My husband & I went to rent-a-center looking to purchase a couch. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Mr. Brown. He was very kind & helpful. He helped us locate the couch we were hoping to buy & quickly got us through the paperwork! We will definitely be back to purchase more for our home!Thank you Mr. Brown!

So I’m fairly new to Santa Rosa, feels like I’m so out of place here the way people stare at me! Walked into this rent a center and was greeted by an awesome employee named Uriel. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and has become my Santa Rosa saving Grace! I have purchased a living room set from him, went back and rented a bedroom set, and just recently a washer and dryer. I go to him specifically each time because of how nice he was to me and because of his willingness to get me exactly what I’m looking for. It’s not just his job, he’s a nice guy and I’m glad he was who I had the experience with. 5 stars because of Uriel’s customer service!!

Kirsten and Calvin are awesome !! I am a local Realtor who stages my clients home when selling. Timeframes are a critical part of my job. Kirsten and Calvin always make sure my furniture is delivered on time. They always welcome me by name even if its been a few months since my last visit. Great store!! Went in to get a laptop and left as a happy customer for a first time renter at Rent-A-Center. Calvin helped me purchased the right laptop that I need for work and he was kind throughout despite facing technical system problems. Purchased a brand new laptop at a very reasonable price. Calvin is the best staff to assist with getting the right laptops. 👌👌

I had an awesome experience at this location. I appreciate the patience and knowledgeable customer service of Mr Brown. I would say I’m impressed with the exceptional handling and making me feel at ease in picking out the right products for redecorating my place. Now I just wish he was at Starbucks so my coffee would be right in the morning :) Thank you for the expertise and making me feel welcome 🙏🏿

Went into the shop to buy a TV and I was served by the ever generous Mr Brown. He was very helpful and exceptional customer service. Let me just say this: if you do business with this place, you should have your head examined. I was walking by and was curious. I looked at an HP laptop. I know laptop extremely well. This one was worth $1000 retail at the very most, and you can get a much better price if you wait for a sale even if its at Best Buy. There were three price options. One was $1650 if you pay in full within 90 days. Thats bad enough. The next was $2600 and the last one, if you just pay the minimum amount was $3600. Thats absurd and boarding on criminal. The guy there tried to tell me that its worth it because it was a gaming computer.... Really? Obviously this place wants to pray on people that either dont know any better or are just that desperate. Stay away from this place, its completely predatory!!!

Im currently a customer whos had problems since day one of delivery. I went into the Rohnert Park location which is currently closed and saw the bed I wanted, the lady helping me said we can get it brand new and delivered with two weeks. I put down $300 October 1st just cause I knew I was going to pay it off in 6 months for no interest. When the bed arrived and finally set up I noticed it was the wrong bed. I called the store and they were very rude, so much so the store manager who I was explaining the situation to actually just gave me corporates number and hung up on me. Corporate took notes and sent a email to the district manager who suppose to get back to me in 48hrs and took almost 4 days before I called corporate again and he finally called. By the way the bed set they delivered was missing screws and scratched. District manager stated that he was sorry for all the trouble and he was new so he wanted to see what he could do and he would call me back in a day. 48hrs goes by and he calls and says the product is discontinued and they will be out to fix the bed set I currently had. I asked my options he said he could discount the bed I have for the inconvenience and issues or I could return the bed set but I would lose my money because its rent to own or I could keep bed and when the bed I want comes in I could make payments and apply difference to bedroom set. I choose number 3. December 23 they finally came out fixed the bed after missing two appointments to fix the bed. January they call and say your late on payments and I didnt see how because the bed frame wasnt usable because it was missing screws and basically falling apart, so I wait until after Christmas and go to make a payment in January and come to find the store I bought it from was closed so I have to travel 20 minutes out of my way to make a payment and meet the new employees and discuss any late fees. Upon arriving the manager on duty apologized and said she had the bed set I originally wanted being delivered to her store and she can set up exchange. Finally a resolution. Joking. Three weeks later nothing so I call and she says that they were damaged and she was trying to special order and it would take three weeks. I wait another three weeks only having to call them again and they tell me its been discontinued again. So another call to corporate cause at this point I want my money back. No call for 48 HRS. A store manager calls and says I need to make a payment because am late and I explain the whole situation again and he state they have new district manager but he could special order this set for me to get this all resolved. This has to be a joke and I just call corporate again to complain and they take notes and say the new district manager will be in touch with me in 48hrs. Im pretty sure that I didnt explain all the issues but these were the major ones. Worst customer service ever. All I want at this point is my money back and to cut ties and never do business with this company ever again.

Had one of your drivers almost sideswipe me bobbing and weaving through traffic doing 90mph+ in the lift gate box truck from Santa rosa all the way until I got off at the petaluma pass, younger light skin fellow with a dermal on his face. Wouldnt use this service after this encounter on the road. Also kept checking his phone, last I checked using cellphones while driving now is a felony

I have been renting various items from this rent a center location for over 5 years, Rafael and his staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful, often times going out of there way to find an item for me at another location if they don’t have it themselves . I will continue to purchase items through rent a center . My newest item a beautiful dining set worked out perfect for thanksgiving and they even brought it out the same day ! If you are looking to purchase an item you may not be able to buy from a normal store check out rent a center on Stony Point Rd !

I just walked into this store and received the worse service you could think of. I first asked if there was any couches that they sell that are leather couches. The man that was there automitcally says no you have to special order them and there 4,000 and over. I said thats fine, but do you think that you could get me that couch over there in all leather not with the cloth or at least that style of couch i all leather. He automatically says no. He didnt even let me go on to explain what I was looking for. What pissed me off even more is that I was willing to buy a couch for 4,000 if it would last and the leather were real, and at that I was already looking at a 2000 dining room set. This alone would have been a 6,000 sale. If I need to walk in wearing heals and a suit in order to be treated like my money matters and not like some bum off the street then I guess I should of done that. But I will NEVER go into this store again. . . I sure hope that man working today is not the owner either. . .

I went in there to potentially get a fridge and thr one i wanted the guy wasnt helpful with. Literally was trying to talk me out of getting it said im only paying for the doors and when i changed models he acts like thats terrible too. Guess he didnt want my business

If I could give a zero, I would. Very unprofessional place. The black guy, Terry or whatever his name is, rudest and most unprofessional personal ever. Kept deliberately trying to have my boyfriend pay a higher amount because he did not trust him due to him being white. Im definitely contacting corporate.

Just called for a specific item. The guy on the phone explained to me it may be Cheaper if he had one in stock. I said ok cool and he placed me on hold while he checked his inventory. A while later a woman answers the phone and says how can I help you? I said I was on hold for a guy checking the inventory. She goes yah he cant find it. We can order you one to come in 5-10 business days. I said thats ok, I was calling to see if you had it in stock or in a suronding store because your associate said it would be cheaper she said no it wont be cheaper as I could hear him whispering yes it will if its previously owed she then says ok it is cheaper but I dont even know the condition until I get it in, why dont you just order one? She was soooo rude I said nevermind. Horrible customer service! Guy was nice. Lady was rude as hell.
