The cocktail, Botanica, was very good (if you love sage), and the whiskey flight served good quality spirit for sure. Nice space with very beautiful arts on the wall, unfortunately they are not for sell 😂

A hidden gem in Santa Fe. We shared the grand slam and enjoyed the variety of spirits on offer. The ambience is warm, friendly and matched my the service.

Signature drinks were perfectly made, we had cactus 🌵 flower (pink) and the Ata Chata.

A MUST if you are ever visiting Santa Fe. Our group had an excellent time at this location, and our experience is owed entirely to Jesse the bartender (give this man a raise!!). This bar had the best negroni Ive ever had, and do not get me started on their prickly pear cocktails. Music and ambience were 10/10. Truly a gem of a place that will be forever cherished in our memories.

Ok place. Has some interesting cocktails. They really like fizzy alcoholic cocktails which may or may not be to your liking. This place shows off the santa fe spirits alcohol and is a nice place to visit

Our bartender was friendly and we really enjoyed the cocktails. I’ve tried the Lavanda, Manzanita, and the prickly pear ones, and they were all delicious. We even picked up an Apple Brandy bottle for home.

Loved the cocktails, especially the Manhattan made with their whiskey that is mesquite smoked. Mmmm.Small, intimate space. Only six seats at the bar, plus limited table seating.Stella, the bartender, was knowledgeable and charming.I wish I had time for a flight to taste more of their offerings. Outstanding.

If you enjoy the epicurious selections of drinks that read like a food menu sick as horseradish or bacon date elixirs, this is a fun spot to try. They also do standard drinks like margaritas and collins so theres something for everyone. If youre hungry theres often a good truck out back or you can grab takeout from the Lucky Goat next door.

Love it! Were full-time travelers who love checking out local distilleries, and this one didnt disappoint. Between us we tried three cocktails, from the happy hour menu and the specials menu, and they were all AWESOME. Happy hour prices are good and they have a great relaxed atmosphere -- next time Id totally bring a laptop and work while drinking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great happy hour! Bar staff were very friendly, willing to help, and knowledgeable when I was trying to pick out a bottle as a gift. They have a lot of unique spirits that are very good, highly recommend the Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey and the Wheelers Gin.

Love this Santa Fe gem. If you go, be sure to ask about the distillery tour. I am sure Autumn and Cliff will be glad to help. The hand crafted cocktails are divine and you must take home a bottle of the award winning Colkegan American Single Malt.

I had a friend date here recently. We had several drinks and enjoyed then all. The bartender that evening was friendly.There is not good served here so consider eating before or grabbing some snacks to bring along.I look forward to visiting again!

Always an amazing and satisfying visit; great staff and tasty drink! Anyone who appreciates whiskey must stop in. Im not usually one for cocktails but Ive never been disappointed with the ones Ive tried here when Im feeling adventurous. Favorites are the Bloody Marys, Collin Collins, and Whiskerita.

This quaint little space is the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a traditional style craft cocktail made from some of the best homemade bitters, soda and of course small batch distilled spirits you can find. I especially like the Wheelers and Colkegan.

So, very nice place. Atmosphere is relaxing and would definitely recommend to anyone local or visiting. Recommendation regarding your happy hour to prevent any confusion which happened while I was visiting. Your chalk board states “see happy hour menu” yet when asked for a menu the bartender informed me there was no menu so I asked what he could do for HH pricing. There was some confusion for the drink. We got it figured out though beit was wierd. My recommendation is classic’s menu is HH price of $6.50. Frustrating when the customers have to search and figure out the HH drink menu. Also no pricing on your flights in the menu. Suggest adding that.Cheers

Funny little tasting room. Tasty drinking.

My first experience at Santa Fe Spirits Tasting Room was after the Folk Art Festival. It is a small but intimate space (6 at the bar, only a handful of tables, then some patio seating) but it is well done with a refined Southwestern atmosphere and beautiful exposed wood beams. The intimate space is perfect because it allows their staff to shine on an interpersonal level. Miranda is very knowledgeable about the spirits and her craft, will make excellent recommendations for you based on your tastes and preferences, and is a lovely conversationalist... possessing all the qualities of a most excellent bar tender. While we didnt get to see Sam work behind the bar on our second trip to the tasting room (as we were sitting elsewhere at a table because it was much busier) he was comparably enjoyable to have.The cocktail menu is well thought out with solid classics using the in-house craft spirits, as well as some rather inventive one using local NM ingredients (piñon, prickly pear/tuna). Their Manhattan uses secret sauce which I can only imagine is their special blend of vermouth (and perhaps other ingredients?) aged in a barrel, which produces a high quality Manhattan with their whiskey. However, I am very much a fan of one of the more creative liqueurs Ive ever seen, the Atapiño. Using the Silver Whiskey as a base, the spirit is aged in barrels filled with a damn near irresponsible amount of piñon nuts! Then when removed from the barrel, Ponderosa Pine sap is added for sweetness and caramel color. Apart from being a noteworthy and highly unique Americana craft spirit, it is delicious and as such I bought a bottle to take home with me my first time there.My favorite cocktail there utilizes the Atapiño, the Knotty Pine. Atapiño, lemon juice, damerara simple, egg white, and bitters. It tastes like misty autumn camping in a woodsy cabin!As far as food goes, there is an Italian joint next door with good woodfire pizza. There are menus at the bar and theyll walk your order over from next door.Overall, Ive had great experiences there and the music is always great (live or streaming)
