I got an oil change. Phone service was great, I was able to schedule an appointment that same week. Once I arrive they got my car right in. The transaction also went smoothly, I didnt realize I was over paying at the other shop I was going to. Definitely switching to these guys!

Would highly recommend. Courteous, professional, and dont hide your car and make excuses. Everything open and above board. Their labor rate has increased considerably(unfortunately), but at least you know who your dealing with.

The folks at Jaeckels are awesome. They got my car in quick, fixed the problem, and even took the time to show me the old parts. Also, their prices are very reasonable. Definitely will go back for any future issues!

Fast when I needed it!My car was towed in the evening to Jaeckels (based on good Yelp review) for a bad starter, they got me repaired by 2 the next day on a Friday. Courteous, helpful, fair price for the amount of work necessary (remove intake manifold among other things).

Jaeckels did a great job with the brakes on our Honda Odyssey. I needed front and rear brakes. They did the work on time and for a competitive price. It’s a small, old-school repair shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle there for any repair, big or small.

They diagnosed issue with muffler with no charge.

Took my car in, they quoted me $375 for something that costs $250 anywhere else. Took it somewhere else, got the thing that Jaeckles said was wrong fixed but it turned out to not even be the problem. Spent nearly $400 overall for absolutely nothing they couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with my car yet they still charged me well over $100 for their “time”. Time that isn’t very valuable apparently

I cant say bad things about this place. The owner and workers are very honest and affordable. If you have a major car issue they will give you options before they just start charging you for things that dont need replacement like other shops. I Highly reccomend this shop. I started coming here because one of the guys who used to work at Honda Acura works here. That guy knows everything there is to know about Hondas/Acuras. Hell know what your car problem is without even inspecting the car, this guy is amazing.
