage. Bad business to do with! BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER! I ended up wetsanding it myself using 2000grit sandpaper, and ended up ordering CarPro Denim pads to remove the damage from the respray; its still not close to 95% like-new. On top of it, I finally washed the car today only to find paint/clearcoat overspray all over the rear windshield, windows, and quarter panels that I have to claybar now. Extra labor that the customer has to do that should not have happened in the first place. Unacceptable by all accounts.
