One of my favorite craft stores. I bought the acrylic paint to do a mural for my son.

This place has so many deals. Literally found everything I needed for my mothers wedding on sale. Most of it was 50% off or more. I would definitely be going here again for more. Love this place and staff seems nice.

We always go to Hobby Lobby for all our picture framing needs. The staff in the framing department are always knowledgeable, patient and professional. My wife can spend a whole day looking at their amazing products.

Always has everything I could possibly want wether its fashion, science project, school assignment, things for the house baby shower wedding planning 😀etc.

If you are not doing coupons any more please ensure sales associates are aware of your sales. Got charged $60 for a lamp that was half off. I caught it and it was fixed but makes me hesitant to want to shop there.

Staff is friendly and they always have good clearance items and sales. But they do need to open more lanes at checkout. Everytime I go at different times of the day there is only 1 cashier and if Im lucky maybe 2 sometimes.

Amazing variety here and so huge! It takes up the giant old Sears building in the Santa Fe Place Mall. We went there because of online coupons which they did not honor. We bought the items anyway because they were low price already.

You can find just about anything for all your DIY projects here. I was surprised to see just how much stuff they have. Made me excited to go back. Im glad they are making sure all their customers are following the Covid-19 guidelines while in their store.

Lots of cool stuff, but I no longer shop here. The companys morality and politics are just wrong. They are proud of being against equality, fairness, and employee rights.

Used to enjoy driving a couple blocks to get there. Now have to drive 3 miles. Called ahead to ask if they had canvases. The sales associate said they did. When I got there, all of the canvases were sold out.I let a sales lady know my disappointment; instead she criticized me for not being more specific. She said next time u should...I said there wont be a next time. She said fine. Great customer service, Ill go to Michaels from now on.

Hobby Lobby is great; religious views notwithstanding. Santa Fe doesnt have many choices when it comes to Arts and Crafts, and Hobby Lobby has some lovely things.

This Store is always one of my favorites.

We had to wait in line because...Covid but I found a grapevine wreath and candle pretty easily. This is the place for crafters and I know moms of kids (what do we do now?!) need this store so we got out quick so others could shop.

Love it .It is so Christian and I can find good things to get that have my spirit and religion in it.Very kind employee’s not very chatty but very helpful. Kind and cool .Could have more of a variety but overall it is the best I totally recommend it for bible class projects and other fun stuff.

Customers are not allowed to carry items in the store. I was informed that anything i was shopping for would be carried up to the registers by staff. I was not allowed to shop and bring what i wanted to the register myself. Customers arent trusted to shop. At least the black, male customers arent????? Managers are very good at smoothing over raciest policies. Never shop here unless you want to be profiled and followed around like some criminal, while a white customer shoves a box of crayola crayons into her purse uneventfully.

DOUG! Great job man. Ive been selling art my entire life and have never seen a piece framed so nicely and neatly. I will be recommending hobby lobby for framing prints as well as originals from now on. 10/10

If I had more time I would have liked to look around more there so much to see but I just stopped in for one thing next time

My fiancé and I bought a lot of wedding stuff at hobby lobby at 7 pm on May 23rd. The total was 200.00. Monday morning we went back in and realized that all the stuff we had bought went on sale at 50% off. We called the manager Bernadette and asked her if we could just bring the receipt back and get the difference of the price we bought vs the sale price. She opposed and said no we had to bring everything back in and return it ALL and then rebuy it at the 50% off.. I have been in retail Over the years and have never saw such poor management. Your telling me this makes sense? Treat the customer right Bernadette. We live in Santa Fe and will be driving over to Albuquerque to shop at hobby lobby. Talked to someone at hobby lobby in Albuquerque and they said that makes no sense they would not have made us do that. Bernadette at hobby lobby in Santa Fe needs to get some customer etiquette and realize that the customers are the ones supporting the store. We have spent over 400 dollars in 2 weeks not how you would expect to be treated.

There is great stuff there but many employees were following me and my friends thinking we stole a canvas we had and eventually left in an isle, some lady came to tell us that they needed proof that we did not steel it so that shows that they were following us... they had us look for it and eventually started being rude saying the same thing and sending security on every isle to see what was going on so I told them to check my bag but the just kept telling me the same thing and I just decided to leave.

This is my favorite place to find little gifts and seasonal home decor. I like that I can always find good Christian items to purchase. It is hard to find anything with bible verses on it these days and I truly am grateful for Hobby Lobby upholding God’s name even through the beautiful hymns they play in the store!

Lots of stuff-- fake old posters, tubs, a hundred variations of oversized clocks...so much junk! And they didnt have what we needed (durable miniature easels or plate stands...Michaels is better. Plus no religion in your face.

Great for the crafts that dont require certain items. But they had a great sale going on. Still didnt find what I needed.

I love coming into this store. I could stay in here for hours. They have any kind of craft item you could ask for. I come here to buy anything to do with baking, painting bird houses and crafts for kids. They have good prices and the quality is great. I just bought a cake leveler for $5.00 and when I used it I knew this was the best investment I had made from this store. I will continue to come to this craft store.

I had a really bad experience there, I was treated as if I was a criminal and it was very humiliating, it upset me quite a bit. I really love shopping there and its going to be hard to return because of my experience with the staff

It should have kept its rigid religious views out of its business format. After they started to push their religious agenda I immediately stopped purchasing from this chain and will continue to gladly give my money to its competitors.
