Is this store even open? They never answer the phone, I have literally let it ring for 20 minutes a few times now.

This store has a highly experienced staff with 60+ years of experience between them. The store is highly knowledgeable, quick, polite, and community oriented.The past reviews were within the past two months were done by a disgruntled Ex Employee.

Knowledgeable staff! The store has come a long way from what it once was! I recommend this store to anyone who is about to start a project and need guidance in where to begin.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I am so annoyed. This is my first Yelp review ever, thats how frustrated I am. My daughter and I wanted to paint an accent wall in her room. I brought in a piece of baseboard trim to color match. I was told it would be done within the hour. From what Ive heard, this is the store to get your color matches done. But when I went to pick up my quart of paint, I talked to a woman at the counter, and she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about? She had to go around the store and ask other co-workers about it. I did not think this would be a difficult match for this store with its reputation. But from my conclusion, it didnt even look like anyone started on it. I know this store mostly does bigger jobs that they tend to focus on, but I felt like I wasnt even a priority at this location. Next time I think I will continue to shop at home depot.

I came to this store from Sonoma Paint Center, and have been very happy. Responsive and helpful staff. A younger guy named William is super quick, and has great customer service. I come back for service like that

Very knowledgeable, and friendly. William was very a very fast, and go get em guy. Wife loved color recommendations he made.

Had to get a touch up for my wall on Monday 3/23/20. Due to the pandemic the business is limited but William was helpful and clear about everything. Quick despite the circumstances, and very good customer service.

Amanda sold me a paint brush cleaner that I had wanted, but it was leaking from bottle so called when I got home and saw what was wrong and they said there is nothing they could do about it. Very unhappy with store.

Poor customer service 40 min to get a gal of paint and to top it off didn’t even shake the gal
