Very short of staff like everywhere else but I understand. What can you do

Bought my truck, they said it was a certified pre owned, I started using the truck, the brakes were warped all the way around, the front tie rod ends were bad, the shocks are all blown, the transmission is messed up, the inside of the truck smells like it was in a flood. I called gm america and they told me the truck isnt even a certified pre owned!!! I paid $5000 over blue book! They stole parts off the truck while I was doing paperwork!Dont go to this dealership!

The Service team at Platinum Chevrolet has always taken really good care of me. I have gotten everything from Oil Changes and maintenance, to bigger fixes, and my service writer Brandon has always kept me informed as to what needs to be done, and the team has always made honest recommendations. Overall great experience!

Would have rated higher, but first impressions are everything. If there was another Chevy dealership in town, I would go there. Not impressed by lack of professionalism by service manager.
