Reasonable smog prices with friendly and timely staff.

Often,when it comes to choosing the right mechanic you want honest,dependability affordability and the Auto Shop has excellent service, went above and beyond to provide same day repair and very affordable. I finally found my mechanic for all our vehicles.

Trust worthy mechanics are hard to find and this is one of the good ones. I take all our cars here for smog and anything that I cant do in my garage.

There awesome even tho there wasnt much they cld do for my car i appreciate there help and opinions they were very helpful and educating taught me of what i needed to know about my rear end . id definitely recommend them and in all sm there price where fair .

When I first moved into the area, I would drive from Lompoc to Ventura to have my car worked on because I trusted my mechanic. I had a mechanic in Lompoc who couldnt even do an oil change properly. It was pathetic. I had a lot of bad experiences in my teens & early 20s. After living here for awhile, I have been able to find excellent mechanics I can trust. I have a list of 3. The Auto shop is one of those 3. Not only are they personable, they are honest and they actually know what they are doing. I would send my own mother there. If you have been burned like I had, you can rest easy by taking your vehicle to the Auto Shop. The piece of mind is priceless.

Service was quick and efficient,service personnel were pleasant and helpfull.

I took my car in because it was taking a long time to start when it was cold. The bill started at $1000, then went up to $1400, & when I got it back I asked Neil if it was going to start easier now & he said absolutely. The next morning I couldnt tell any difference, it was STILL taking too long to start. Nothing they did helped at all. I spent $1400 for nothing!!!

Good prices and helpful staff. Theres a large, mostly empty, entry area and also a large waiting area, with the lights dimmed and the TV playing. If you dont love to be glued to daytime TV it can get tiresome...but they dont make you wait too long, do that makes up for it.

The auto shop is always professional and personable. it is the only place i take my cars to for service.

Had a fuel problem that was diagnosed and worked on by two shops till I could bring it here. My faith in this shop to fix the problem is absolute. Indeed they fixed the problem that the other shops had missed. I am very happy with The Auto Shop.
