Great Service. I brought my car on 06/05/2020 around 12 noon. Rafael Romero, the service manager assisted me. He was able to get my vehicle in. This is my 3rd Corvette purchased from Santa Paula Chevy, with the previous owner, who is a good friend John. I love driving all the way to Santa Paula just for the great service. They also offer me a courtesy car wash which was very nice. Thank you so much, and keep up the great job.

Update: Like Jose promise the following morning they had the car ready!!! I waited a few day so my dad could drive the car and it seems that they did a great job fixing it!👏. Im happy that the miss communication was worth it. Thank you Jose for helping me.Im very disappointed with the service department 😔 I took my fathers car to be fixed and they told us the part was coming on Tuesday today is Wednesday and I called about 4 times to see if I can get an update and they had giving me the run around! They told me I needed to speak to Jose so I left a message no answer. Called back was told he was at lunch he will call me back . Nothing! Called back and the lady said he wasnt answering I told her I was frustrated all I needed was an update on my car! So she transfer me again some other lady pick up and said that Jose was in fillmore and I again I told her all I need is an update!! Who can I please speak so I can get an update on my car!!!!!!!! And shes like well Jose nos all the way at service Im going to walk over here and get him. Jose come to the phone and says I never received any messages from you 🤪but the part arrived today and your car might be ready by tomorrow a week from the day I brought it!!!!!🙈😵ok so I will update and let you know if they at least fix the car correctly 🙏☹️.

My visit was one of peer quality control I took my car in with a foreknown awareness of an issue with my car... I asked them to diagnose it even pointed them in the right direction... 4 days later and after diagnostics and its full effects. No fix just a simple they couldnt find nothing wrong but a brake lamp recall. I feel like the problem with my car should be a recall and Chevy is not owning up to it. my car still has the problem it still has intermittent no starts somewhat has a mind of its own and starts when it feels like it. if Chevy or anybody can help fix my car it would be highly appreciated for now bunning Chevrolet Santa Paula gets one star.

I know it has not always been the best service at Santa Paula Chevrolet but its been decent in the past. Since the recent Bunnin purchase (new management) things have been absolutely terrible. I cant imagine the company doing business in such a way (lack of respect for customers, no acknowledgement, no inventory, high pressure and dishonest tactics, unreliable, no follow through or call back and no pride. I have purchased many cars (dodge, ford, Honda and Chevy) and Bunnin by far is the worse. Internally, employees (from conversation with a few) seemed lost, shared frustration, and unhappy due to lack of leadership and management with Bunnin. I hope Bunnin reads this and for the sake of CUSTOMERS, makes the much needed changes to all 3 companies to prioritize the customer and treat them with respect. Talk to your employees, train the young staff, train service staff, train your sales staff and establish a reliable standard that meets the needs of your customers. You can do it, will you do it?

Went there with my dad to get an oil change or something like that. They offered a free car wash by hand which was very convenient for us since you know, its a free wash, no child labor (joking). Oil change and hand wash was completed after about 2 hours. After getting ready to leave we noticed that there was a scratch on the side of the truck bed which was about Id say 8 inches (our truck is red and the scratch was white). My dad told the guy working there about it and the guy ordered something that would fix the problem for free.

I purchased a 2021 colorado bison recently from this dealership, and had the best treatment someone can hope for.I originally called regarding one truck they had listed, and I spoke with Darlene Quezada who was very polite and ensured me I would have excellent opportunities available at their dealership. Through no fault of the dealership I mistook the vehicle they had posted (it was a 2dr I wanted a 4dr) they nevertheless proceeded to pull over the exact vehicle I wanted from the NorCal area.I had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Valles as my salesman, who also worked to find me the right truck with all the features I wanted.The entire team at Bunnin Santa Paula worked with me on price (manager/owner? Included) as dealerships should, and I felt happy with my end price. The finance member I worked with made the paperwork part extremely fast and explained all options in detail.I highly recommend this dealership (even though its in the middle of nowhere) nothing beats a full dealership with a mom n pop personal experience.

Santa Paula Chevrolet beat 6 other dealerships I was shopping and I never had to negotiate for a second. I needed a new company truck and Im glad I found these guys. I got in touch with some commercial salesmen in Ventura but found an even better deal in Santa Paula. William and Jason took care of me and spoke frankly. They knew their trucks and their sense of humor was welcome since buying a car is a bit serious. Im not into sales gimmicks or nonsense. I did the math and took some time to think about it and Santa Paula Chevrolet won my business! They did it the old fashioned way: great product for a great price. I love my 2016 Colorado Diesel and Im glad I drove outside my city to check them out. I would definitely buy here again.

So this would be the 3rd purchase of vehicle with them. Everything was great until I didnt receive my plates for my car. I purchased the vehicle last year around August and September. Followed up with my sales representative about my tags she said something was wrong with the address. I received a check and followed up with my sales representative in regards to the check and she told me to disregard it. Followed up with dmv finally because I had health complications last year and they said to follow up with the dealership. I told me sales representative what the dmv told me and told me I should call. So they dont want to speak with me because its under my partners name but when the sale happened they were okay talking to me. Now they are saying they sent out a check that was for my registration which was never disclosed to me when the sale happened. Now I have late fees applied to the registration and no one thought of contacting us with this information. This would be 3rd car we purchased and we have received checks from them after the sale happened. Freaken worse experience ever in my life.

We went to multiple dealerships in search for the right vehicle for our family needs. As we were getting close to making a final decision, we called Bunnin Chevrolet of Santa Paula. We were quickly put in touch with a sales representative by the name of Mrs. Quezada. Mrs. Quezada was welcoming over the phone, provided us easy to find directions to the dealership, and ready to provide great customer service. Once arriving to the dealership, she thanked us for visiting. With little to no time she knew what we wanted. It took less than five minutes for her to introduce us to what we immediately knew was the right vehicle for us. That was the 2021 RST Chevy Tahoe. As much as we love our new vehicle what made it an over the top deal was the friendly, genuine determined and professional staff at Bunnin staff!It is this combination of the right vehicle and the right salesperson that sealed the deal. Do not give your info to them, they will spam you with phone calls and emails and text messages begging for your business. I asked not to be contacted so relentlessly and they responded angrily that they are just doing their job. I will never do business with these people and recommend no one else does for fear of being stalked on every form of communication that exists. Im surprised they didnt DM me on twitter, or instagram. I might need a restraining order from a judge to get away from these scammers.

We special-ordered a Chevy Tahoe Premier from these guys. It was part of a Costco Holiday Savings promotion. I had all sorts of questions bubble up during the weeks while we were waiting for it to arrive. And I called them a lot! They were patient and thorough in their answers and, when they were not available immediately, they got back to me in under an hour. Larry handled the up front ordering and many of the questions. And Izzy tracked the vehicle and answered more questions as it made its way to CA from Texas on a railroad car. When we finally drove up to Santa Paula from west L.A. for the test drive and purchase, Izzy spent hours with us making sure we had all the paperwork taken care of and that we understood everything about our new Tahoe. When we got home we called with more questions about this amazing star ship of a Tahoe... so much tech goodness on board!! Larry and Izzy both handled all these questions promptly and patiently. I knew the truck I was looking for when I contacted the salesperson Izzy at Bunnin. Izzy and I have worked together on purchasing trucks to suit my needs. This last Colorado was hard to find but Izzy worked hard on tracking one down for my daughter. When I deal with Izzy there isn’t much discussion on price or incentive offers because I know I’m getting the best deal possible because I’ve dealt with Izzy on past truck purchases and have been extremely satisfied and pleased with the outcome. I’m happy with service department at this dealership they have done a great job on my vehicles for years now. The GM trucks have worked out well for me over the years and I drive my truck every day and put a lot of miles on in a years time. The salesman Izzy I feel deserves 5 or 10 stars and so does the staff and service department at Bunnin Chevrolet in Santa Paula.

Love this place! Purchased two cars in the past year. Great customer service, they are not pushy, and if you find an issue after purchase they will go above and beyond their power to fix the problem. I had some cosmetic issues with my car an they took care of it NO ISSUES. The owner JOHN MASCIK (STAND UP GUY)! Personally reached out to make sure my car was being taken care of! Never had that happen before, but just another reason why I continue to purchase from here. Also, Daniel Ayala, Sales Manager and Christian Gonzalez Sales; are a must talk if you decide to purchase from here. Took care of me both times an made sure I left HAPPY. Sorry to report that its shutting their doors due to new ownership. Had bought from them in the past and service department was awesome. 1 star only because I had to pick up my car in the middle of service and was told all stop on sales and service work as of now.Employees are seeking other jobs and most inventory and service is at complete all stop. Hopefully new ownership will get it back up but looks like the transition did not go so well.

My experience was the best Ive ever had at a car dealership. John was so helpful and non-pushy and made the very best deal for me. Took car in for an advertised special on a oil change. Had trouble with the battery, knew it needed to be replaced. Didnt authorize anything but a oil change. They had my car for 6 hours, no call to us to say its ready, had to call them twice for them to tell us a quote for 800$. We told them we will pick it up. After all that still didnt get our oil changed. Charged us $150. Called to discuss issue with the service mgr who took my info needless to say he never returned my call. Its been a week. Will let everyone know about my lousy experience there. If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!

Worst customer service! I had an appointment at 8:30am dropped off my truck at 8:30am and I didnt get no response back and its already 5:30pm I had to call to see whats going on and they tell me that they havent checked it out because they dont have enough people to work on it. I understand that they might have other cars but why schedule someone without telling me I have to wait 3 days just to get my truck checked out with engine light on plus a couple recalls. very disappointing. By the way Tina is the customer service that helped me out.

Darlene is amazing!!! Lets just start with that first. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to explain how hard she worked to get us a great car at an amazing price. Heres the story...we went to EVERY Chevrolet Dealership within a 50 mile radius, searching for a Traverse at the right price. We found one at Thousand Oaks Chevrolet, but didnt love the monthly price (it was affordable, but nothing to write home about) and they were trying to low ball us on the trade in of our jeep. Then my husband gets in contact with Darlene at Santa Paula Chevrolet. She was able to do a dealer trade, go to Thousand Oaks Chevrolet and buy the exact car we test drove that they quoted us at a higher price, drive it back to Santa Paula Chevrolet where she worked out a great deal searching every possible rebate available to get us the lowest price possible while also giving us a higher price payout for our jeep . I dont trust dealerships or sales people, but this changed my mind. We showed up at 8pm with our 2 young kids (6 and 1 years old) and Darlene even distracted our kids while we signed and rushed to help us get out of there with our new car quickly. If you dont call Darlene at Santa Paula Chevrolet for your next car purchase you will be disappointed and wasting your money. Ask yourself this question...how was the same car about $2,000 cheaper at Santa Paula Chevrolet than at Thousand Oaks Chevrolet?

Larry helped me buy a 2014 Camaro and he was really helpful. The purchasing process was quick and Izzy and Dion were super helpful to close the deal quickly. I have only had the car for a week, however I agreed to buy the car on the basis that the dealer would take all the striping off the car along with a huge emblem the previous owner stuck on it. I reached out and was told I would receive a call back the next day to set up an appointment, however, that was four days ago. Ive never bought a car from a dealership before so I dont know how long things like this take. I just want the car looking the way I was promised it would.Update: 4/26/16. I just wanted to update my review to 5 stars. I had some decals that needed to be removed and Larry called me and personally drove to my work, picked up my car and took it to the dealership so the decals could be removed. He delivered my car back to before I was off work so I was not inconvenienced in any way. The car looks amazing! It is exactly what I wanted and I am grateful and thankful that he and Santa Paula Chevrolet went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. That is true customer service! Thanks guys!!

Took our vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation asked NOT to wash the vehicle it was just washed- that same day. Came back not only did they WASH the vehicle, they left oil prints all over, didn’t rotate the tires. They could’ve told us they didn’t for whatever reason. NOT A GOOD VISIT. Usually a pleasant visit. Not this time.

Ive been looking for a car for a while now and made my way out to Santa Paula Chevrolet. I am so happy with my decision. Their General Manager Jason Pierce made me feel instantly at ease. I think he could tell that I was a little stressed. He is friendly and took excellent care of me. When I drove off the lot I was excited about my purchase rather than worried if I spent too much money for something I didnt want. My word of advice to anyone looking for a great car, fair price, and excellent customer service is go to Santa Paula Chevrolet and see Jason Pierce.

You may not know where this is but it is well worth the drive to get a great deal. I drove about 40 minutes and saved thousands of dollars. We worked with Larry the salesman and had a great experience. No high pressure sales, just an honest man who answered all of our questions and treated us with respect. Oil change, tire balance and rotation. All done to perfection. Give the techs a high five. In and out in just under an hour and a half. Will see them when I need brakes and my next oil change. Would like to say that the service department is a well oiled machine. The service advisers are so helpful and polite.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the pressure and insanity of the main showroom, and go straight to Izzy and John in fleet/internet sales. They will make your purchase painless by not wasting time negotiating, pressuring you, or making you feel like you are not in control of your decision to buy. They both made my purchase experience cordial, fun, and satisfying, and I consider them friends for life. I would not hesitate a minute to buy another car from those two. Just keep me out of that crazy showroom.

Took my car in for a well know sensor issue. They charged me for hours of work and a wiring harness. Later the sensor went bad again and fixed it myself in 15 minutes, and noticed they simply had soldered the new sensor on and didnt even insulate it.Other interactions have also been terrible.

Took my car in for a collision repair. I was rear ended and somebody recommended them. At first they did a good job, in a timely manner, reused a few parts (which I didnt like) but soon after they were done, they realized they missed a sensor on my liftgate, now it wont close on its own. They said to come back next week once the part had arrived, suprise suprise...OUT OF BUSINESS.Now Im supposed to go back so that they can reopen a claim to fix something they missed the first time when they shouldve taken ownership of the fact they had me waiting forever for someone to even call me back (nobody ever did, I had to call to check the status of the sensor). Very bad customer service, considering the fact that Id purchased from this dealership multiple times. Shame on Chevrolet. Stay away from the BODY SHOP DEPARTMENT.

You want a great deal along with a great buying experience then go to Izzy and John of the internet sales department. Those two along with the rest of the staff at SP Chevrolet were very professional and courteous. We came looking for an Impala and left with a Colorado! Work on my Volt was begun soon after I arrived. The problem was diagnosed quickly. The needed replacement cable was in stock at the Parts Department. The defective cable was replaced quickly. Material and labor was covered under warranty. I was heading home in my car in less time than I originally thought. Well done Santa Paula Chevrolet!

Buyer beware they hijack prices on used cars by $3,000-5,000 above Kelly blue book value. They print their own stickers and make it look as if that is the Kelly blue book price. Some of The vehicles conditions are also suspect but that obvious when u test drive(not all but some for sure). Im not saying to buy from them but just make sure your offer is around $4k below the sticker price

This was my first car buying experience. I co-signed for a certified pre-owned car and they gave me a good deal on it. However, I drove off the lot the check engine light came on (2017 Chevrolet Malibu), was told it could be the gas cap not tightened correctly, however, this car does not have a gas cap. I made an appointment to get my car serviced at 8am (Monday 6/3) and they did not have my appointment in the schedule. However, the car is still under warranty so no worries. Before I drove off the lot in the car they said the car was washed, it was not washed due to visible yellow spots scattered (even though it was raining, still yellow spots on the car) throughout the exterior car and no gas was in the car. The only reason they may be able to get my business again and the reason they will not be getting a 1 star review from me is thanks to the Sales Manager Daniel.

When I found the vehicle on-line at Santa Paula Chevrolet, I was expecting to get the evasive, half-hearted responses to my questions coupled with the dont waste my time attitude I had received other places. Larry was very helpful over the phone helping me come to an agreement on not only the cost of the new vehicle but the value he would honor on my trade in. Mr. A. Calderon was a consumate professional. No one had noticed me waiting in the driveway for about 5 minutes, so as he was coming back from lunch,he stopped to see if I needed something.I told him that I was there because of a recall letter that I had received. He went to check on if I could be helped, because I had not made an appointment.Mr. Calderon made me feel welcomed, told me exactly what the service technician needed to do and how long it would take,checked up on me, and was everything you could ever want a salesman/service coordinator to be.I have experienced outstanding customer service every time I come into Santa Paula Chevrolet.
